Went here and the employee was rude. Not only was he rude in his approach, but he also tried to argue with me over the scent I didn’t like in the store because it’s “the best seller.” I’m not one of the people to believe “the customer is always right” but just because I don’t like a scent, does not mean you sit there and argue with me about what it smells like.😐this place is a joke, don’t waste your money😂

DO NOT GO HERE. Spent $150 on a perfume that apparently I can get elsewhere for $40. It smells so good but holy cow, the price difference is just completely humiliating.

Was telling a friend who asked where I got it from and he asked how much it was....looked it up and realized its only worth $23 at best....I paid over $160. When I call I get the run around and everyone always leads with we dont compare prices to the online pricing. This place is a scam....management is never around. Owners seem to not even be known.

Omg... this place is such a scam & the workers were the most rudest women in a retail place.. purchased perfume for $120 & told it originally was $199, as I was leaving I looked it up online, only to find out it is only $64.99. After calling the store & talking to one of the rude associates, Im even more angry than finding out I was scammed in the first place! DEFINITELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!!

Amazing experience. Great prices. Very knowledgeable sales staff. They are kind warm and not pushy. They seem to really care. You don’t feel like it’s just a sale. I walked away with the perfect fragrance for me, and a new one for my husband.

I would give this ZERO stars if possible. My husband and I were looking for a perfume and a cologne and stopped by the kiosk looking at brand names we recognized. The sales lady pushed hard for us to go with other fragrances that were unfamiliar to us but still smelled nice. She explained what a great deal she could give us on the two unknown names. I got home and googled the item that I bought. THEY SOLD US FRAGRANCES THAT I COULD BUY ON AMAZON FOR $17...BUT WE WERE CHARGED $295 FOR 2 BOTTLES!!! Do not buy anything from them unless you want to pay 10 times what the item costs (literally).

Complete price gouging!! as a fragrance enthusiasts i found it insulting they tried to sell me 20 dollar colognes for 160 dollars or more. Google all brands before buying here!!! Everything can be purchased much much cheaper.

I went into the store and spent over a BIT OF MONEY and only got 2 colognes. Thinking that I might have missed something, I go online and find the same colognes for over 300% less than what I just spent. I go back to address my concerns and the male sales rep gets mad, storms off and is slamming perfume bottles. In still waiting to speak with Lyor when she gets back...🤷🏾‍♂️UPDATE: Spoke with Lyor and talked about the situation. Since me and Lyor have done business before, we discussed how we could make the situation right. The day of thatbwe were going to meet, Lyor came down sick and I had to meet with Alex, her husband. Alex communicated with Lyor and Alex made the situation right and kept good business practices. Situation went from a 1 star to a 5 star. Willing to keep doing business now...😊

Overpriced and a scam. My poor husband made a purchase today and the sales man definitely was pushing hard. However I will be filing a complaint to better business bureau and the TN states attorney for price gauging. Be aware and always follow your first instinct

I went there this Friday and they lady at the stand shows me 3 different colognes and I buy one for 60$ but before she puts one in the Bage she puts onther one in my bag without me noticing and then the one I bought in a fire truck bage I noticed when I got home so I guess it’s a win win because the cologne I bought was only 45 online and her fault for giving me an extra so my point is don’t shop there one because of how dumb they are and two they scam you by overpricing.

I really like this store, I always get a good deal and some great recommendations, every perfume I ever purchased here after someone recommended it to me ended up being amazing and some of the most long lasting perfumes I ever tried.I think they changed their staff and some of these reviews are very old and bad and do not show the reality right now.

We came in looking at a polo cologne, but the salesperson proceeded to push us into purchasing a different brand. We purchased the cologne for $108 only to come home and find out that it is $17 at WALMART. When we called to ask for the price to be adjusted, we were told that they “can’t compare prices” or do a refund. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE!

Scammed me out of $153 for two bottles, I always go to this store and have never felt this bad in my life!!! One bottle is only valued at $15, he said he was cutting the other one down to $39.99; so it doesn’t make sense for my total to come up to that BUT I thought I was doing good because I was gonna but Tom Ford anyways. I will be going up there tomorrow after work and raise hell. I’m not opening these until I get my money back this is ridiculous!! They can make up whatever prices they want and don’t care. I wish I could give it zero stars.

Nothing is worse than thinking you got a great deal and finding out you were totally scammed. I just did a search on what I bought and found I paid twice as much for it. Plus, my receipt says I got 69.94% off retail and saved $349.00. No, no I did not. I will never purchase from here again!

Stay away from elegance perfume store. Went in looking for one thing. Sales person spends a lot of time with you, talks fast and rips you off. Sells you something else. Tells you its $100 but hell sell it to you for $85 and you can pick out another perfume for free. Looked up the price of the items after we left the store.one was a $15 perfume. Other was $20. They have a no refund policy but you can exchange within 7 days. Went back and exchanged for a real brand we know has a value close to $85. Sales person tried to tell us it was $100 but hed make us a deal. I pulled out my phone in front of him to look up the value of the cologne we wanted and he made an even exchange. Management at Opry Mills needs to check this place out. From now on we will smell the cologne to see what we like but only buy online from a reputable seller.

