Small coffee shop with some charm. Not much room to sit and spread out. Otherwise its a great place to get your caffeine fix. The yellow and lavender bar was my favorite but is pricey at $5. Spent a little over $7 altogether. The espresso had a nice little kick to it. If your in the area, give this place a try.

Love love love HQ! Its a great spot to check out as it basically exists in the size of a large alleyway. My personal favorite is the brown sugar iced latte. They have an excellent selection of tea from local favorite High Garden & some really delicious food options as well. FYI - For my fellow bagel with butter lovers... just a heads up that butter is not an option here!

A super unique coffee shop across from Richland Park on Charlotte Ave. Their coffee is locally roasted by Osa Coffee. We score the drip a 8.4 and the espresso a 8.7! We tried the Eclipse Latte and it scores a 8.0! They have a good pastry selection and if you have time check out the back patio.

Best pure coffee shop I’ve tried so far in Nashville. Espresso is top notch along with their seasonal drinks. Their local honey latte is my go-to drink here though. Pastries and Morsel baked goods are a must as well. Staff is really cool and always helpful. I’d come here every day if I could!

Great little downtown coffee joint. They have a relaxing, super chill vibe and have tons of options! They even have sugar-free syrups as well as childrens juices and Naked brand fruit purees for those like me who have toddlers who want a treat, too. There is limited seating, but other than that, everything was great!

Don’t blink or you will miss this gem in West Nashville. It is the smallest real coffee shop I have ever visited. The owner’s use of the space is brilliantly done. This is a bohemian, funky, wonderful little coffee shop with delicious, premium, real barista made drinks. I will caution you that hang out space is severely limited. There is a small outdoor space somewhere in the back that I didn’t visit. True coffee aficionados will love it.

Expertly-roasted & freshly-brewed cup of coffee!I drink my coffee black, and, having lived in Nashville for 5 years now, I’ve come to prefer a lighter roast (most indy coffee shops here keep a light roast on tap).I’d never been to HQ before, so, I didn’t know what to expect. But, to say that I was pleasantly surprised by the coffee would be an understatement. It was obvious that the beans were of a very high quality, and expertly roasted. Furthermore, the coffee was freshly-brewed and plenty hot.Headed out on a road trip to Memphis after a long day at work, I decided to forego the faster option of gas station coffee and go a little out of my way and search out a local independent coffee shop. Man, am I glad I did!Best of luck to the owners. You’re doing a great job!I will go back.

I NEVER write reviews, but I feel compelled to do so because of how uniquely wonderful Headquarters is. Their robust flavors, such as rosemary, sorghum, and brown sugar, are fantastic. They stock High Garden teas as well! The seating is an issue, but thats part of the cozy appeal of this hole-in-the-wall place. Additionally, when the weather is nice there is seating out back that is not usually crowded. In my opinion, Headquarters is much better than the 8th and Roast right down the street.

“Quality coffee,” this is the foremost reason why I became a loyal customer of this coffee shop. Their properly brewed coffees are produced by their coffee experts. Over and above that, they also have a wide variety of bean and coffee roaster options which basically means they offer several unique flavors. When it comes to sipping javas, I really love trying something new and unfamiliar to my taste. Fortunately, this coffee shop is like my other half!

The store was a cute little store which I liked. I typically like fresh brewed strong coffee from little coffee shops, but for some reason it tasted like this coffee was brewed with chicken broth. I mentioned it to my bf and he laughed and then said he couldnt stop tasting it either. Im not sure if it was the coffee type, or maybe the coffee was old. Unfortunately it is not my cup of coffee.

The location is a little out of the way. However, the coffee is sublime. I got a delicious cortado in a stoneware mug. Great little coffee shop, emphasis on little. The place is tiny. Basically just a hallway that serves great coffee and the normal coffee house beverages. Very good coffee. Had the best latte so far in Nashville. Muffins, quiche with greens, avocado on toast, or a bagel with cream cheese is about the entire menu. But this is mainly a coffee place so.... Tiny, maybe 10 feet wide and 40 deep. Exposed brick. Smart, eclectic. Dont bring the whole family. No room for that. But authentically hip for the genuine beard guy (and I dont mean that in a negative way, for once). Excellent playlist.

Ordered a latte. Apparently it doesnt come with espresso as its extra money for espresso. Barista wanted to charge me extra for espresso after I already paid for the drink. Cool 😑 its not a latte if it does not come with espresso. Dont charge it separately as I didnt ask for an extra shot.Response to Owner: it should specify on the menu that it does not come with espresso. Again to my point its not a latte if it doesnt come with espresso. Also, I had provided the cashier money then was asked to provide more money after. Thats ridiculous to have the barista argue with me about that.
