This is my go to hair spot.. I dont like the hill location but hey, they dont follow you around the store or look at you like youre crazy.. They are very helpful

I love shopping here at Beauty and Beyond! The young Ladies who work here are so nice and helpful. They dont follow you around,watch you, or make you feel unwelcomed when youre simply trying to patronize their business. Its a small shop that packs a big punch. I encourage Any person of Color to try them out and Never patronize the Hair supply on Murfreesboro road by Papa Johns. If they dont want us there, then dont go and give them your hard earned money.

I love almost everything about this beauty supply store they have really almost everything you need. They are very helpful when needing help and the best part about it theyre open 7 days a week. The only thing I dislike about this store it that its very small in the inside but other than that they get 5 stars in my book.

The older male who works here is ridiculously rude!! I cant and wont support a business that doesnt know how to treat their customers.

Horrible experience, the words customer service I never leave comments but I was being very patient while the Hispanic worker there was mumbling and while I was still looking around he was rushing me and trying to pull up the stuffs !! He didnt even make the effort to fix his attitude when I asked about him. Then when I asked for manger he claimed he was the owner n he didnt care if he just lost customer or no!!

I love that they are open on Sundays! They get a lot of loyal customeers that way. I wish more stores would stay open on Sundays.

The employees are always helpful and this is the only place that does my lashes. Excellent service!
