If I could I would give this dealership negative stars. I bought a 2014 Dodge Avenger for my birthday ($5000) and 3 days the whole engine on the car went out . It was driving perfectly when I left the dealership but it was giving me problem the next day. With me only having the car FOR 3 DAYS I felt like I deserved some of my money back but all they said when I told them was “there’s nothing they can do, it was sold as is” . Unless you want to get scammed & rigged, DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE.

Purchased my vehicle through Daniel the sales rep. Have no problems with my vehicle or making my payments everything was good. The only complaint i have about this buisness is there 10 dollar a day late payment fee after only 2 days 48 hours they charge you 10 dollars a day. The way it looks to me is there taking advantage of people hoping you will run that late fee up and they repo your car. They charge you 5 to 5 thousand down on vehicle and god forbide you get your check late or a pandemic happens world wide and kills millions of people you lose your job with not fault of uour own and tgey pick your car up because your a week late and owe 70 dollars in late fees. Wish i woukd have known before i would not have bought from them.

We knew the front end needed to be checked out, but it took a while for us to get it back in due to work schedules. They took care of the issue without hesitation. It was probably the easiest experience I’ve had buying a car from a dealer. The prices are fair, and the people were courteous and honest. I will definitely buy another vehicle from them!

I believe this place is a rip-off their sale practices are horrible. Ive never heard of a car lot that dont include the tags with the sale of the car you have to take your car to through MARTA. They purchase the car at the auction 7200 and charged the customer 20000.00 after a 5000 down payment. Dont give carfax the reason for this is because they said it cost $9.99. Buyer please watch out for these people.

My daughter recently purchased a truck at the Nolensville location and the young man and his family were all extremely nice. Not to forget the mechanic that was nice enough to top off all the fluids and air the tires. Several other prior customers came in to pay on their car note and get tags. They too seemed to be pleased with their purchase and the customer service they have been given.
