Our experience at Lexus of Nashville was perfect. We bought our vehicle from Romaine Clue. Half the reason we even bought a car was because we liked him so much upon initial meeting! He is as knowledgeable as a rocket scientist and he’s a polite and charming gentleman. He made the stress of buying a new vehicle ( during these times with zero inventory) an easy and delightful experience. It’ll be a few years before we want to purchase another car.. but when the time comes, I’ll go straight back to him. He’s honest and trustworthy. This might be a rare characteristic in the car biz. He’s not a typical car sales guy. He’s a perfectionist and we so appreciated his attention to training us with every detail relating to the many features our vehicle offers.

I could not have been happier! I was there with a family member helping her with the purchase of a new vehicle. I am from out of town and was not familiar with the dealership. From the moment we walked up and met Romaine, the experience was first class. There was a few bumps in the process that was beyond the control of the dealership as it relates for the trade, but Romaine and the managers were beyond accommodating. The pricing was straight up and there wasn’t a lot of haggling. I am from South Florida and would fly here just for the buying experience they afforded my family member. Romaine is the best and should be the salesman of choice for anyone who goes there. The management and Brad in finance were also great. They are truly a five star dealership.
Love owning a lexus and they have the best vehicles on the Market. However, their service and customer service has been lacking since i bought my new vehicle 4 days ago. Buying a luxury vehicle, I expect top of the line service and customer service. I thought. This is my 4th Lexus and I thought things were the same.I dropped my care off to get some touch up work on the black aluminum wheels, but when I got back to pick up my car I noticed car damage on the front. The representative was very rude and had an attitude as soon as I walked into his office to explain. I own a business myself and I always listen to the customers however the representative did not listen at all and even threatened to throw me out of his office. LolThey definitely have room for improvement. So I say all of this to say do not buy or lease your new Lexus from the Metro Center location. Please visit Cool Spring or even Chattanooga location.

I originally started looking for a car in Cool Springs but didnt feel the vibe from the salesman. I went to Lexus of Nashville and met Romaine Clue and immediately he provided excellent customer service. We talked and he was very engaged in what I wanted. Even though the car was in transition to the dealership he kept me updated weekly on the status. When the car arrived, he video taped and took photos of the interrior and exterior to ensure I was satisfied before proceeding. He stayed in communication with me the entire time and went above and beyond customer service. Lexus should be proud to have a person who is a professional at what he does. My husband & I are from Illinois. I saw this 2018 Lincoln MKX on the cargurus.com website, and called Lexus of Nashville to inquire about it. The salesman I talked to was Romaine Clue, and he was extremely helpful. Even tho it was dusk, he went out on the lot and took pictures and shot video of the inside and outside of the car. He was very cheerful, and happy to please. I arranged to drive down and test drive, and my husband and I could not have been happier with the car, Romaine, or the dealership. My husband and I were having problems with our GS300 and repairs were just too much for a 2006 model..... we needed another car ASAP!!! We were so blessed to be introduced to sales and leasing consultant Lewis Becoats the 3rd!!! What an awesome experience. He was very professional and knowledgeable and he cared about our needs. He and staff made us feel comfortable and explained everything until we walked out with our New NX Lexus 200. I bought my 2020 RX450h a little over a week ago. The car is absolutely stunning inside and out. My experience at Lexus of Nashville was good. My sales experience was simple and smooth and the finance director Román (I believe) was so great! The only flaw in my experience was the detailing. When you buy a luxury vehicle you’d expect a good detailing before pulling off the lot. The inside of my vehicle had spray marks of some sort of chemical all over the door and middle console, as well as the seats. The leather conditioner or silicone that was used was poorly put on and the front of my red seats were shiny but the back was horrible. I’m not impressed with the detailing service but other than that a great experience. There was also a very tiny paint chip on the front bumper, presumably from a rock. Not a big deal but maybe can be covered up. Overall 4/5 experience. Thank you Lexus for great service and a wonderful car!
Excellent service! Nival set up an appointment for me, had the car washed and ready for a test drive, and made the trade-in/purchase process very smooth and easy. In the past at other places, I’ve sat in silence during what felt like an eternity to finish the transaction. Not at Lexus, not with Nival! He was personable and entertaining, as well as providing great service. I would definitely recommend working with him!

