Best used cars dealership ever! I purchased Mercedes Benz E550 from them, and I got the best deal I have ever had! They give 30 Day Warranty for the cars, yeah it’s unbelievable! None of the used cars dealership, even big companies doesn’t give you warranty for 30days! I have had a check engine light with my fault and I didn’t have an idea they would fix it. Anyway I decided to call and asked if they could help and I was shocked. It was still under warranty and they fixed them for free! I don’t know any dealers that can give you warranty for used car. Thank you guys, you are the best! Especially Sean who has helped me with choosing my car.

I broke down on the side of I 65S half way between Buffalo, NY and Northern Texas. My 08 XC70 had the dreaded brake system failure warning. Its a known issue that shuts down the car. Its also a lengthy diagnostic. That equates to neither an fast or cheap fix. I HAD to be in Texas in two days. Im a girl on a budget. I was screwed.I had used my 4hr, 40mile ordeal getting my poor XC70 towed to the dealership in Nashville to check out the used vehicles in the area. Just in case the diagnostic came back with what I feared. (Which it did)Low and behold ... 03 V70, under 100,000 miles, below normal marked price. I call and Beck saved my life that day. Not only did I walk away with another (running) Volvo, it also fit all the equipment I had for a month long camping trip (picture Sanford and Son but in a station wagon). They helped shlep all of said equipment from one vehicle to the other and got me lunch.I think the deal worked out perfectly for everyone. I didnt have to take out another loan (if I could even get a loan while on unemployment, thank you COVID). I got back on the road in time to not miss my workshop. All be it in a slightly older whip but she had less miles. They got an upgraded vehicle, that once fixed by their mechanic, they can make a few bucks on. Win. Win. Ill never be able to thank them enough. I had very few options and they came through with zero hastel.💓🛣️🚐

BUYER BEWARE! In May I purchased a 2014 Ford Escape. They sold me the vehicle without addressing 2 safety recalls, required by law for them to address before selling it. As Ford was addressing the recalls it was discovered that while under the ownership of Enter Motors Group Inc check engine codes were clared. Ford was able to determine date and time this was done. The codes... catylitic converter was bad and there was a misfire on cylinder 3. I had the converter replaced and the vehicle would not pass an emissions inspection as the check engine light kept popping up and a large cloud of white/gray smoke started billowing out of the tailpipe. The owner of the business said he would check into the emmissions issue and Beck sent a tow truck to bring my vechile to their shop. I was not home when they took the vehicle and wasnt called prior to them arriving. My neighbor said, They just dragged your car off. They had my vehicle for 2 weeks with ZERO communication. I finally called and within 24 hours the vehicle magically passed. The owner said, I drove it for 220 miles with no problem. I picked up the vehicle and it sounded loud, like a lawn mower. Upon inspection my muffler was hanging off! I called and was told thats how it was dropped off to them. He drove this car for 220 miles with the muffler hanging off and loud as heck and didnt think anything was wrong? It sat at their shop for 2 weeks and no one thought it odd that the muffler was hanging? I asked for the tow companys information. They never returned a call or text after this. I had to then take the vehicle to a muffler shop only to be told the flex pipe was damaged and needed to be replaced. I was also told that the vehicle could not have passed emissions with the flex pipe damaged. So how did I have a passed emissions paper? The smoke coming out of the vehicle was never addressed, the reason Enter Motors sent a tow truck to pick up the vehicle. Low and behold...The check engine light kept coming on and the vehicle was loosing coolant. The mechanic discovered that the loss of coolant was due to a blown headgasket, the reason for the 3rd cylinder misfire, check engine light and another reason this vehicle would not pass emissions. I even spoke with the gentleman in charge of the emissions program for the state of Tennessee and he confirmed the vehicle could not have passed a legitiate test with these problems. This dealership is NOT to be trusted! They were nice guys and I mistakenly thought being nice meant also having integrity. I was wrong!

Sold me a car after clearing codes leaving me stuck with 4K in repairs. Best part after having the car over a month they gave me a list of “repairs” they did ie: spark plugs oil filter etc that I had already just replaced. A turbo and timing chains is what multiple mechanics have given me quotes on so now I have to file to sue based on the used car laws ( this includes as is for those of you who they have also tried to screw) I’m a single mom who lives in ky and now i paid 4500 and still don’t have a safe vehicle. Do not trust these people!!!

