I had an appointment with sales person, John Bailey, last Saturday that was the most positive experience I have EVER had at a car dealership. I am on my 3rd Mercedes and recently had purchased my latest (a 2018 CLA250) at another dealer and that dealer was not very well-versed about the features, so I had no idea that I had all of these extra features (like Apple Car-Play and the MB app that could remote start my car!!), so after spending time with John and explaining what exactly I was looking for - we realized that I ALREADY HAD THE PERFECT CAR!! Even though I didnt buy a car from him Saturday, he spent a lot of time educating me on my car and the features. I was completely blown away!! Such a positive experience!! I will DEFINITELY buy my next Mercedes from John and Mercedes-Benz of Music City. The best experience at a car dealership - EVER!! And I learned a valuable lesson. I will ONLY buy from the dealer next time (and more specifically THIS Mercedes Benz Dealership). Customer service is such a lost art these days, but John is an example what it SHOULD be! Ive searched high and wide for my wagon and I found it at Music City! Mike Karle is awesome, he was super responsive and helped answer every question, which was extremely important as I wasnt local! Hooked me up with a transport company and gave me a white glove treatment all the way! Financing was a breeze as well and the finance manager got me a better rate than the bank, so kudos all around! First we went to the Mercedes store in Brentwood. They didnt have much. What they had was not real clean and not real nice. Also, seem to be overpriced. We then drove to Mercedes-Benz of Music City. We were greeted at the door by Scott who asked us if we wanted water soda coffee ice cream or snacks. Then he showed us the trophies they had one for being the best Mercedes store in the country and having the best service department which he must have told us five times was one of the top service departments in the country year after year. We told him we wanted our forever car and it would probably be the last car we ever bought. We showed him a car that we had on her phone it was a 2016 C class with high miles and he immediately said that is not going to be your Forever car to good car but its not your Forever car. A really nice 2018 C300 fully-equipped 30,000 miles absolutely amazing condition. Our experience was wonderful. Scott never tried to sell us anything but tried to show us everything. This is where we will send our friends. Make sure to get yourself some ice cream

August 2020, my parents took their E350 sedan to Mercedes Benz of Music City for its annual service. As always, they received excellent customer service. During this visit, they received a 2020 GLS 450 as a loaner vehicle – a SUV that they had been considering to purchase to give their family more room. The next day they met with sales consultant Bea Mohsenin. Bea went above and beyond to ensure their experience purchasing their 2020 GLS 450 was extraordinary. Over the years, they’ve purchased several vehicles from other dealerships and each time the experience has been stressful. To their surprise, Bea made the entire process effortless. Fast forward a year later, they still love their GLS and they’ve gained a lifetime friend in Bea.

Big thanks from me to MB of Music City, and especially Andy Curry in the service department. I live 1100 miles away. I found a used E63 AMG wagon at another non-MB dealer in the Nashville area. Andy was willing to arrange a pre-purchase inspection on short notice so I could have the car looked over by the experts before purchasing it sight-unseen. The car checked out and I bought it. Before I picked up the car, the dealer I bought it from was burglarized and the keys to my car were stolen! MB Music City worked with the other dealer to get new keys made for me — again on short notice — and everything ended well. (And they were right about the car — it’s terrific!) I’m sorry I didn’t get to meet Andy in person, but to everyone out there who does, know you’re in good hands.

Had a wonderful purchase experience with my G63. Emilio was wonderful. However, I had nothing but misinformation and silence as far as registering my vehicle in my state (KY). Having not receiving any information in the mail in 5 weeks after buying the car (seriously, nothing, no phone calls either) I finally called and interestingly they managed to send the title and paperwork after that within a few days. Without the paperwork it was very difficult figuring out how to make my first months payment. I’m still waiting on my title today. I’m now on my second temporary tag and still waiting to get my car that I bought two months ago licensed and registered.Again, wonderful buying experience, but be aware you will need to stay on top of your paperwork and title as they do not seem to know how to do title work in a timely manner like any other dealership would.

Today I went to look at and test drive a C300. It was a pleasant experience. Our sales advisor, Michael Karle, was a very big help, and answered all my questions needed and worked very quickly . We loved the car and unfortunately while the dealership doesn’t have exactly what I’m looking for, I was very pleased with my visit today. Many car dealership visits are stressful and annoying, and I didn’t feel pressured or pushed to buy. I would have no issue coming back to make a purchase here if they had the right vehicle.

I bought an Infinity last year and started experiencing issues months into purchasing the vehicle. I called Mercedes Benz of Music City to have their mechanic check out my vehicle and the receptionist said they wouldn’t be able to check out my particular vehicle make. I had my vehicle checked out by the dealership and they informed me that the engine had major damage. I was so upset after hearing this information as I had recently purchased the vehicle and hadn’t driven it much. Buyer beware about buying a vehicle from this dealership. I thought they were a reputable dealer. The salesman John Bailey was very friendly but I believe they knew the issues the vehicle had but were not upfront with me. Be sure to have a certified mechanic inspect your car before buying it. I lost A LOT of money and don’t want this to happen to anyone else. Hope this helps someone from being taken advantage of like I was.

Over the last couple of years we purchased for vehicles from Mercedes-Benz of Music City. We live in North Carolina. Sometimes getting the answers and service we need we call Scott. He always calls right back. There are times he has even called the dealership in Greensboro and the dealership in Raleigh to help us with issues. We live out of state and we go far to get the vehicles from Mercedes-Benz of Music City because of the service we get from the dealership and Scott. We also got a sprinter luxury motorhome from them which we still have and enjoy with our family.

Called to have vehicle serviced, drove 45 minutes to location, after waiting 30 min, was told they couldn’t get to my car today and would allow me to make an appt. I informed the service technician that I attempted to make an appt and was told by the person who answered the phone that since it was a brake light, I would just need to bring it up and wait on it. Still did not receive service. Several times I have brought my car here and the service was not top notch.

Out of the two Mercedes we own and all of the dealerships between Louisville and Nashville we’ve been to this one seems to drop the ball every time. The service department is unprofessional. I’ve taken my car in 4 times now and have had issues with service every single time. The staff is unorganized and rude. I’d go to a different dealership further away from downtown Nashville and save yourself the hassle and head ache Mercedes of music city is bound to cause.

For many years I have been coming to MB of MC. It is, without a doubt, some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. Every employee I have interacted with has been fantastic. Sam has always been exceptional, professional and accommodating. Ryan is so kind, has gone above and beyond to provide help anytime I’ve needed it (even in a few crisis situations!!). Jeff has been the best service advisor, always great with communicating issues and scope of work so there are no surprises... additionally, I’ve started looking to upgrade my car. Bea and Brian have been amazing to work with! They are informative with out being pushy in any way. It’s so nice to feel like you’re dealing with family at MB of MC. I will recommend everyone to them and look forward to a long lasting relationship with my Mercedes family. Thank you all for everything that you do to ensure a true Mercedes experience every time.

My wife and I came into Mercedes-Benz of Music City yesterday and I have to say it was the best and easiest car buying experience we have ever had. We were met by Jonathan Olinger who was a fantastic Sales Associate. He was friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgable. Most importantly, he was not pushy and did not try to upsell us. He assisted us with test driving a couple of different models and in the end helped us make the right choice for us. The amenities and dealership itself were comfortable and top notch. Shout out to Coty in finance as well, he was great.My wife loves her new SUV and I will be coming back in the near future for our next purchase.