Fantastic customer service from Romaine Clue - Im a 3rd-time Lexus buyer and Romaine was by far the best rep Ive worked with. He was nice, funny, friendly, and non-pressuring when I asked to compare a couple models at the Cool Springs store. He was patient and worked with me all day. Finally, after he was off work, he stayed longer just to show me all the software and safety features and make sure I could operate them on my own. If I could afford (or use) a whole fleet of Lexus cars, Id buy them all from Romaine!

As a woman, and what is considered in this country as being a minority, for the first time in my life, I came to a dealership where everyone... Everyone treated me with the utmost respect and sincere kindness. I have visited other dealerships prior to that day and with each one maybe one person treated me the same way. However, someone else who worked for the dealership was not as kind or professional or respectful or any of those things that is necessary to encourage a customer to speak highly of them and to be a repeat customer. I love Lexus of Nashville. Like, Chick-fil-A or Publix oh, there are some principles obviously put in place to treat people the way you want to be treated. Went to the dealership for the first time about a month ago and drove out with a new Lexus. Romaine, our Salesperson was very knowledgable and customer focused. The dealership felt more welcoming than the dealer of the German brand I traded in and I immediately feel part of the Lexus family.Romaine has called twice to check in and the second time mainly to confirm my new plates had arrived, which they haven’t so he is preparing another temp tag for me. I had a great experience with purchasing a new vehicle!!!!Brian was awesome and did an excellent job. I actually called in to the dealership on a Friday and Brian met me in Jackson, TN on Monday to bring me my new car.!!!When I called in and asked for a sales person I was connected with Brian and told him that I had been to a Lexus dealership and they were not willing to work the deal that I wanted. Brian asked me to take some pics of my vehicle and that he would be looking for me and that I could look online as well. I looked and Saturday and contacted Brian and told him that I was not opposed to a car, I had told him a RX 350 in the beginning. I saw the most gorgeous vehicle online on Saturday and I sent Brian a text to get more info on the vehicle. We texted back and forth a few times on Saturday and Sunday and told me that he would be working on it and would get back with me on Monday. Brian called me on Monday morning and by Monday afternoon we were making plans for me to get the vehicle. I never thought that the process of buying online/over the phone could be so great!!! Brian worked hard to get what I asked for and answered any questions that I had. Brian was just as professional and outgoing in person as he was on the phone!!!Brian has continued to stay in contact and answer any questions on my new vehicle.Brian made the process very easy and I couldn’t have asked for more. For the record this dealership sold me a 2020 Lexus ES that had over $12,000 worth of repairs done to it. The car had been apparently shot up and had a claim filed on the car. It was conveniently sent to a collision repair shot that didn’t report to CarFax or AutoCheck. It was sold as a CERTIFIED vehicle when I purchased it. I would suggest staying away from this dealership because if they did it to me, they will do it to you. On a side note, when they realized they messed up they offered to “cancel the deal like it never happened.” They never admitted to any wrong doing but obviously they knew they messed up. They then sent the vehicle to auction after it was returned.Update- Kyle thanks for your response. Unfortunately I should not have had to “bring it to your attention” since you all already knew the car had been shot up. Your store paid the claim on it. Also, I am glad to see someone at your store, you in this case, admitted you all made a mistake. The only thing I could get from your staff was you all were willing to cancel the deal but no admission of any wrong doing was ever given. Sometimes honesty is the best policy instead of hiding the facts. Good luck with your business. Thanks.
I had the best car buying experience of my life at Lexus of Nashville thanks to Romaine Smith Clue. My fiancé and I were in Nashville on a weekend trip and decided to stop by the dealership to browse as we’d been kicking around the idea of buying a new car. We’re pretty savvy shoppers and aren’t afraid to travel far and wide for the best deal on a vehicle, but the way we were treated by Romaine and all the staff at Lexus of Nashville was the difference maker! Romaine is extremely knowledgeable, patient, and has the ability to juggle multiple things at once without leaving anyone out. We test drove 4 vehicles and spent hours comparing the vehicle we decided on with other options across the country. In the end, it wasn’t the price that compelled us to take the deal, it was the experience. These people know how to treat customers! They’re transparent, upfront, and respectful of your budget, intellect, and time. Romaine is an absolute asset and should be acknowledged and rewarded for his abilities and character!

