The mechanic was very knowledgeable and honest. And he did a great job, kept me in the loop, and finished the job (head gasket repaired) in as speedy a manner as possible. Two thumbs up! πŸ‘πŸ‘

Eric explained the issue very well and said no to the engine and yes to repairing the Head Gasket. He gave me a very fair price and that is that. Easy decission to make with the proffesional diagnosis and friendly service. I will never go anywhere else. Hats off to Automasrers for sending me to them.

Holly and Angel are Awesome!! Holly answered all my questions allowed me to take the car over an hour away for a test drive and inspect by MY personal mechanic. I received the title to my vehicle exactly 1 week after purchase which has not been my experience in the past from other dealers. I can’t recommend Greenlife and Holly enough, definitely great people to do business with. So go see these guys you won’t be disappointed

Sold my brother-in-law a car we suspect he knew had a bad engine. After $2500 or repairs we found that the car Motor seized up and After trying to return it to the dealership they said it was not their problem. My brother-in-law just wanted his money back not the price of the repairs. He most likely had his mechanic put heavy oil in the car to hide problems, as per our specialist Macanic. This is a dishonest business owner run quickly do not buy anything from this man ever. Most likely going out of business and selling the business to another family member To avoid taxes and penalties as we’ve heard from other business owners in the area.Run Run Run do not buy anything from this man

I love my new car they were very nice. They even let me take my car to my mechanic before final purchase. They put on wind shield wipers. Since I need the car to go to art shows Holly suggested to bring my stuff and try it out. That was very helpful, overall a very good experience.

Okay, I ended up not purchasing the vehicle that I went to this lot to view as I opted for a more expensive vehicle from another lot. However, these are some of the most friendly people you could want to meet or deal with. I was allowed to spend as much time with the vehicle that I came to view and I was allowed to test drive it. Even though I ended up not purchasing the vehicle I would not hesitate to do business with this fine folks!

Im so happy I bought my car here. I went there and test drove the car on Saturday, went to 2 other places and came back the next Tuesday and bought it because it was the best car in my price range. I bought it with the a/c not working, i came back 2 days later and the put new lines in, now Im cool as a cucumber. They also helped to program my new remote. It was such a great feeling to buy from a small dealer who went above and beyond. Both Holly and Angel were not pushy and kept me from getting overwhelmed. I would definitely recommend.

Bought a car here for my daughter, and after $2300 in repairs (new front end just so it could be alingned if properly, new valve cover gasket to stop an oil leak) including an oil change, all things I was fine with paying for to ensure the car was road worthy. Well, after the oil change the car broke down about 10 miles down the road, with my daughter in the vehicle, on side of the interstate for about 5 hours. I tow it back to a locally trusted and very notable mechanic that is known for working on this specific make of vehicle. The starter had melted into the block beacause the balancing shaft was off and seized up the motor. Now Im $3300 into this vehicle, plus what I have paid. Once these repairs are made, i immediately take it back to them and ask ONLY for the purchase price back. Mind everyone that I have had the vehicle in my possession less than 30 days and it has been in the shop for 20 days. The answer I recived was...1. Its my fault for buying a brand of car that is a risky purchase for having high maintenance costs. 2. The Corona virus is hurting thier business and they dont have the money to pay me back even if they wanted to. (Bullsh**, they have plenty of assets on their lot, its cash only business) 3. They are about to go out of business.End of my story...the vehicle broke down driving away from the dealership. Its currently back at the mechanic shop. Ill update this post next week with an updae on the more sh*t wrong with this car.Run away from this place as fast as possible.

