Mitchell did a great job showing us a variety of vehicles. He was very patient and when we did make our decision he was very knowledgeable about the vehicle we chose. I was intentionally putting off buying a car because I dread the entire process. Thankfully, I had the good fortune to work with Chad. He was knowledgeable and personable, and helped me find a vehicle that was preferable to the one I inquired about. No sales pitches. The financing phase was equally stress-free and Michael worked to find a financing packet I was satisfied with. No hassling or negotiation tactics. This entire process was around 2 hours, and I am extremely pleased with the outcome. Chad and Michael are a dynamic duo! I also want to include a kudos to the team of people who played a part in making this an enjoyable experience!!!

Purchased my vehicle from out of state. Ben M took the time to FaceTime with me and give me a thorough tour of the truck. He drove it, opened up every compartment, even got down on the ground to show me the condition underneath. Ben made sure to point out any imperfections that he saw as if he were buying the vehicle for himself. Ben was nice enough to hold the vehicle for me until I flew into Nashville the following day. He even picked me up from the airport in the truck so I could have a long test drive on the way back to the dealership! Overall it was a wonderful experience, and I truly felt like Ben was looking out for my best interest during the whole process. I’ve had the truck at home for a few weeks now, and Ben still makes sure to check in with me periodically in case I have any concerns. Make sure to ask for Ben M when you’re looking for a vehicle!
Ill give you another $100 off as long as you dont write a negative review. Verbatim what I was told at this location. Jokes on you service manager. Heres your review!!!! I couldnt get into my car, so I had it towed here. The service department looked at it and said it wasnt the battery it was something to do with the lock system. Told me they thought I needed a new key. Obviously I said ok. I needed my car. They ordered it to the tune of $500+labor. They get the new key. Still didnt work. Was actually just the antenna that receives the key signal needed replaced ($150-200). When I go to pick up my car, they charged me for everything including the key because it was made for my car and not reusable. I asked why I was being charged for the key when it wasnt an issue and their mistake. Asked to speak with the service manager, he said he could take $100 off and asked if I was happy with that, I told him not really since I was being charged for $500 that wasnt called for plus much more in labor costs. I asked for him to waive all the labor at least, thats when he told me he would as long as I didnt write a negative review. Honestly, definition of sleazy car salesmen. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Dont buy a car. Dont get service by these incompetent people. They will charge you for things you dont need instead of doing their due diligence and figuring out the issue first.
Had a GREAT experience buying a car here from Tim Bell. We weren’t sure what to make of this dealership, but a quick glance in the vehicles on the lot shows a much better quality than what Carmax offers across the street.Tim never pushed us or made us feel uncomfortable but he was straightforward and worked with us to ensure we got a deal done that worked for both parties. We brought our own financing and never got any pressure to switch off of that. Kandy, the business manager, had a good discussion with us about the warranty options but when we declined, she didn’t push it. Like Tim, she was very easy to work with and made us feel comfortable and excited about our purchase.We loved our experience here and would recommend it to anyone.