07/24/2021I drove 4 hours to finalize a deal on a 2011 Durango Citadel only to hear they raised the price of the vehicle by $4,500 overnight. They said they made a mistake on the price. If thats true they should have had the decency to call/message me back and let me know of this error before I drove all THAT way . I believe they thought since I drove all that way that I was just going go pay the new price when they sprung it on me after the test drive. Id give them zero starts if possible for that classless act.Now from a technical side the vehicle was misrepresented on Carguru, they advertised it as accident free which isnt the case per the carfax report. Make sure you do your own homework if you plan to deal with these guys.

Very pleased with service that I got at this dealership. It was nice experience, because I am really picky about used cars and it is hard to find really clean car with all options that I want. However I was fully satisfied with a car and service that was provided to me. This dealership has below market prices and great customer service. I would recommend it. I bought an awesome used 2008 Audi from Mo at Enter Motors Group this month. He was very welcoming and polite when I called and showed up to test drive the vehicle. He even went the extra mile and offered to replace the cracked windshield. Everyone at the dealership was thoughtful, friendly, and communicative with any questions I had. I took the vehicle to the EMG shop to work on a pump issue and they took excellent care of me. I was also able to purchase a used spare tire from them at a reasonable price to replace the one that came with the vehicle. The mechanics had to call around to several tire dealers to find the correct match for the vehicle. All in all I was pleased at how accessible they were, their integrity, and their commitment to my experience as their customer. The business has a personal touch. I would recommend them.

And if there’s anything that needs to be fixed, any lights on, etc. they will send you to their mechanic for free and get it handled for you! Was a very fast transaction I was in and out withing 10 mins ... Only issue I had was that the pics on the site had some extra pics of the car I bought that wasnt the car I bought..was same color but I noticed some pics had the rain gaurd on the sun roof and some didnt ..thats when I noticed the car with the rain gaurd was a lot more shiney than the car that I actually got .. also steering wheel pic was of a steering wheel in a different si and it looked mint..the steering wheel I got was very worn and the fabric was ripping away on it.. other than that the car runs great so far ...love the car so much.. very clean interior and engine bay looked like it came from the factory.. beck and his partner were very good salesman

Theyre alright. The employees are eh. Got a decent price on a van and a 3 month warranty which is nice. And its right off the interstate which was great for us.

My daughter and I went and purchased her first newer car from Moe at Enter Motors. Even being two women we were treated with the utmost respect, which was refreshing! Unfortunately 1-1/2 weeks later she ended up stranded on the side of the road, with what we thought was the catalytic converter. Moe went out of his way and was right there with us on the phone trying to help us get it back home and to their shop (3-1/2 hours away). Turns out the motor needed replacing. Which was covered by the warranty but only $1250 of it. However, Moe & Enter Motors have worked tirelessly to get my daughter’s car fixed, and fixed correctly, even giving us a 6 month warranty when the company that they got the motor from is giving them a 3 month warranty!

Bought a car less than 30 days ago and after starting up and switching gears cars turns off. Car not drivable at all took to the shop they requested before it got this bad and they acted as if I was wasting there time like nothing wrong maybe an oil change. Want my damn money back over 6k down the drain. My daughters first car worst experience

Back in March, my family was looking for a car and were referred to check out Enter Motors inventory by a few family friends down in Tennessee. Once we saw a car we were interested in, my father, whos a truck driver stopped by on his way to check out the car. He liked the cars and the guys helping him so much, our family ended up buying TWO cars for a very good deal! Mind you, were from Buffalo, NY!! The next weekend, after having the two cars prepared for us, my mother and I flew all the way down to Nashville to drive the cars 700 miles back! We got back safely without not one issue and have been loving the cars ever since! Would definitely recommend to family and friends to buy cars from Beck and Daniel! I bought an 2006 F-150 from a gentleman by the name of Daniel on 8/20. The gentleman was very polite, drove the truck and felt no problems. Get the truck home and there’s a thump coming from the engine or frame, I immediately contact him to let him know of the issue, and that I’m thinking I wanna get my payment back. I was advised to take it to their mechanic and they will figure it out. Drop it off at the mechanic on Monday and got the truck back sometime during the next week, only to find out that it’s still having the same issue. Go back to Daniel to tell him the issue and was told to take it back, only for them to tell me that it was the rack and pinion and they were ordering the part. Several days go by with no response about the part and still no call. By this time I notice the truck is sputtering and losing power, in addition to cutting off when going into drive from reverse. By this time, I’m getting frustrated as you can imagine so I decided to go to the lot to get a straight answer. When I arrived, we had a small altercation about me not having respect for his country because I didn’t wanna shake his hand. I expressed to him that I didn’t care to shake his hand because I didn’t want to be in agreement with him about anything, and I didn’t like their customer service up to this point. We make up and agree for me to take it to the same mechanic to trouble shoot and fix the issue with the acceleration and sputtering, I drop it off, couple days later, it’s the fuel pump. In the mean time I take it to my own mechanic to get more insight and get a second opinion and also do a few maintenance fixes and it starts to run a bit better and the check engine light goes back off. After waiting more than a week for this fuel pump to come in, I call Daniel and he informs me that that I can take it to the mechanic. I take it in on October 5, and just got it back today which is 10-19, only to find out, it’s still doing a little sputtering and shutting off.🤦🏾‍♂️ Now I’m stuck with a bump truck, and I feel real silly. It is what it is, but if I had knew then, what I know now, I wouldn’t have purchased a scooter 🛴 from them, much less a truck.

