Quality at this store has gone down tremendously. I get the whole staffing thing but its almost consistent that Im left disappointed from this location. Its the closest drive through to Vandy and must get a lot of business. I will not order brewed coffee here anymore. Every time I ask for Blonde Roast its not, Ill even say if you dont have blonde roast Ill take Pike but add extra cream, Ill be assured that they have Blonde and its not....last brewed coffee was so bad I poured it out and was disgusted about how many grounds and sludge was in the bottom of the cup.

This location is always speedy and my orders are always correct. The staff I friendly and amazingly helpful. One of my favorite Starbucks locations.

I would avoid this Starbucks. Really long drive thru line, out into the street. Inside, seating furniture is all cluttered around, and dirty too, like no one wipes them down. I literally couldnt find hand sanitizer ANYWHERE, whereas all other Starbucks have it posted by the door. I had to ask for sanitizer at the front register, and the barista asked her supervisor if she could let me use their sanitizer.. This place just feels dirty and gross. When I got my white mocha, the whip cream was all melty like the canister had been sitting out for a long time out of temp. Just ... go to a different location

This is one of the only Starbucks around St. Thomas Midtown Hospital that stays open until 10pm so that should be great for us healthcare workers, but EVERY time I try to order from them through UberEats, they cancel my order, even when theres plenty of time. This time I tried ordering from them twice & each time they canceled my order due to them not having a particular item. If that is the case, then why cant they tell me what they dont have so I can alter my order or call me & tell me. Other, Starbucks & restaurants have done that. Why cant they? It seems to me that if they want my business then they should be more helpful & accommodating. I guess they dont care!!

Good Morning,The staff at the window was rude all 3 of them this morning, I asked for extra sugar because they can never make my drink right at all! The female at the window told me she cant give me sugar but she can add the sugar for me? I went back and forth with her then she handed me some it was that easy! Staff at 3005 West End Ave, Nashville TN are so rude!

Really nice patio, and the service was very good.

The music is deafening. it really ruins the whole experience. with headphones in and my device at max volume, I still can only hear the basic, boring pop songs being blasted at max volume, inside and outside. I could barely hear the cashier ringing me up, and again the baristas calling my order. wouldve been a 5-star experience, but alas.

Horrible! My 11 year old daughter and I were in Nashville for her annual doctors appointment and she was feeling anxious. She asked if we could walk up to Starbucks since it didn’t close until 12:00 and it was only 9:51, I said “sure”! Sooo, we walk up there, lobby is closed so we walk through the drive-thru and patiently wait our turn. 7 minute later we are at the window, BUT you can’t be served at the window unless you’re in a car. Y’all SUCK! Walked a quarter mile from our hotel, y’all were open, but wouldn’t serve us. Total BS.

Best Starbucks Ive EVER been to. A kind barista named Matt was very kind and patient with me. He explained drinks and helped me find my new favorite drink. Ive been going every day since this experience and have yet to be let down!!! the drive thru is always quick, the staff is friendly. The drinks taste amazing, the store is always clean, I love coming here so much.

This location makes the best drinks! I’m never disappointed. The service is quick, pleasant, and they always get your order right. Just wish they could make the parking and drive through area a little larger.

I am a regular customer at 5:45a before my shift and get the same thing every morning. However this week was different. I ordered $10.00 in starbucks and asked for a Trente (biggest cup) size water as I get everytime with my order .… the girl refused to give me one, even when I offered to pay for it. I spend way too much money at this location to not be given a large water!!! I had no issues before now. Fix this Starbucks as I will no longer give my business to you until it’s fixed. I will order and cancel my order again if I am refused a Trente size water

This is my most frequently visited Starbucks location whenever Im in Nashville. Why? Efficienct baristas. An adequately spaced layout. Convenient central location. Theres an outdoor patio with fireplace, decent parking, which is not easily found at some of the other downtown or central locations. You can easily walk to other Vandy area establishments nearby. Come early before the morning crowd or long after the rowdy crowds have passed through.

OMG, this location is the absolute best! My coffee drinks can be a lil challenging when ordering but these guys are spot on!! High energy, best product, and quick!! Keep up the fantastic work guys!! I will keep going back.

Ive never visited a bad Starbucks!

Made all of our drinks wrong and when we told them they just remade them wrong again. Called the store to inform them that maybe they should have someone helping at night if someone new is working and he just said we can remake your drink. Obviously he didn’t listen to anything I said and I wasted $25. in drinks that I had to find a place to pull over and throw away.

Didnt eat here, had a business meeting. They were kind enough to allow, without any issues. Service did seem to be fast and friendly. Seating area available in the front of this quaint little store. I am not a coffee drinker, but it was a nice place to meet.

I always hope I get Amari on the drive through intercom. He’s always SO nice and doesn’t judge my annoyingly long drink order. 5 stars for Amari.

Says they close at 12 am and theyve been closing as early as 10:30 lately! Ridiculous. Either update your hours or stay open till it says youre open.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Put in a mobile order and it took an hour to get it. Only one of the workers seemed to actually care what was happening. There is no logic in this store.