This was by far the easiest car buying process I have ever had! From the moment I walked in Greg was fast and efficient. Within 15 minutes of being there I knew about the in house financing and was given the keys to test drive. Any questions I had were answered and upon starting financing, Kandy was amazing. I had a great experience at BMW of Nashville. Despite being a busy holiday weekend (July 4th), the staff were incredibly accommodating and kind. I have to call out Basyir and Kandy specifically since they were the ones who hooked me up. Basyir is insanely knowledgeable about BMWs and super hospitable--Im honored to have been his first BMW sale. Likewise, Kandy was a tremendous help in getting me the car I wanted on the financial terms I needed. It helped that she had a great sense of humor during what could have been a stressful process. I bought my car from Sergio and the experience was positive from beginning to end. There were some hiccups along the way that were no ones fault, but every one I worked with were extremely helpful and kind and BMW truly handled it well. I would definitely recommend BMW and especially Sergio to family and friends who were looking to buy a car.
I got a flat tire, on a Monday, during rush hour. Brad Cochran was able to help me have the tire replaced and the entire system checked for an insanely affordable price within 30 min 🥳 also his computer mouse is an adorable car.. between the amazing customer service and the cuteness of the mouse the entire experience made my day!
Paid over $2,000 to get things fix/tuned up but then when it came to detailing my car they said they “didn’t have the right equipment to do it”. I got home and cleaned off what I needed cleaned off with hot water and some elbow grease and then on top of that they didn’t even put windshield whipper fluid in my car when they were supposed to check all of those things with the inspection
Only a few weeks after purchasing there are problems with car and our first bill shows higher amount financed than we actually did. Neither Ben the horrible sales rep nor John the cowardly Manager will return a simple phone call. We’re reporting them to the Federal Trade Commission and Attorney General along with Sonic the parent company and Ally. Next time call your customer back when there’s a problem. Encouraging others who are having problems with this dealership to do the same.
Brad and team are great. The service is always professional and they work hard to provide great value. I always leave learning something new and cool about my car. As an enthusiast, that’s important to me.
This place is outstanding! What a pleasure to work with. I found my car online and filled out some information about a trade in and was even able to apply for financing prior. Their internet sales manager, Justin, reached out very quickly to discuss the car of interest and get me set up with an in-store meeting. I went in early on Saturday and met with Chad and - what service! So helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. They got me the deal I wanted, came up on appraisal when asked to meet another offer, and got it done then and there. Ive even received a follow up from Chad now 2 days later to see how I am liking the vehicle. They go above and beyond. I Would recommend Chad and the team to anyone in the market!

Christine was an absolute joy in the process. Courteous, kind, helpful, and obviously dedicated to making the experience for her clients an enjoyable one. We drove away very thankful for her. The only reason we chose 4 instead of 5 stars had nothing to do with the quality of her service - she was a 5! Management said they offered a first responder discount, but when we opted to not purchase the extended warranty, they said the discount would no longer apply.
Gary Demarco was fantastic! He was very straight to the point and didn’t make us wait all day. It was a great experience!He listed to what we wanted, and gave us a fair deal on our trade. With trucks being limited in supply, we were worried that we would have to overpay to be able to get something we wanted, but pricing was super fair!
Two full months after paying in full, not producing a title. Not returning calls. Went there and Michael Green said would call or email about title. He did not and avoids calls. Left 3 messages for John McClary, General Manager) as well as emailed him, and he has not responded to calls or emails. Update, I did get the title the first of August. Still never got that call from John messages left for him. Changing rating 1 notch...
Salesman was Ben M. Purchase was a 2018 X5 40e. It was a very easy going purchase. Ben led the way and guided me through the process, answering any questions I might have and even occasionally throwing in a terrible joke or two. No pressure, helpful, no haggle. Everything was professional and really, the experience was one you would expect or hope for when purchasing a BMW.Ill be back.

BE CAREFUL WHEN DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. DO NOT TAKE THEM FOR THEIR WORD.- After test driving a used vehicle, called back and made an offer for $17K, which was lower than original price. Sales manager agreed to my offer so long as I put more money down than what I had originally offered and bought one of their add on-products (extended warranty, key protection, etc..). They had also agreed to fix the tint in the back windshield, which was coming off and blurred.- Returned to sign the paperwork and when going through it, they had the price marked at $17,644 and NOT $17,000 as agreed upon over the phone. I pushed back and they claimed it was miscommunication and would not be lowering the price. BS. We all knew $17K even was the price they had agreed upon.- Since they were not keeping their verbal agreement of $17K I backed out on buying the product (theft protection for an additional $300). This was still to their advantage as I would be spending more than what we had agreed upon and not have the theft protection.- Upon finalizing paperwork, salesman told me that they could not keep my car to fix the tint and give me a loaner (which was what he had originally promised) as their shop was full. Told me to call him back the following week to schedule an appointment.- I waited a week and called back. Salesman did not pick up and didnt even call me back. Instead, he sent me a text message stating that they would no longer be fixing the tint, because I did not buy the product as we originally agreed and that one of the documents I signed when closing stated that they owed me nothing.- I responded stating the obvious -- I didnt buy the product because YOU DID NOT HONOR THE PRICE AGREED UPON OVER THE PHONE. To which he responded: It was written down. You signed it. Quid pro quo- Bottom Line: Yes, I signed everything as I thought they were dealing with me in good faith -- which they clearly werent. I take responsibility for that and know I have no recourse. But wanted to post this in here to warn other people doing business with them. DO NOT BELIEVE THIER WORD. THEY WILL MISLEAD YOU, TELL YOU SOMETHING AND PUT SOMETHING DIFFERNT ON PAPERWORK. Be careful or take your business elsewhere.

