Aviod at all costs!!!!!!!! This place was nothing but a giant scam! Worst car buying experience ever! The salesman Charles was very smooth when avoiding giving me the price on the vehicle. Finaly he told me it was around $11,000. I told him i wanted my payments below $350 monthly. He talked to his manager and came back with a price. On paper it was $373. They do a great job at hiding the truths of the payment. I was in a tough place and needed a vehicle. They saw this and took advantage of me. I am now paying almost $600 monthly for a 2013 Jeep Patriot that has over 100k miles. Ive had this car for 10 months and am now discovering rust in different places that they covered up with paint. They are good at makkng you feel like its a good deal. But in reality they are looking to screw you over for profit. PLEASE NEVER BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALER!!

Wish I could give zero stars RUN don’t walk they are selling Lemons warranty ain’t worth the paper it’s printed on and the employees can care less it’s all a joke save your money and either buy a cash car or go to a REAL DEALERSHIP!! I can go on and on they are horrible!! Pay my car note faithfully never miss a payment to have to deal with a broken down car each week haven’t even had the car a full year

Charles Hendricks tried to help me get a car today with only $1400 down. He’s a great Salesman I recommend him to anyone that wants to come check out a car. If you are someone who is not okay with paying for over priced, high mileage cars, and older cars, this will not be the place for you. I was there a few hours thinking I was about to walk out with a new car. I ended up going through the whole process UNTIL I got the break down of how much the car had actually costed, my family which is smarter, had to let me know the price that was offered vs the mileage of the car. There was already over 100 thousand miles on it and I refuse to pay $16k in TOTAL for my 3 years on a car that has over 100k miles on it, which had no COOL features😂 didn’t even have a back up camera? Drive smooth tho. They claim you get a warranty, trying to make it sound so good but you only get that warranty up until you’ve reached 25k miles since you’ve drove the car of their lot. So with that being said, that your free “roadside assistance” and all this other stuff that includes in the “WARRANTY”. Doesn’t exist anymore after your 25k miles and or 18 months. PLEASD PAY ATTENTION and ask a bunch of questions, don’t let them make you feel intimidated Causs at the end of the day, they just TRYING to make a sell🤷🏾‍♀️

CHARLES HENDRICKS WAS AMAZING! I ENJOYED THE EXPERIENCE!

We drove up from Columbia. The salesman didnt seem to want my business at all he was talking fast with a cold demeanor. He pretty much contradicts the website. Pretty much I had more to put down but I told him the minimum online money down amount of $500. He immediately said they have nothing really. $800 down vehicles are 130,000- 142,000 miles and $400-450 payments for three year loan? The salesman stated there were four vehicles he said there may be able to get me into then he pointed to a lower lot farnfar away not showing me one car or again even pretending to want a sale.. He threw in you need insurance..I told him I have insurance already I can transfer to another car.. I am very disappointed. I felt like he looked at me and had an attitude immediately..oh well they lost a potential customer also my eldest daughter also will be looking to trade in her car to upgrade but I will definitely not advise she go there.. I sold cars before and have worked customer service my entire 20 year plus career by far the worst service Ive ever encountered . Will go to another buy her pay her lot sure any other will treat me better!

Horrible customer service. I was working with Franscisco. After multiple attempts to get back to me, I finally had him call me on a Friday. He told me so the app and he will call me as soon as he receives it. I did it and did not get a call until the Tuesday of the next week. I told him I needed something ASAP. He told me come in. I schedule an appointment for Thursday, due to the pandemic I couldn’t take my kids in so I had to find a babysitter. I told him I would be there at 3. I get there and he comes to the door tell me I can’t enter because I don’t have a mask. I had one in the car 🙄 then he says somebody came before me so I would have to wait an hour for him to get done with her first even though I had an appointment at 3. I left and never went back. I got a vehicle somewhere else with way better customer service!

I ended up with one from the Nolensville Rd. store. Everyone was very dedicated and you felt like you knew them for years. But James did not leave my side until I was satisfied. Absolutely Love my Sells Guy Stewart Caldwell at Auto Masters. He was extremely helpful in helping me into a new vehicle. He was honest and i like that. It was not just about getting a car sold with him. He is the type of person who stands by what he sells and prides himself on being proud of it. If most car salesmen were like Stewart Caldwell I think it would really put consumers at ease to know he has there best interest at heart and not just a buck. Its been over a year now and i am still loving my Ford Edge. He said it was a good car and it truly has been so far.

Automasters is the worst place to buy a vehicle. They do not stand by the warranty they claim they have....

Today I bought my first car at Auto Masters and It was a good experience. Before I even walked to the door, this nice man helped me and made me feel welcomed. What I really liked is soon as I sat down I was offered a snack. I dont know too much about cars and insurance and all that stuff, but the man helped me choose the right car for me and explained everything to me about the vehicle and the insurance policy. I came to this dealership with a limited amount of money and less than perfect credit and wasnt sure if Id get what I wanted. The salesman, Jacob Johnson, jumped through hoops for me though and I drove off in a nice Toyota Tacoma with low miles. Id give him 10 stars if I could. He was nice, well-mannered and he even went to the store and bought a new battery for the truck (even though the truck worked fine when I test drove it). I appreciate the service I received. Ill be back again for sure.
