Great quality coffee and a variety of breakfast options including burritos, egg and cheese sandwiches, smoothies, etc. Ordered the Nash smoothie with peanut butter and a side order of the tator tot casserole. Everything was tasty. I appreciated the agave straws. Friendly customer service. Ample seating including a small outdoor seating area as well.

Honestly, amazing coffee & lattes! One word: Smooth! I love the changing menu, surprises, and unique flavors. Although its located inside the L&L Market, there is a lot of privacy with the set up to focus and work if needed or catch up with a friend. There is outdoor seating available as well.

Got some chai tea latte and cuban coffee with almond milk .Friendly staff and delicious coffees.A little too expensive for my taste but overall a good place to get your coffee if you are at the market.

Ah-mazing. After leaving another coffee shop that left us a bit disappointed in their coffee, food, and customer service, the folks at Honest coffee made up for it all.Once they heard our experience from the previous coffee shop, they told us they were going to make sure we had a way better experience-and they definitely fulfilled their promise!Not only did we have really good coffee, we had a super talented barista that made the best designed lattes Ive ever seen. We will definitely be back. Highly recommend.

Their seasonal drinks are some of the most creative in Nashville! The quality craftsmanship they put into their coffee is superb. They have a wide selection of pour overs and a great selection of Bean roasted down in Franklin TN. A definite stop if you are in town.

As a visitor passing through Nashville on a road trip, would highly recommend stopping here for great food and tea!Located inside a renovated historic building, it feels like Ponce City Market (ATL) or the Anaheim Packing District (LA).There’s plenty of social distance friendly seating inside. Lots of electric outlets for computers and phones.Food and drinks tasted great! Service was friendly and quick!Will definitely stop by the next time I’m in town!

This place is really a lovely experience. The baristas are very kind, and the coffee was really enjoyable and tasted amazing. I had the Fair Lady, which reminded me of a madeline cookie. Not in an overwhelming way, but very balanced and natural.The aesthetic was really relaxing and impressive. I would love to sit and work on my laptop here.

Very disappointed! This was a cappuccino, literally minutes after I got it. Wheres the foam? A cap is mostly foam. I am disappointed because I have been getting honest roasters cappuccinos for years now from the Franklin location. They have always been amazing! Today was in Nashville and decided to give them a try. Will most likely not be back to the Nashville location.

I asked for a breve latte (a longtime fave of mine from other coffee shops) and the barista said they didnt have half and half but if you steam the milk right it brings out the sweetness which was what I would be looking for. I went with it and he was more than right - it was the best cup of coffee Ive ever had! Smooth and rich and not at all bitter. Highly recommend!

Just changed from 1 to 3 stars due to management response. One of the worst cups of coffee Ive ever had (including coffee made in a church basement). I only kept drinking to wash down the chilled gummy bagel I had for breakfast. And the only reason I didnt just walk away is that this unpleasant repast cost me nearly $10.Update: the response from the manager below was followed by a full refund. Not sure how they figured out which order was mine, but kudos for doing what they could to make it right.

Great atmosphere. The servers and even the gentleman at the counter were friendly and authentic. The Cuban was a great pick. The shop had a very neighborhood community and relaxing feel. Great placement to catch the sun as you enjoy a relaxing moment!

One of my new favorite places in town! The aesthetics of the shop is ON POINT! I highly recommend the First Lady latte!

This is hilarious, we may have actually been right behind the lady that gave the 1 start review in line. What actually happened was the barista (very sweetly) explained why half caffs can seriously negatively impact the quality of the drink. My wife is the biggest coffee nerd I know, and she was like yeah half caffs are a huge coffee sin. So, long story short, dont listen to the 1 star lady.As for the review I was going to give before seeing that post... This place is great! We love the location and staff down in Franklin, so weve been anticipating the opening of this place. It did not disappoint. The staff is knowledgeable and awesome, its a beautiful location, and above all, great drinks. Will absolutely be back!

Honest coffee was the BEST coffee I have had in a while. I asked for a coffee with steamed almond milk and most of the time I have to clarify for coffee shops. Not with them! They knew exactly what I asked for and it was incredibly tasty. Everyone is so friendly! Next time you’re in the area- don’t miss out on stopping to get such a stellar coffee!!!

Really love this coffeeshop. Great coffee and love the seasonal specials. Scottish Cure is a personal favorite.However, I have to give it 4 stars because the WiFi is just so unreliable. It’s an open network, so I’m willing to bet the entire marketplace is logging on. I once bought a donut from Five Daughters and asked if they had WiFi. They told me no but that I could just connect to Honest’s.I often come with the intention of getting work done or attending remote classes, only to have the connection drop halfway through. I really think they should set a password and either hand it out with purchases or just out it out by the register and change it every few days.

Horrible “customer service”. For a place with very little foot traffic you would think they would want to make their customers the coffee they want. I simply asked for a half-caff latte. They said they only pull double shots of espresso. So I said ok what about pouring half of it out because I always get lattes with one shot of espresso. She said “unfortunately it won’t taste right so no.” I can’t believe how obtuse this manager was about a simple latte. Very disappointing