This review is mostly concerning their mechanics. The sales people are nice enough, but we agreed they’d fix the brake issues on the vehicle I purchased and their mechanics were too incompetent or careless (or both) to get the job done. They spent $1500 on new parts that their mechanics simply ruined multiple times due to poor install. I had to take it back twice (each time they said it was finished and ready to go when it wasn’t) before they said they wouldn’t spend anymore money on the vehicle. They said I could buy the parts and they wouldn’t charge me for labor, but i wouldn’t even trust their mechanics with changing my windshield wipers. I fixed the brakes myself and now the vehicle is fine. I’m giving 2 stars because the sales staff tried to be helpful.Take away: if the car you’re wanting to purchase from Green Life needs any mechanic work, just work out a deal to have an actual mechanic do the work for you. Don’t let the fools at Green Life touch your car. Also, don’t expect to talk to the owner, none of the staff will let you.

Baught a car from this lot a few weeks ago. I had some issues with it and took the car back and explained what was going on. Left the car with them for a week and they fixed the issues without a problem. Holly and Angel were really nice. Also spoke to the mechanic about the car and what was done with it and he was VERY knowledgeable about the vehicle. He even used a part off his personal vehicle to make sure mine was good to go. Big thanks to Holly, Angel and the mechanic, Craig. Will definitely do more business with this lot in the future!!

Bought an almost 11,000 dollar truck so far I told them about the issues he agreed to fix it going to drop it off and no mechanic. So its a major oil leak, told him about a short inthe blinkers before I bought it he said it would be fixed nope didnt touch it. So far had to replace rear control arms and now check engine is on so cant even take it though emissions. Plus missing the engine cover, the coolant overflow is missing. Take a mechanic with you dont take any chances here. So in short bought what I thought was a decent truck was just trying to replace my truck I lost in the tornados but now have the feeling I was mislead and ripped off. Plus I have to put alot of money in a truck I played alot for so I would stay away from this dealership but

Before I even made it home after buying my new car the check engine light came on. Took it to a mechanic both catalytic converters will need replaced before I can even get it tagged. The owner was no help. told me well when u buy a used car. They obviously knew it would not pass and had cleared the light the sell it. Stay away from this place. The place was a dump, and the car I was interested in was listed as thousands cheaper online. In order to even get to the car, you had to walk through a sea of cars, and 5 or 6 wouldve had to have been moved just to test drive it. That wasnt necessary, however, since the car was absolutely disgusting. It smelled like a house full of cats, and there appeared to be maggots underneath one of the seats. It seemed like a flooded car (there was some rust inside) but wasnt listed as such.

Would leave zero if I could. Went and test drove a vehicle one afternoon and decided to purchase. I was able to negotiate a final purchase price with one of the salespeople but the banks were closed so I couldn’t get cash out. I told them I would be back the very next day. They agreed and we shook hands on a final out the door price. The next day when I went back with the cash to finalize the purchase, they told me that they would no longer honor the price we agreed upon and tried to set a new, higher price! More than $500 higher! I immediately left with my money. Very shady salespeople and owner.

This company is a FRAUD!! 8/22/16 Contacted them about a car. It was there come look at it and test drive. I asked them in 2 emails to send me a buyers order. NEVER SENT. Emailed the next morning with an excuse that they were too busy. 8/23/16 I emailed again requesting the buyers order at 9:59am and letting them know we were coming to test drive it. At 10:19am I received an email stating they just now saw my email, we would have to go there to see the car but it has a big dent in the front passenger door that they need to replace. They prefer that I come look at it before they send me the buyers order. We arrived at their place of business at 11:45am to be told that the car is gone. Oh, but let me show you another one!! NO THANK YOU!! You lied to me in our conversations and emails yet you want me to look at ANOTHER vehicle from your lot - NOT happening!! Apparently the lot across the road receives quite a bit of customer traffic after they have been done the same way by Green Life Auto! We drove 1hr 15 minutes to go look at this vehicle. Pitiful way to do business!!I would give them NO STARS if this would let me. They dont deserve the one they are getting because I am being MADE to pick one in order to post!

