We went there being pre-approved with capital one at less than 3%. They ran our credit through their other financial partners giving us 3 hard hits. A company that you cannot make agreements with.I bought a Saab from them over the phone and mailseller Bill and agreed that I pay 500 usd, all credit card details given and a day later they sell the car to someone else.Dont buy cars here and dont recommend them to anyone.

This place has been crookest since day one i took a call for a PU on a unit for them from TX to TN, I am carrier from Texas that took their load because their manager begged to help them out with that unit to be transported. I delivered vehicle and they handout my driver with a insufficient funds check, and till the day i have received any response or my check of $1000.00. Since 10/16/2020 till now no reply from MUSIC CITY MOTORS LLC so unprofessional owners and staff to take care of this issue. FYI for other carriers be careful with crooked business like this. will be reporting now with law enforcement and taking it further because it is not fair for us that we completed our services and did not get paid for it. Due too Covid-19 we didnt really get to speak to anyone until later that day! After they contacted us they were friendly and helpful with information about there vehicles and there financing of there vehicles!

My daughter bought a car from this dealer in March. She had it less than 24 hours and the check engine light came on. 8 days later her Volkswagen would not run. Eric from the car lot was very nice and helpful at first, but always giving us the run around about fixing it. He had it for 4 months when FINALLY he called for her to pick it up. Needless to say the car was not fixed! Still doing the same thing. I would highly recommend to go somewhere else! Save your money with another dealership.
