I feel like people who dont get approved come on here and give this dealership or other dealerships bad reviews. For me, I purchased a car here for cash and its been driving great and has no issues and its been 3 months so far. I asked about the in house financing options and for a buy here pay here, this place has good down payments and monthly payments also. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE, VERY JANKY. I bought my FIRST car from here about a year ago. When i first bought it i noticed that the inside of my trunk was wet, further more that it was at least 6 inches of water inside (where the spare tire holds). I took it back up there to them and showed them and they told me to go to the dealership’s workshop to get it fixed. Fast forward to march 2021 and im still having the same problem. I went to get into my car last week after it had rained for 2 days straight and i noticed this MILDEW smell. I instantly got out and rushed to my trunk and there it was, WATER. I called the dealership and a guy told me to text him my name and vin number and he’ll call back. I did and no one has contacted me.This was a bad experience for me and I regret buying from this place. I should’ve listened when they said not to get a car from NOLENSVILLE road bc the car dealerships are janky but i was in a rush. Its a scam, the cars look good and shiny on the outside but there problematic. And to think that they wanted 8,500, haha i got it for 8,000 and im glad bc it saved me at least some damn money.

In July we drove 4 hours to go to Nashville and purchase this car that we saw. We paid 5,600 cash for it. On the way back home the vehicle lost all the power steering fluid, the a/c compressor stopped working and the car immediately started to over heat. We let that go and we fixed the issue which put us at almost 1,500 for repairs on this car. I try to go get my tags and I am unable to register my car due to the mileage on the car not being correct on the bill of sale, the title or the odometer. My car says it has 88,000 miles. However its not correct. It has more mileage than what was stated on their website and ads. They sold the car as if nothing were wrong with it. Dont wait your money or your time here. The people were nice when selling the car to us but the after experience is not worth it at all. Very disappointed in their service. Now I have a car that I cant even register. No tags! Do not shop here! Go somewhere else. You will waste your money and time here.

I was looking on Facebook at some different options to buy a car. Arman was the individual helping me out. On the Webdsite the total price for the car reads 3,599 but when I messaged him he said it was 12,500. I said for future customers you might want to change the price so you dont give them false advertisement or mislead them. He then said, no thank you. I will not be writing a check for 12,500 for Tennessee Auto Sales if they are dishonest right off the bat. I would encourage people to steer clear of buying from here as they are only interested in making the sale and giving out misleading information. Also if you scroll down Arman has rated this company a five star rating. So some of the ratings on here will be false because they are increasing their ratings by workers rating and not all customer ratings.

Do not buy a car from this place. Their cars do not pass Marta. They do not make repairs and when they do make repairs you have to keep going back for the same issue. I took my car back several times. I ended up taking the car paying for the repairs at a different place. I never had my car in my possession for a full 30 days. It stayed in the shop most of the time. Their cars are unreliable and not safe. Do not BUY CARS FROM THIS PLACE they are scammers.

Put 3000 down on vehicle that after a week of use wasnt able to operate. Refused to give me a correct bill of sale so I could register, demanded I pay them the sales tax (1,028) cash after asking where my license plate was after not receiving it in mail. My lawyer called to demand a correct bill of sale so I could register my car and they illegally came and repod the car. I haven’t been late on a payment and they ended up robbing me close to 10,000. They won’t be open long, do not waste your time here!

Dont waste your time or money here. Especially with a trade in. Theyre low balling middle easterners. Offered me 3,000$ credit for a down payment as a trade in for a motorcycle worth almost 6,000$ & his prices are marked abover fair market value. I know where he gets these cars and lets just say theyre not worth it. I used to be a mechanic for there auto suppliers and the cars are flood, fire and total loss vehicles. Nothing is what they say there.No im not racist or hold anything against them due to their back ground. Check my other reviews this is the only place to have gotten less than 4 stars from me and I travel a lot