I went there wanting buy a 2011 Nissan Juke and the first thing I out of the sales rep that came out side was, you know this is only a cash only lot. Just want to get that out of the way to make sure we are both clear about that.... WOW is all thought, there was no welcome to or Hi, how you doing leaving, if you aint got cash beat-it vibe. After letting them know what car I was interested in I also asked about their, Buy Here, Pay Here and first words out of the sales rep was we dont do that here. Then I mentioned that you put in in your craigslist ad that you do he said, we dont like doing those kind of deals, we dont like chasing after people to pay . I have never been to a lot that doesnt want to sell cars. In the end I left with no car. After reading some of the other reviews on Google, I learned about same as cash for the first two months period you get during finance but, I wasnt informed about I when i was there. I probably could had got the car I wanted, but I wasnt worth the effort. Cant recommend anyone to buy from here...

Laughing in the back ground to someone else while im trying to ask questions. Then I asked to speak to someone else and she said no one else is there to speak with. If I was this company I would get rid of her! Just from the conversation on the phone I wouldnt dare drive up there and look at any vehicles they have. I would hire someone who has better customer service and to draw people in to look at cars over the phone and not turn them away. I was ready to buy this car cash!

Very disappointed with the level of service and honesty. Ive actually purchased 2 vehicles here and both cars began having problems within a week or purchasing. The latest is not drivable within 1 month of buying the car and they would not do anything to work with us. They sell nothing but lemons from my experience. Would not recommend, even if you see a good price!PER OWNER RESPONSE:The car needs a new coil pack, new spark plugs, new O2 sensors, new brakes, struts, rotors, alignment, has an oil leak(which your salesperson mentioned after we bought it...oh I think that car had an oil leak..) OBVIOUSLY a used car is expected to have issues DOWN THE ROAD, not the moment you drive it off the lot. I bought used from a dealer at a full used retail price expecting you to have the car in working condition. That is why I am complaining. Not because you tried to fix my problem and I wouldnt accept. You are scammers and the exact definition of sleezy used car dealers.

Chris was concerned that a 1988 van was advertised with 40k miles on the odo, but a sticker on the windshield listed next oil change at 141k.I’ve been looking at Gen3 Econolines nationally for three months. An informal estimate is that 90% of the owner’s claim the 5digit odo is original miles. I too pointed out to Angel that sticker you saw on the windshield, the very first day that ambulance was on GreenLife’s lot. But they did not remove the sticker by the time you saw it. You wrote your review, but they did not take the sticker down by the time I returned a week later to look again. Doesn’t come across to me as though GreenLife is hiding a whole lot.Who knows what it’s got? CarFax lists very little on this van, DMV doesn’t have much more, Vanderbilt can’t say. The grease monkey who changed the oil last only assumed the odo had rolled over. As Angel alluded: it’s a 30yr old diesel. 40 or 140, it doesn’t matter much in the end.The van was an ambulance. Nothing is better maintained than a car that has to be completely concerned about the cargo. But my bank didn’t care. All they allowed was the value of a 30yr old van with a diesel. I took off tags and tax, and came to a cost on the very very low end of fair. Told Angel it was all I had, and he didn’t haggle. You should have bought it Chris. I’m glad you didn’t.Time will tell if the rig is reliable. But I’ve only enjoyed working with GreenLife. They’ve been nothing less than friendly and helpful, never ever pushy. If they had a fault it’s by being relaxed. Any used car is buyer beware, and GreenLife will know less about each car than an individual interested enough to do focused research. No, it’s not fun buying a used car, but that’s preconceived notions on the buyer’s end. I think if you do the work you should on a big purchase, a person doesn’t need to worry about GreenLife. I’m really glad they took the risk on a weird rig, and have faith I found the best car for me that’s been available across the country for a quarter of a year.Edit: I called Vanderbilt Life Flight Business Office. The first 25yrs this rig was Davidson County Rescue Squad: it ferried volunteers to venues to they could hand out rolaids and sunscreen. The next five it was VLF, it carried brass to concerts so they could oversee the handing out of rolaids and sunscreen. The 40k is 100% verified as original by a bean counter no longer in the financial chain.Accusing people of cheating before you know all the facts? Thats shameful.