I just went to this store, I know is late but there’s no reason for my coffee to be half fool, no Whip topping and it doesn’t even taste like white choc Mocha. I’m so disappointed

Fast service, but if you’re looking to do some studying for school, their tables aren’t open. It says the dining is open on google which was a bit confusing. It was too cold to study outside so I ended up leaving.

Good ambiance and spacious sometimes normally in the mornings it gets extremely busy and the waits can be a bit excessive as can be expected. Other than that its your atypical but reliable Starbucks experience.

The entire Team on West End is amazing! They’re always kind and smiley even during these hard times! I had a great experience with barista Brandon tonight. He was very nice and attentive to both me and my dog. Who was acting like a crazy animal until Brandon have her a pup cup to calm her down and talked to her while he made my drinks. I have a good experience whenever I come here but tonight’s experience was the best.I’d Definitely recommend him for a promotion or employee of the month because he truly knows what it means to have great customer service! P.s I hope I spelled his name right 🙂

Nice enough location with a fast turnaround on the drink that were ordered. Some outside seating which is nice for social distancing.

This Starbucks is awful!! The staff just stand up front (like 5-6 at a time) talking and are so slow!!! Get these kids out of here! They are ruining this coffee shop!

Literally I always have a great experience here. I live behind this location and often get coffee before work. The staff is SO kind and personable. Today, Mya, was sweet and made my night!!! I myself work in hospitality and appreciate businesses and they’re employees who appreciate their customers!

So tired of going through all of the Starbucks now and if its anytime after 10:00 or 11:00 in the morning none of the locations will ever have blonde roast anymore just for a regular cup of coffee always just the pike everybody dont like the same cup of coffee youre a coffee shop how are you just going to have one kind of coffee rude for most of the day I guess maybe Ill just start going to your competitors or even Exxon who has even four or five kinds of fresh ground coffee at all times of the day

Very hit or miss location. Went on a late night coffee run and ordered a pretty sweetened iced coffee, and basically got unsweet water as it was close to closing. Ive had sit-in experiences that were good though, Id recommend Vandys location if youre in the area.

Fast service

Super crowded Sat morning. Went inside to water on floor, messy cream & sugar station. No soap in mens room, trash over filled, etc. Great staff, but they seemed overwhelmed.

Now that this 3005 West End location of Starbucks has got a handle on the homeless situation, our regular visits have resumed.

Coffee was good but service was rather slow.

The service here is always fantastic, and tbh, I dont know how they do it. The lines are always long, people are frustrated, and the baristas are always so nice.

I always go to this location due to how close it is to work, and have never had an issue, but today my order was incorrect but I spoke with Grace who resolved my issue with no hassle. Just added another reason why this is my location thank you Grace for being awesome at what you do!

My sandwich was cold. They took more time than usual getting my order. They didnt seem to care or offer an apology for the wait. I love Starbucks and I go everyday. Today was just a poor day. At least my coffee was hot!

Only beef i have is that for a large coffee they usually make me wait behind all the fancy drinks. Sometimes cashier will just turn around and get it. When she does i really appreciate it.

Wow - they are amazing! Amazingly quick service for how many people they wait on each hour of each day! Very popular spot, but they are more than equipped! Drive thru is always moving and youre hardly seated before your name is called for your drink! I love seeing the workers here because they are genuinely happy :)

Great potential, store looks nice and modern. Very nice outdoor seating. Standard Starbucks drinks, but very limited selection of available sandwiches the time I visited. Didn’t like the fact that the store doesn’t carry at all salads. Pretty unusual, but there wasn’t any answer.

Really long drive thru line. Blocks right lane of west end, but they move fairly fast. Employees are wonderful.

Good place for coffee, snacks or getting work done. However there is a permanent homeless person outside by the driveway that will harass you if you dont pay him. Ive brought it up to the staff with no results. I will go to a different Starbucks to avoid this homeless man who harasses me.

As this is one of the only Starbucks with a drive-thru near Vanderbilt, its always very crowded in the mornings. However, thats still enough of a pro for me to stop in when I need caffeine. The mobile ordering at this store is so questionable in terms of whether youll get what you ordered or if itll be quick or a 20 minute wait that I usually dont bother anymore and just order when I get there. Even ordering in person, I typically get a drink I ordered/enjoy only half the time

Nice people working here but what confuses me about Starbucks is the espresso is different at different locations, I found it on the weaker side here and some other local Starbucks in town. Was almost tasteless in my latte so had to have it remade with less milk to taste it and still was not how I know it elsewhere, love that they have no problem remaking one if need be but hate wasting. Love Starbucks and the workers and the hang here but get disappointed sometimes in the product. Great patio also outside to hangout in.

A bit of a busy Starbucks, but I like it there. The service is good. The coffees are consistent & good. The food is always fresh. They have a nice fire place outside on the patio which is nice on a cool morning or evening.