My husband and I visited The dealership in hopes of buying a car that we had seen on an ad. We test drove the car and as fantastic as it was it was not exactly what we were looking for. Gary DeMarco listened to every single word we said and made sure that we were not leaving without finding what we came up there for. We had our rambunctious three-year-old granddaughter with us and it did not phase the salesman at all. Gary answered all of our questions and told us things that we would have never thought about asking about. I would encourage anyone looking for a vehicle to go and ask for Gary and you’ll be driving your dream vehicle by the end of the day.

I brought my 2010 BMW X3 in for service on June 14th, primarily for the airbag light that was on and previously diagnosed by the BMW Nashville Service Dept. Finally a week later and $1800 later my car was returned to me. Two days later on June 23rd not only did the airbag light come back on but now three additional lights came on. BMW had the car for two more days and another $1400 my car was returned. The service manager, Michael offered no apology didnt even look me in the eye handed me my keys and walked away. BMW knew that I was driving from Nashville to NJ and I assumed that they had checked to make sure that the car was safe to travel. Thankfully I made the trip to NJ but unbeknownst to me the battery cable was loose my entire drive (I took a picture of the cover lifted where the battery is on June 21st because I thought this odd but unfortunately I didnt think to check the battery) On June 27th the car died due to the battery and I had to call AAA - Ive got a video of AAA having to tighten the battery cable. Subsequently Ive been told that the lights that came on June 23rd were due to the battery cable not being connected properly and more than likely the $1400 I spent was unnecessary. I purchased this battery in February from BMW and now the life of the battery was diminished due to BMW not properly tightening the cable. I called the service manager Michael on Monday and asked to speak with the General Manager. Ive followed up every day and still have not spoken with the GM. Four days later and I am still waiting for this call.There are plenty of other dealerships I would NOT recommend this dealership for service and/or purchase or leasing. Clearly, the management from the top down doesnt value their customers.

Great prices honestly. But. test drove newer Mercedes and BMW all had terrible smell of cigarettes and other substances.We ended up buying a 2018 Mercedes and so the salesman took the vehicle back to get detailed while we did paperwork. The car came back with the inside looking and smelling exactly the same. No smell of any products.We had an hour drive home I had a headache, it was apparent that the smell was very strong in the AC so I called my salesman back asking if they would change the air filter which he said would cost about $30.00 and he said no. Put a glass of vinegar in the car that will do it.At this time I reviewed 3 starsOne day later I am changing to 1 star.Specifically due to the aggressive and unprofessional behavior of the salesman. I was able to resolve some issues with the sales management Ryan who was very helpful but I do not believe anything will be done about Ben’s borderline hostility during and after purchaseI was yelled at, mislead, demeaned I believe due to being a female as he did not act half this way with my fiancé.To top it all off, we thought we were buying certified Pre owned we now know that is not the case, they let us leave with a nail in our tire, two of our four tires are “completely wrong and need to be changed “ but they are not resolving any of these issues for us.I walked out of there with a hole in my tire and a bent rim that needed replacement immediately!
My wife and I bought her newest car here and the service start to finish was absolutely incredible. Gary was the one who helped us and he made us customers for life. He was incredibly patient and made sure we understood everything about the vehicle and their process throughout and we felt very comfortable speaking freely with him. Absolutely would recommend purchasing a car from them. The coffee station is also a nice touch.

