This is the cleanest, most open and organized Bath and Body Works Ive been to in a while. They were fully staffed and the staff was very helpful and attentive. The new fragrances are impressive and the Autumn Woods candle is EVERYTHING!

Great wide variety of smells for loations, candles, soaps, you name it. Pretty organized and can find what you want without help. Prices can be on steep side if not careful. Hit right sales can get a good amount of supplies to last a long time. Staff has been friendly with the little Ive interacted.

Very friendly helpful employees one guy I cant remember his name but he knew right where the product was I was looking for and even recommended a different type of body wash I was wanting and I ended up buying 3 and getting 1 free. I have the body washes lotion and the spritz. Love all of them!!

The store is very clean and the staff are very helpful. They offer advice on scents based on your likes and are very curteous. The selection for Summer 2021 is absolutely stunning!

Love this store! The smell greets you as you walk in the door. Bath and Body Works offers a great variety of comfort products to pamper yourself. Their selection of quality candles is second to none as well.

A great place to purchase Japanese Cherry Blodsoom is wonderful there.

Terrible customer service. When I came to pick up my order, they had a glitch in their system for online orders and still would not give me my item after I showed them my purchase and code for the order I placed through their store. Very insensitive to the fact that I already placed the order through their website and a waste of my time.

Loved the new clean crisp smelling fragrances for this Summer! Especially for the men.

Experiences have been great in store. Ordered several items online that came damaged and the store people were excellent in helping us get them replaced.

Staff friendly and attentive to customers with questions, I appreciate that they tried to limit the number of customers in store. They hand out bags for shopping that also serve as the purchase bag which was nice and convenient to have.

I was mesmerized by the sweet aroma of this shop. They have lot of offers and discounts for the clients. Customer service is also pretty good. You can buy quality products for a cheaper price.

They did really good in following covid mandates, and ensuring the store was not over capacity. First time Ive been in a BBW on a busy day and it was not crowded because of this. It was a nice experience

I had 21 Wallflowers to return and the gentleman was very nice and patient with my returns. Hoping that the company gets their act together and make the wallflower fragrances last like they used to. I had to return them due to no smell at all and their were 21 of them.

I know we have the virus and distancing etc. But with having to follow arrows everywhere and trying to find all the semi annual sales because its not like it use to be, its frustrating...I know they are doing their best BUT, I think it could be set differently. However I am thankful they are open.

Friendly staff and excellent customer service at this location. Now, to be clear, I do not like shopping at Opry mills mall. This mall is usually crowded and filled with filth. This store however does a good job making sure things are clean and also making sure customers are also following the health protocols. I can honestly say i feel decently safe at this store with the current situation of COVID-19.

My only wish for Bath and Body works would be that the smell wasnt so overwhelming that you cant discern between products when shopping, but I realize this is unavoidable. Staff was friendly and courteous. Product selection was good and well stocked and organized. I dont typically buy anything here unless they are having a good sale, and then my favorites are the hand soap and candles. Great place to buy gifts.

I love this store. I cant walk passed one without going into the store. Always a friendly greater right at entrance. I typically get a bottle of Dark Kiss body spray and any fragrant candle. The atmosphere is nice outside of major holidays or sales, it can become crowed. Plenty of stock in store and online; however, the company tends to discontinue products periodically. Overall, I really enjoy shopping at Bath & Body Works!

I go here just about every time I go to the mall! Its one of my favorite stores! Their products are excellent quality and last really well. A lot of the fragrances are to die for, so to speak! I love their lotions and perfumes. The little hand sanitizers are very cute and convenient, and the scents are amazing. Personally I dont like the feeling of any hand sanitizers on my hands, but when I do need to use it, I dont mind because of the fragrance. Sometimes they are a bit pricey, especially their candles, but its worth the money. Definitely look out for sales, especially close to the holidays.

I was in the mall shopping with my daughter and I decided to stop in bed bath and beyond because my daughter wanted to purchase bath bombs. I had never shopped here before and after the service I received that day I never will again. There were 2 ladies working that day 1 a little overweight behind the counter and another older lady on the floor both white. The lady working the floor greeted us as we entered and proceeded to follow us around the store even after informing her that we were only looking for bath bombs but didnt need any assistance. After my daughter picked out her bath bomb we stood in line behind a woman and a young girl, who I assumed was her daughter. As the cashier rung them up I listened as she asked her who had helped her find her items, if she found everything OK etc. I work in customer service so I pay attention to these things. (The customers in line in front of were white). When it was time for my daughter and I to check out the cashiers demeanor completely changed. She didnt greet us. Never asked who helped us or if we found our items ok. Nothing. Looking back on it I laugh because its still sad that there are people in the world who are this ignorant. Your getting paid to perform a job of providing the customers who spend their hard earned money in your store with QUALITY customer service despite what your own opinions and beliefs are. I will never shop at another bed bath and beyond again.

Love the selection. There are a lot of new fragrances. On two occasions I have enjoyed a fragrance, then go back to find they no longer have it or discontinued...thats the only bummer..otherwise great store.

What can I say about B&BW? The service is always good. They usually have what Im looking for, but maybe its not on sale.For your body-care needs, I would definitely recommend Bath & Body Works.

A rainy day is perfect for uninterrupted assistance with their spring line in store. But ongoing problems with receiving up to date email coupons and the barrage of online coupons that arent accepted is disappointing. I was told they only accept their own coupons. Even Retail Me Not is out.

I was visiting the Opry Mills mall in Nashville, TN and I stopped into the Bath & Body works. A staff member helped me pick out some wonderful lotions, but the lines at the register were crazy! After waiting in line for about 15 to 20 min I was told by the cashier they dont honor Retail Me Not coupons. A friend that was with my wanted to leave the store and merchandise but after waiting for that long I went ahead and purchased the items anyway. Needless to say I will never be back to this location.

Have shopped at stores in North Carolina and South Carolina, I found the sales associates at this store very rude, especially Richard. I would not recommend shopping at the Opry Mills location.

Was just in the store with my girlfriend and daughters bought some things even will not return. When the tall goofy looking guy directing people how to go to the cash registers decided to stop my girlfriend by standing in front of her then pushing her to tell her to get in line while we were trying to leave. We paid for the stuff that wasnt questioned he put his hands on her to get back into a line we for starters didnt need to be in but an employee putting hands on a customer or any woman for that matter. Nope will never return to this store. And he thought it was funny as I yelled at him for raising his voice and again pushing her to get into line. Im sure ita on your surveillance since it happened right by the registers. Nice way to finish off Thanksgiving with my family. If my daughters werent there were have caused much more of a fuss than I did.

I love the mahogany teakwood candles from here and the body sprays are good as well for men. Overall B&BW gets a thumbs up from me.

Employees were nice, and the store was neat and organized. They also had a clearance section! Only negative was that we were overcharged (one of our items was scanned twice) and we didnt realize until after we had already left the store.

Oh the sales were fantastic and although there were lines the ladies at the register did a great job at getting you checked out. I was in line 10-15 minutes.
