DISHONEST - the most dishonest car dealer I’ve ever met. Completely lied about past auto damage and condition - got it to my service guy and uncovered one thing after another! They must be working under the table with someone who does there body work and mechanical repairs to keep it off record. And the guy actually has mentored his grandson to be a scammer too - unbelievable! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER - would give a zero if I could!

Belle Meade was great! They got me the gas saving car (Prius V) I wanted for a reasonable price. 6 months in, still running like a charm.

Just traded in my truck and bought one from Gary. Easiest vehicle transaction I have ever had by a mile. Would highly recommend dealing with them if you are in the market for a new vehicle.

I wish there was a 0 star option! Long story but worth the read! Im from Indiana and found a beautiful Jaguar XF for sale on cars.com that was listed from this Dealer, Gary being the broker. I will honestly say Gary was consistent and followed through with all the pictures and questions i requested, however when i asked Gary what mechanical state this car was in he told me that he had sent it to his mechanic like he does all his cars and this car needed nothing at all! This was great news but the more i thought about it i just wanted to make sure as this was a cash purchase and i was traveling from Indiana to purchase this car so i asked for a copy of the mechanics report and he stated that there wasnt a copy. Something about this seemed off to me, as a business owner I know theres a paper trail to everything! Gary wanted me to place a $1,000 dollar NON-refundable deposit on the vehicle but i didnt want to do anything until i had a second opinion. I found a local mechanic called Eurwekrs there in Nashville and theyre amazing, they worked me in their busy schedule and found that this car needed almost $3,400 dollars worth of work, with some things behind pretty major repairs, oil leaks, power steering leaks, brake fluid leaks! and some suspension parts worn out. Im extremely devastated because this car was beautiful and only had 42,500 miles as Gary listed but actually the car had exactly 1,000 more miles as Eurwekrs stated the mileage in their inspection. Im sad because i really wanted this car but i was lied to and was going to drive almost 400 miles when really this car wasnt even safe. Im not upset about the car needing work because automobiles are machines and they do wear out, I just wish Gary was honest with me and told me upfront that the car needed some repairs. When i told Gary about the inspection reports his attitude totally changed and i even wanted to work with him maybe take money off the car considering the work etc, but he wasnt willing to negotiate. IM NOT saying dont buy cars form this dealership i just want to protect innocent people from something like this happening to them. I really recommend Eurwerks to do pre-purchase inspections! Protect yourself people! Eurwekrs saved me lots of money!

DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP. I would give these people 0 stars if I could. I was interested in a truck that they had for sale and contacted them about the truck and asked if it had any major scratches or dents and they told that it was in great condition. I drove 2 hours to come look at the truck, to later find out that it has ALOT of major scratches and 2 huge dents in the back of the truck. When I called the owner about it, he said “it is not my fault that they didn’t tell you those things”. Completely didn’t even take responsibility for it. I would not trust these people with ANY vehicle.

Brought my truck back in March. I was pleased with it besides the salesman not taking the physical damage into account on the price and it was advertised as having a rough country lift on it. It only has a leveling kit but it still looked good so i was fine. Well hit something on the road last night and it slashed my tire. Sitting at the shop now getting a new one to figure out that when they put the aftermarket wheels on, they put the factory sensors on them. 80 bucks a sensor so thanks.

Reached out to the dealer about a purchasing a vehicle. The vehicle looked nice in the pictures, but had over 100,000 miles. I offered to purchase the vehicle sight unseen provided it pass a pre-purchase inspection. Belle Meade Motors refused to have the vehicle inspected and said all deposits are non-refundable. Hard to beleive that they can do business this way.

Trustworthy, pleasant and professional. No silly dealer games...what a nice way to do business!

Arthur is very knowledgable in the American Car Market and with motorcycles. Mike is very knowledgable about the American Muscle Cars i.e. vintage cars. Josh knows his luxury cars i.e. Mercedes-Benz, Porsche, Maserati, etc. I have worked alongside these gentleman and I know that they can make your automotive dreams come true.