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. Please don’t buy from this dealership! Take your money else where. They will sell you anything just to make some money. The cars break down days after you’ve had them. Go to another bmw if you want something worthy of your money. It’s frustrating being out of town and your car keeps breaking down. I haven’t had my vehicle a month from them and I’m having problem after problem. I’m not so sure these vehicles are certified. They also won’t help you, they’ll completely ignore you and act like it’s not until their control! they’re super nice and helpful when you meet them, but after they get the sale, they’re completely different and the cars are not up to par!

The service team at BMW Certified Pre-Owned in Nashville does an outstanding job.Recently, my wife had a tire blowout on her way to work. I told her I’d take care of the flat for her so I drove over and gave her my car so she could get to work.I reached out to AJ Becquet, a service advisor I’d met last year.He said said I could contact BMW Connect & wait for a tow or I could carefully drive over since the car had run-flat tires. He explained how the car might handle with these tires. He also suggested using back roads instead of the highway.I drove it over for service expecting to wait a day or longer for the repairs to be completed. Instead, AJ and the service team replaced the tire, adjusted the alignment and even did my annual service in under 3 hours.It’s great to know we can count on great timely service from AJ Becquet at BMW Certified Pre-Owned for our current & future BMW’s.

I bought a 2018 Acura less than 2 months ago from BMW Nashville with 19,000 miles. When I bought the car I was told it had new brakes. My front brakes are grinding so I’m guessing I need new front brakes. When I called to talk with the dealership about the issue it took 5 calls for someone to finally take my call. I finally got the sales manager and after explaining the issue he said quote “Are we done talking”. No kidding. He said a 2018 Acura t needs brakes around 23,000 miles. I called my personal mechanic (to confirm what I already knew) and he said that it should not need brakes. He said my Acura should get 40,000 to 70,000 miles before the front brakes need replacing. I was lied to by BMW Nashville that the Acura had new brakes. To make things worse I also bought a 2018 Nissan Rogue from them a couple weeks ago. So much for a good customer! This is beyond disappointing that they won’t correct their mistake after buying 2 cars from them in the past 2 months. I can’t believe the response I received from the sales manager. I would never allow my sales manager to talk to a customer like that. I have friends that are currently shopping for a car and I will definitely tell them to STAY AWAY FROM BMW NASHVILLE.
I just purchased my SECOND car from Ben M at BMW and had a fantastic experience. Ben goes the extra mile and treats you like family. He is professional, courteous and extremely knowledgeable. After purchasing a used car from him this summer, when I wanted to trade in my lease on a new BWM and take advantage of the dealer incentives, Ben was my first call. Although he normally sells used cars, he was happy to meet me at the new car location in Cool Springs and the whole transaction was seamless. I can’t recommend him higher! If you’re looking for a new, or used car, he’s the best!
Took my 750i there for service and was told it will be ready Friday afternoon. I called 9 times on Saturday and left multiple voicemails and didnt hear anything back. Horrible customer service. Better off drive the extra 20 min to go to cool springs location from now on.
Very grateful and satisfied with our service. Ben M was our salesman and he went above and beyond to get me exactly the vehicle I wanted. I was looking for a new GMC Sierra and he immediately went and searched for me and found what I was looking for and at a great price. I couldnt come in on one of his regular days, so he came in on his day off to take care of me. Also the finance lady, Kandy, found us a great rate and did everything to take care of us. This is the 3rd vehicle we have bought through Ben and will definitely send him more business!

Tried to charge me for things part of a class action suit that has been settled. Remarkable deceitful. I have been coming for years and have had multiple issues with poor service and being overcharged. This was the worst, however. I will not be back.im advising everyone I know to stay away.