My husband and I drove over 2 hours to look at an RX350. We spent most of the morning at the dealership because I couldnt make up my mind. Joseph was more than patient and even recommended a wonderful lunch spot for us to discuss the vehicles over. A few hours later, I decided I wanted a GX460 (typical woman). Between Joseph, Greg, and Rick, they truly made our first Lexus experience great! We highly recommend Lexus of Nashville and will definitely be back (in a few years)!

Was having difficult starting my RX350, took it into the service department last night, was called this morning with the diagnostic and repair cost. which I approved, and picked it up 30 minutes later! We had a great experience with this dealership! We found a used NX 300h on Autotrader and we are in Atlanta, GA. We test drove at a local Lexus dealer but the experience was very mediocre. As soon as I requested info for the dealer to call me, I received a call back almost instantly from Romaine. He was very helpful and efficient and not at all pushy. We decided we were very interested in the car, and Romaine let me know he was out of the office for the rest of the week but would make sure someone followed up the next day. I asked if that would push him out of the sale (as a salesperson myself) and he said what mattered the most is that I got the best service!Nival is the associate for the follow up, and we could not be happier with our experience with him. Nival was quick to reach out and offered a video walkthrough of the car. The walkthrough was recorded by Nival himself and personalized to me, and it was extremely helpful as a distance buyer. Nival was quick to answer any questions, and was able to text which was great for my work schedule. I decided to fly into Nashville and drive home to ATL. The experience at the dealership was quick and efficient. Nival had the car and everything else ready and it was easy to get through the paperwork. Not even Ramon in finance was pushy with warranties, etc. Overall I was in and out and very, very pleased with the car. Everything was as promised and Ive had no issues with the process or the car. We would definitely buy a car here again!

I cannot say enough how amazing this entire experience was all because of Romaine Clue! If you go to Lexus ask for him personally. From the beginning- we set an appointment to test drive just to see what we have with Lexus as an option, he was not pushy he was so nice and knowledgeable just all about the facts not any of the weirdness and pressure. Anyways, a month later after dealing with me calling and texting a thousand times and changing my mind about leasing vs purchase etc etc he gets me the perfect GX with all the bells and whistles. It was not even stressful, he made it perfect and easy for us. And i know I’m not the only one that loves this man because another customer brought him a whole cheesecake for his upcoming birthday! And honestly i will also be sending a gift because he is that great of a professional that you will appreciate. The buying experience was very easy. Our salesman, Romaine Clue, was outstanding. While he is a top notch salesperson, he’s an even better person. There was no pressure to buy and Romaine was constantly educating my wife and I on the car we purchased, before and after the deal was done. Asked for an inspection because of some odd vibrations from underneath the car when driving at higher speeds 50ish+. Lexus said they’ll do an inspection on the car and test drive it. Results came back and they said the car is in perfect condition and nothing was found in the inspection or road test. Obviously they didn’t test drive it because if they did then they would of also heard the super loud and obnoxious vibrations happening. FYI driving the car around the dealership is not considered a “test drive”. We specifically told them the noises are super noticeable at highway speeds but they still found nothing on their “test drive”. Super disappointed

I had been to several dealerships but had never met anyone with as much knowledge about the vehicle as Romaine did. He was patient and showed me every feature the vehicle offered as well as how to use them. I would have never been able to use all the features if he had not taken the time to explain them to me. Romaine made buying a Lexus exactly what you dream buying a Lexus would be like. He even put the big red Lexus bow on my car after it was detailed! After several attempts to get my air bag replaced on my Lexus SC430 at the Lexus dealer in Franklin I called Lexus of Nashville and they got me very quickly. Changed the air bag in record time and actually apologized for the other dealers lack of response.