Impressed with their customer service and quick replies to inquires about cars. They allowed us to test drive the car we were interested in, but once inside the vehicle, it was so incredibly dirty. The windshield was glossed over with dirt and made it challenging to see. Presentation of the vehicles is important to me, and we ended up not purchasing here.

After learning of this vehicle dealership online, I was extremely satisfied when visited in person. I test drove several cars and was given honest opinions of each by the dealers. When I chose a vehicle, the entire buying process was easy. Everyone there was respectful and appreciative of my business. I would definitely recommend doing business with Enter Motors. We have purchased multiple vehicles from Enter Motors Group over the last 8 years, but in the last two years with the management shifting to other family members, its been a disappointment. The cars are in terrible shape now and dirty. Minimal work is done on them after buying them from auction and they use simple repairs as a bargaining/payment negotiation strategy. Very different from the previous family member who ran the dealership. Still kind and nice people now, but the quality of cars and their prices are no longer worth my business and I would not recommend them.

He honored his word getting it taken care of asap. That is very important. Very happy with my decision to do business with them.

Great dealership with a nice selection of cars and really friendly service. Another recent review complains about a Lexus purchase - from what I saw that customer did not fairly represent his experience. He purchased the car after negotiating so Im not sure what hes complaining about. The dealer also offered to refund his money if he was unhappy. So I would trust this dealership more than I would trust that review.

I have been in Enter Motors Group Inc. dealership today, and got Toyota Matrix. It was one the greatest sale which I made ever for car, I have found a great dealership with high experience and perfect orientation 🙌,it was honor for me to buy car by this dealership. The owner of dealership himself gave me the key and said that if there would be any problem I could ask a help for them, they will provide support at any time. I was satisfied by that. And, what was surprising that when I was testing car, one of the customers came and asked to change her car because she doesnt want it anymore, she bought car three month ago and she said she doesnt want it anymore. It was surprising that owner of dealership explained kindly and professional that dealership ready to change car and she can choose whatever car in dealership for the substitute for her car, she found a car and SURPRISINGLY SHE GOT THE CAR. So, it was a really professional and honest and really really surprising Job by dealership. Honestly, I have never seen such a professional and kind job by dealership. Wow, these guys are amazing. I bought a BMW 128i from them on Saturday for my wife, and Im amazed at how honest, professional and down-right decent the group is. They absolutely went above and beyond what we expected. Furthermore, we were really heartened to find out they are helping out a homeless guy get back on his feet. A great experience. Chris was very helpful and patient. The car we chose wasnt even in their system yet, but he had it cleaned and serviced for us. After the second test drive we noticed the side mirror did not work. He willingly offered to have it replaced. We have had the car three weeks, and I just returned from getting the mirror repaired and it works great. I would highly recommend Enter Motors.

Yesterday I went to this place. My wife wanted to buy a car. The guy that helped us was really nice and kind. My only problem is that when my wife submitted an application to buy a car they told us it was better to go home and expect a call to get an answer. This was yesterday about 4 in the afternoon. At this point my wife hasn’t received any answer. Question: Do they forgot about it or they don’t care about doing business with people with bad credit or not credit at all? There were some other people buying a car and they got approved in 10 or 15 minutes. So I definitely don’t recommend this place to buy a car. Unless you have really good credit, you will get approved. Finally the office is in bad shape. Carpet is really messy.Restrooms are too close to where people are seated. If you have to make weird noises everybody will know for sure that you are the one and only one guilty.

