Please bring your own mechanic when purchasing a car from them. Really to be on the safe side do not purchase a salvage title for them or anyone else. I do not recommend this car lot to anyone.

I recently purchased a vehicle from them after being scammed by a previous dealer. I explained how I was taken advantage of and lost out on money and needed transportation to support my baby. The salesman made a deal with me on a car he promised was in good condition. When the car arrived the car was drivable but needed work, the salesman explained it would be taken care in one day if dropped off to thier auto mechanic. After driving the car for one week they made arrangements for me to drop off the car. It has now taken a week for them to fix it and they do not offer loner vehicles. Ive lost out on money and job opportunities playing with this carlot. They refuse to give me the money back and have no estimate time when or if the car can be fixed. The lady Beverly in Smyrna is very rude. This car lot has been a nightmare!

This is not my first experience with this car dealership. I have purchased 2 vehicles from this place paid in full. Unfortunately, my second experience was not as great as the last. I will not purchase any more vehicles from this establishment. They are the biggest rip offs, poor customer service, and everyone is not on the same page. You will speak to 3 different people and get 3 different stories. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE IF YOU DON’T WANT YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY STOLEN FROM YOU WITHOUT A IDEA WHERE IT GOES.. They say we are here for the customer but that just a line they are familiar with. Do yourself a favor and stay way from these crooks. Maibel is really sweet but she lies also to cover up her mistakes.

They need to mark their ads salvage title and save people the wasted time of having to call and wait on hold to find out. Researched a truck on their FB Marketplace, ran NADA values on it, and then called and waited on hold to be told that this truck is rebuilt title and EVERYTHING on their lot is SALVAGE title. Glad I didnt drive out there. It would have taken seconds to mark them rebuilt or salvage in their ads. Salesperson was very nice but I felt misled when they clearly have the opportunity to list them as salvage title in their ads but instead leave it to the consumer to have to call, wait on hold, and then be told that their vehicles are salvage which is obviously a HUGE factor for 90% of people buying a car.

I had the bad experience of buying a car in this dealer, at first they are super friendly. I had only 2 weeks with the car and the check engine light was turned on and they sent me to their workshop to see that I had the car they made me wait almost 2 hours for nothing the attendants of that terrible workshop disrespected me as a client and when I went back to the dealer and talk !!! And I had to return the car and they kept $ 2000 of the deposit and now they are selling the same car without having fixed it, they are pickpockets !!! Do not buy in that place !!!! Very bad experience and bad service only turn off the light of the check engine, to put them on sale VERY BAD SERVICE THAT DECEPTION! AS WITHOUT RETURNING MONEY.

This place is junk, they sale cars that have been flooded or in major wrecks. these cars have rebuilt titles. They make you pay high down payments what they got the car for and then make payments every other week. yes they quick to fix a car if you have an issue. but they dont want to show you the car fax report they say you have to get it cause they dont want to tell you its been in wrecks or floods.

I purchased my first car here about a year in July 2011 and it has not given me problems to this date. They offered me a 1 year warranty for motor and transmission and not to mention they worked with me on my payments when I was having a rough economic time. The staff is very easy going and friendly they treat you like family, which is why I’ve referred all my family and friends and they are all satisfied and I also got a credit for referring them. (: Am almost done paying for my car so am thinking of possibly upgrading I definitely recommend people to check them out.

Discussed a 2016 Challenger over Facebook (posted on facebook market) with salesman Carlos. Agreed on $1800 for a down payment. They originally wanted $2500 down. Decided to come in today to test drive the car. I brought my fiancé with me since it’s known to get over on women. Arrived the car was in front and running. Was not cleaned up on the inside or the outside. Went in to fill out the application. Test drove the car. Went inside with my fiancé to sit down and talk with Carlos about what we thought about the car. Fiancé asked questions about the “rebuilt title.” Asked for a carfax and things went left. Was told here is the VIN # and y’all can look it up! But why would we do that if you have the VIN # and is sitting in front of your computer?! So he wanted me to put $1800 down today then within 60 days pay the taxes on the car which is also $1800. On top of paying the taxes I’d still have to pay $250 biweekly on the car. You do the math! It was insane. Carlos was rude and disrespectful as he slide over my paperwork and told us okay you don’t want to buy the car you can take this and y’all have a nice day. So we didn’t say a word and gathered our things and left. Carlos comes out and gets into the Challenger and speeds off like he was mad that he didn’t get over on us! You might as well go to a real dealership and use your credit Ms purchase a brand new car for all the money they want you to put down. If needed be I can upload our Facebook messages and pictures of the car if you don’t believe this story!
