It I could rate 0 stars I would. There is a serious issue with communication between this lot and the customer. If you are going to try and have a smart mouth please understand how the English language works. Furthermore, after having a vehicle with this company for over 2 years and not needing the vehicle anymore due to having another child and needing more space there should be no reason that anyone should be trying to bully us into keeping a car that wouldn’t even fit all of our children. Not to mention the cars are over priced with your company but that’s neither here nor there. I love to see companies with majority of the employees being black but please do better this is ridiculous and embarrassing for y’all

They never know what’s going on and they just transfer you a million timesThey have terrible communication but the phones work when it’s time to take a payment . I wish I could give 0 stars I have had my car for almost four years almost paid it off owe $2000 all sudden they are trying to say I was audited and didn’t have insurance from 2017, I have provided this information several times and their insurance has verified when I did have it, but at American financial they can’t seem to get it together they are all rude do not return phone calls then a manager Said she would take care of it and still nothing I’m not paying money for something I had and when I didn’t have was paying their $30 premium I’m going to turn their car in I don’t want to deal with rude shady people who for two weeks I’ve been going back n forth trying to get this resolved then I just called again and got hung up on when asking to speak to a manager I’m going to keep updating on here until something is done

I purchased a 2017 Kia Forte back in December of last year. Ben was the guy that helped me. The whole experience was smooth, I didn’t have any issues. They really work with you, and go out their way to make sure your satisfied. They have really nice up to date cars, with low mileage. It’s been about five months now, and I haven’t had one single problem with my car. I recommend anyone to buy a car from them. Especially if you been turned down from other car places, or have bad credit. They will help you!!!!

I wish i could give 0. This company used to be ok. All the sudden they start charging me for some damage waiver insurance. Ive never changed insurance. I had to take time out of my day to fix it with another company. I was told would be refunded on account. Over 4 weeks nothing yet. They keep saying different times and keep saying they will email someone. Ive heard nothing. Terrible company.

HORRIBLE customer service!!!! I call to try to get a payment put through and they send through 5 different people and I have to repeat myself multiple times before I get to the right person. The billing department will just put you on hold and then hang up after 10 minutes of waiting. American car financial reps are really rude and before you get done talking to them, they just transfer you right in the middle of your sentence. They have great cars, but honestly its not even worth it because they are the worst to deal with. They are not professional at all.

STAY AWAY!!!! They will overcharge you on a used car almost double its value and call it a lease. They have not provided any assistance when Covid hit. I would not recommend going in and letting these people (or most of these buy here pay here places) scam you out of thousands of dollars that can be going to a car that you will ultimately own or your family who needs support during these tuff times. I wish I could give them a zero star but that is not an option. (Dear managers that will read this, do not write me back saying contact yall so we can discuss things. Ion wanna talk. Yall scam people. I know how car deals work now from working at a dealership.) Do not let these people con you.

American car center sucks they didn’t get my dates right for my payments every time I pay I have a late fee and they say they can’t change it car note suppose to be 215 I pay 235 and some change the cars are good but the way they do things make you wanna return the car I’m taking mines back

My salesman was awesome. He is the only good experience that I have had dealing with this company. I purchased a 2015 Nissan Sentra 37 days ago. The air went out on the vehicle on the 33rd day. I called the warranty company to advise of the issue I am having with the car and to see what I need to do to have it fixed under the warranty. I have talked to a Doug and John in warranty and they have given me 3 different shops to take it to. They all need my vehicle for over 24 hours. I work in Nashville but live an hour away, so for me to leave my car I would need a loaner car to get back and forth to work. I am livid bc they are not willing to assist with a loaner vehicle while my car that I have had barely 30 days gets fixed. I expressed to my salesman that I need something reliable bc I commute out of town to work and back. There is no way I can leave my vehicle over night or longer without another means of transportation. I will miss days from work and money. I keep being transferred around was told by John that I keep calling him and I am not the only person that has an issue with my vehicle. I AM GOING TO THE BBB NEXT!!!!!!!!!!!! I WOULD GIVE NO STARS IF THAT WAS AN OPTION!!!!!

Mazio is that guy to go to when you need a vehicle I will say that I didnt get a vehicle because I had to do wayyyy to much but this guy will definitely try anything he can to put you in a vehicle. However the reviews that you read about not finding things out until the last minute are true cause I couldve been better prepared if I had know everything I would need or would even have to do if I didnt meet the requirements up front. So be prepared for surprises.