Brought my 2021 X4M COMPETION in for Tire damage on rear passenger side tire. It was a Saturday morning and was told that my vehicle would be ready this upcoming Tuesday. Well Tuesday came and went and they were unable to have the vehicle ready, and I was informed the vehicle would be ready on Thursday. Well Thursday came and I was then Informed that there was also damage to the front passenger wheel and tire as well, I do not understand why it took days to figure this out. I was told then that they would have the car ready Friday. Friday came and the had just then realized that the wheels and tires on the front and back of my vehicle are different sizes so they would need to order them, the car will be ready Tuesday.Mind you the entire weekend after that phone call I tried to get ahold of someone to in order to ask that my old wheels be resurfaced as approved by warranty and have them loaded into the back of car so I have the old set. I have yet to get a call back even though I left a message and called multiple times hoping to speak to someone knowledgeable of my vehicle to no avail.It is not Monday about 10:49am I am still waiting for a call back and just tried to call and was told they would call me back. THIS IS RIDICULOUS, paying 1400$ a month on a car note I expect to get great service and feel like my business is appreciated. It has really been anything but my advisor Ashley has been great but it is obvious that she has much more on her plate then she should so I imagine its hard for her to take her time with each and every customer and provide the experience that is expected.All this to say ill be surprised if I get a call back and if my vehicle is ready tomorrow as promised, sick of driving around in lowest level trim loaner cars for over a week for a wheel and tire issue. WILL NEVER BRING MY VEHICLE TO THIS PLACE AGAIN UNLESS THEY READY MY REVIEW TODAY AND HAVE MY CAR READY TODAY!Only then would I even consider setting foot back in the door here, otherwise if I do not feel real steps are taken to remedy this situation and make up for my inconvenience and my Vehicle is unable to drive in the future I will have it towed to the Franklin Location where I trust the service.For the record I was quoted at $3300 plus applicable taxes on a recorded line by my service advisor Ashley, I see other reviews here and they speak of their quotes being inaccurate. I am now curious to see if my quoted price will be honored.Currently an ongoing situation, I will update this review to reflect the outcome of this situation 11:01 am (UTC-06:00) 11/2/2020EDIT: Went to the location and spoke with Michael one of the location managers. He was very polite and helpful ! After explaining the situation I detailed above to Michael he immediately went to work doing his best to remedy the situation. It turned out that the wheels are still on the way and my vehicle will not be ready until Thursday bummer ! But I was placed inside of a brand new fully loaded 7 series as a loaner until my car was ready and that made me very happy. Michael gave me a Business card and told me to not hesitate to give him a call if I needed anything else ! Also was given a good discount on the work that is needed as well !Thanks Michael !

This was my first time leasing a car, and Christine was very helpful throughout the whole process. I told her what I was looking for and what my price range was, and she sent me options as they arrived at the shop. After a few weeks I was able to lease a car that suited me well. Highly recommended.
My X 5 was in for a faulty passenger airbag recall for the second time.This morning I had picked up my car and found dents and scratches on my interior wood trimming.There was also other damage on the console.The manager assured me replacement parts will be ordered and everything will be corrected including cleaning dirt the mechanic left on the passenger side A pillar.The staff is friendly but this experience is unacceptable at a BMW dealership.

I recently purchased a vehicle on 03/03/21 from this dealership. On 03/27/21 the air in the car wouldn’t get cold. I took it to another dealership close to my house to see what the problem was and they assured me that there was certainly a problem with air conditioning. Since it’s been less than a month, I called BMW to see if they could fix the problem since I literally JUST got the car and they kept hanging up the phone, transferring the call to people with no authority, and trying to ignore the problem. I waited over 3-4 days for a response back from the poor management. Please save your money and time and go to a different dealership.
In general, this dealership has poor and unresponsive service. During the selling process while the vehicle I was interested in was being processed and after stating I was ready to put down a deposit, the dealership was not responsive to messages and simple requests in order to put down the deposit. Specifically Tianna did not follow through with her commitments. If you want to buy from this dealership, I would certainly consider someone else. In the end, they didnt have the courtesy to call me to tell me they sold the vehicle today to someone else. I received that via a text. If I ran my own business like this, it would close. I hope others experiences are better.

I purchased a 2017 X5 with a trade in and Ben M was my salesman. He was super friendly and I enjoyed his fellowship. I got a reasonable offer for my trade and the overall process was painless.*** Im keeping my review for Ben (5 star) the same, but since the purchase I have found out that the finance guy lied to my face and ultimately cost me around 5,400 than what I would have paid. Ive given them months to resolve the blatant lies and I cant get anyone to respond to me. I will not be doing business with the dealer nor do I recommend them.
My son and I visited on BMW of Nashville off of Armory Drive Thursday afternoon to look at a couple of cars.