If my experience cant convince you to not shop here, I dont know what will. First of all, the place is set up in a way that makes it look like a temporary shop with signs posted everywhere that say 50-70% off. I was quoted $150 for a product I said smelled good but did not recognize the name of, but when I asked about other products the person said the system came back with a deal, we can do $129, immediately I was sketched out by this so I declined, then they said they could do $109 best offer and proceeded to pull up a product on a website that listed a price of $250 and talked about how great of a deal this was (by the way not the same product they were selling me). A quick Google search in the store showed that I could get the same size and brand online for $60, plus it did not have good reviews. I was on a time crunch for this Christmas gift so I asked about brands I knew and ended up going with one I knew I wasnt overpaying for (checking prices online as I was being recommended products). Then when it came to pay, they manually entered a number onto the screen and wanted me to pay it but even with sales tax I knew the amount wasnt right. In conclusion, dont waste your time or money at this place, its a scam!

I shop here every year! These perfumes are authentic! I used to work at the Dillard’s cologne department and I was thinking the perfumes they sell maybe knock offs! Well actually guys, these are the real deal!I tested each and every both women and men’s cologne! These are actually the real deal!I love this store and it is a discounted fragrance store! At one point of time I was shopping on amazon... NEVER AGAIN! The perfumes on amazon are watered down ! I’m never buying fragrances online again ! Unless it’s from Macy’s or Dillard’s website ! Even though they are expensive!

Love this place. I always love having 3 to 5 colognes! Always smell good and this is the place to go. They always have specials, but specially in the holidays they give you some great discounts! And the selection they have is very great, the person that helped me she is very nice and really takes her time to get to know what I want and looking for. She gave me a great deal on some new cologne and perfumes for my wife which it was awesome, around 120 for 4 and really good ones. Smell last long and arnt super strong. Ive bought a few in sephora and to be honest they suck and are SUPER EXPENSIVE!!!

Staff was very helpful. At first I was hesitant about buying something I hadn’t heard of before, but I travelled to Paris shortly after purchasing a fragrance from Johan B and they were selling it for 150 US dollars. The sales rep gave it to me for nearly half the price. The perfume lasts a very long time when applied properly. I will definitely be returning to this store! Don’t be fooled by imitations on Amazon, off-brand websites and Walgreens. Love my perfume!!

Kicking myself right now...I went in the store for a specific perfume and the lady said they sold out but expected to have more in the next few weeks. She showed me a couple others and then offered to give me one thats valued at $69 and throw in another bottle for free. Sounded like a great deal so I decided to treat myself. She even said shed give me 30 days to exchange rather than the usual 7 days. When I got home I googled the perfumes Id bought and neither were more than $20 a bottle. And supposedly the store is up to 50% off. Im normally the type to research before I buy so Im pretty frustrated they got one over on me. If I had known they didnt do refunds I would not have purchased. Ill most likely attempt to exchange for what I really wanted but after that Ill never step foot in this store again. Very disappointed.

I BEG of you, please dont waste your money here. Use this shop to test fragrances only. Just about everything in there is priced at a good 50-70% markup, and can be easily be purchased online for around $20. Im also 100% sure Emily Burkhalter is the girl who works in the shop. When she told me a few prices i was shocked they were marking them up so high, so I found several of their fragrances online for around $20. After laughing at me insinuating i had no clue what i was talking about, i showed her $20 was the price damn near everywhere online. She then proceeds to tell me theyre ALL fakes??? I can guarantee every 5 star review of this shop is either an owner, friend, or employee of these con artists.

Great staff and knowledge of fragrances. Some would argue that you can find better prices elsewhere, but if you buy more you get a better price.

Dont trust the 5 star review from Emily, shes actually an employee that works there.I purchased a perfume from here that was already opened but didnt realize til I got home, also when I checked online they made me pay more than double in store than what its being sold for on amazon (exact same product no difference).When I returned to get my money back not only did they deny me, the girls there were extremely rude and later when I called they had the nerve to hang up in my face.When I went through simon malls leasing department to get in contact with the owner, the real store manager finally called me back and offered a refund, due to my time schedule I couldnt make it in same day and tried 3 different times visiting the store until finally (a normal employee) granted me a refund. So I was iniatially drawn to the store by a sales shelf of various colognes and perfumes near the entrance. I should have known something was up when the sales lady started talking prices and was willing to come down over half the price and a little more when I still didnt want to pay that price. I never thought I would be swindled in an upstanding place as opry mills. I paid $30 for something thats 15-20 online and they dont take returns only exchanges.
