Earlier this year I decided to let Shala do our (my mother and I) eyebrows. What a mistake, not only is she unprofessional, but doesn’t know how to shape eyebrows either. At our first appointment, she didn’t have the patience to correctly measure my eyebrows and then asked if I wanted to draw them on myself. She also, never followed back up with us in regards to our eyebrows not taking. I had to call her to reschedule a touch up. At our next appointment she decides to do microshading & not microblading which we didnt ask for. My eyebrows are so messed up that my original eyebrow tech(who done my microblading the first time) can’t fix them. Please do your research before you decide to get your eyebrows done by her.