They have a wonderful staff. I purchased my car from Chris and he was very polite and know his cars and what they have on the lot. They are very willing to work with you and listen to your likes and dislikes on what you are looking for. They stand by the warranty they offer on the vehicles and should anything go wrong they will fix them. They also offer you great prices on services much less than other mechanics. Enter Motors Group is a company that one can trust. They will go above and beyond to make you satisfied with your purchase. They pick every car with great deal of diligence before they offer it to customers. The owner Mr. Utkir is great. Its hard to find an honest dealer these days who thinks about customer satisfaction before his own profit. Beck is good too. I bought two cars from these guys. Decent mileage, great price, lots of life left in both vehicles. Despite the fact that both vehicles were sold as is without warranty, they were really nice. The first vehicle had some noise in a rear shock absorber, the other one had an issue with power steering, nothing was wrong when I was buying these cars though. I just paid for the cost of the shock absorber. The labor was free of charge in both cases. I would highly recommend this company if youre looking for a reliable car at a reasonable cost. Im not writing this just because they are my countrymen, there are so many suckers who call themselves your compatriots and wanna rip you off. These guys are really good. Thumbs up Enter Motors!

Dont let this small lot fool you. They are honest and not your normal used car salesmen. I looked at a car there, loved it but needed to think about my purchase for a while. They did not try to coerce me into buying. There was no pressure, we negotiated a price and after a few days I decided to buy a car from them. After I purchased the car I discovered a leak coming from the transmission. When I called Enter Motors they assured me they would fix it.When you buy a used car you cant expect it to be in mint condition, but Enter Motors (Jamal to be exact) made sure the car they sold me was as flawless as could be expected.I look forward to doing business with them in the future.Thanks!

They worked very hard to get the vehicle (which was new on their lot) ready for us and gave us a great rate. We ended up trading in an old vehicle and they walked us through the process of how to get the registration transferred (which I knew nothing about before-hand). Beck and the team were courteous, professional, and likable. They seem trustworthy, and created a pleasant buying experience. I told them I needed a car for a long cross-country trip, and after considering several cars they had, I chose a 2012 Altima. They agreed it would be a good choice. There was a shudder in the steering, but they replaced the tires and that seemed to resolve it. I test drove it for 30 miles on streets and everything seemed solid They even included an extended warranty, which I thought would take care of anything that might be missed. But in the month since buying Ive incurred more than $4200 in repair bills, including a new transmission, brakes, rotors and more (of this, the warranty only covered $1250--the maximum payout described in the fine print). Even the tires they had installed had to be replaced less than 2500 miles in--they were quite low quality, it turned out, and were wearing very unevenly.Bottom line is if you are going to buy from Enter (or anyone else for that matter), do not simply trust the test drive, the extended warranty, or the friendly dealer--get a pre-purchase inspection. Maybe if Id done that I would have bought a different car or gone elsewhere. Buyer beware--be very aware.

I bought a Lexus LS460l from the owner. He was very upfront about everything. He previously drove the car as his daily but was upgrading to something different. The business is family run and operated; everyone was extremelu kind and helpful. The owner himself went out of his way to bring me an extra set of keys that would have been expensive for me to reproduce.Thank you!

These guys had sold me a car that at first seemed like a decent running car. Within the first 40 miles the check engine light comes on. The cylinders were not firing and the transmission starting slipping and needs to be replaced. The guys at Firestone told me the sensor had been tampered with and thats why it drove fine on the test drive. Do not trust these jokers and do not buy from here. No way would ever send someone to buy a car from these crooks!

I was very pleased and pleasantly surprised by my experience with Enter Motors. I bought my son a 2004 Volvo after finding it via a google search. The experience was great. They negotiated fairly, let me take the car for a test drive with no hassle, were very forthright regarding the cars history, and were extremely friendly to deal with. Post sale, we had a problem within the first 30 days with the spark plugs failing causing the engine to miss. While the repair wasnt really under warranty, Enter Motors allowed me to come back and fixed the problem free of charge. Based on my experience, they certainly are honest, ethical, and stand behind their promises and are a company of their word. I will buy from them again if I get the chance!

I recently purchased a Lexus nearly identical to mine but in much better condition overall than mine. I had several parts that were better on my previous vehicle than on the new car (standard stuff mostly: nice new tires and brakes, also the purchased model had a cracked tail light). The gentlemen at Enter Motors happily offered to switch out the parts at no additional costs. They did in fact switch out all the nicer parts on my trade-in onto the new vehicle and while I was waiting I was able to observe their interactions with a number of clients and vendors, they were professional and accommodating through and through. If youre in the market for a used vehicle and want a fair price, this is definitely the place to shop for one. They also demonstrated they were willing to work with their clients on a number of issues ranging from basic repairs to financing. It is rare to find a used car dealer who isnt just trying to get one over on you and get the car off the lot as-is. This wasnt the case at Enter Motors, they truly care about their vehicles and their customers.