Just went through the drive through. The barista handing me my coffee was rapidly trying to towel off my cup before handing it over to me. Despite his efforts my cup was soaking wet with coffee and the drippage left my crew neck and jeans soaked and coffee stained for the rest of my commute :( but of course the coffee itself was delicious? It was a win lose scenario for sure.

Pretty sure this is the busiest Starbucks in town! The drive thru is always hopping and its pretty fast. The inside area isnt huge but has some really comfortable areas. Ive held several casual meetings here as well and its worked out nicely.

Was sharing sons car and his work schedule resulted in my having to go early, which was too early for my doctors appointment so this drive through was perfect for picking up my breakfast for my long wait.

I drove up to place my order no one ever spoke. I drive to the window to be ignored. So I drove around again. I spoke 3 times finally someone spoke. She said her headset had died. Interesting that it worked fine for the car in front of me.

This location is not as good as other surrounding Nashville locations. There is always a line that is all the way into the street. Also, my drinks never taste the same each time I go there. I always ask for a Nitro lid and never get it. Ive gotten a cold brew and its warm with no ice. Ive asked for whip cream and had to go back because they didnt put any in my cappuccino. This location is a no for me.

Normally a good place. We went through the drive through and by the time our coffee cooled enough to drink we realized it wasnt correct, but we were too far to return. They didnt mix the syrup up well and it tasted very bitter. It was probably just an oversight.

The entire order was messed up. When I was placing the order the young lady who took the order was not paying attention to me. When I got to the window that gave us the wrong size

Recently remodeled, this new version of Starbucks is charming. However, I would strongly advise watching their peak business charts. This place is almost always packed, and waiting in line at the counter or the drive through can take nearly 15-20 min for you to get your order. Hordes of students and Vanderbilt employees will visit this place at all hours, making it undoubtedly the busiest coffee shop in all of Nashville. If you are dead set on Starbucks, go ahead. However, I tend to go elsewhere for my coffee now rather than wait in line.

The staff! They take the time to get to know their regulars and have a small chat. Especially the morning / lunch crew. My order has always been ideally prepared and delicious. Ive come to count on their light food fare as good to better breakfast decisions, the calorie and nutritional content readily available.

As a regular here the staff and the other regulars are awesome and fun to be around. I often dont even have to say my drink and they get me squared away because they remember. The people are awesome, the location just got renovated and looks amazing! Unfortunately the thermostat after the reno while constantly set to 74 has had issues making it very hot or very cold, though that seems fixed now and I cant blame the employees for.

Stopped here to do some late night work and grab coffee to stay up. My latte was mostly milk and it was freezing inside so much so that the deck was preferred to staying inside. Super stylish, but the employees need better training and the AC needs to be turned off.

This Starbucks is great! I prefer this location over the other West End location as there is plenty of seating, a drive-thru, and some parking. You can also order ahead and pick it up through the drive-thru window. The staff here are really nice, but one word of caution: the location is really, really busy... because theyre good at what they do.

Stay away from this Starbucks if you are in a hurry. The lobby isnt very accessible because you cant find parking. The drive-thru line is often 10-15 cars deep and out into the road. Starbucks needs to look at their data and realize that they need another store in the vicinity.

This is the fifth time in a row they were out of sugar cookies. If this is a demanding item then it should be stocked better. How can you be out of sugar cookies 5 times in a row?!!! 😢😢😢 Yes Im being a cry bag!!!

I worked at Starbucks in college and have loved their coffee since long before that, I’ve frequented locations all over the country... I say all that because this location is the most inconsistent I’ve ever experienced. Their employees are kind, but don’t know simple beverage orders (marble mocha macchiato) and charged me almost $8 for it, it should be no more than $6, but they charged for extra syrup when less syrup was used than a traditional caramel macchiato. It’s frustrating because I like the people and the atmosphere, it’s convenient for me, but I think I’ll be taking choosing a different Starbucks to frequent.

Ridiculous. Dont put coffee in your name if you struggle to get a cup of coffee out. The drive thru business is so busy here and the Starbucks menu has gotten so far it of hand that they have employees timing around changing nitro tanks, cutting fruit, and cooking that they dont have time to make coffee!

The people here are pretty nice but the temperature is so low! It is freezing almost every time I have been here! You can spot people in Parkas, Winter-coats and ear-muffs even when its 70 outside.

If you want to be late to work in the mornings, stop here!!! On any given day I’ve waited 10-15 minutes for a coffee in this drive thru... This morning I thought I could cheat the system by ordering via SB app. I thought wrong. Walked in to pick up my order and the girl looked at me like a deer in headlights. They hadn’t even looked at the order. So waited for another 5 minutes.... I really don’t understand the management at this location. You’ve got one of the busiest Starbucks in downtown Nashville and they choose to staff it with 2 employees during morning rush hour when there are hundreds of people flooding into the area for work. I won’t be back.

One of the better servicing Starbucks in the Nashville area. Busy times (weekend mornings) can be hit or miss. Staff is always friendly though.
