Poor Poor service... The young lady standing behind the counter thought she was too cute to assist me when asking for help point to what she thought I was looking for and went back to looking at her phone. I dont see how this store is making any money the shelf were bare hardly any product. I just hope that nothing was taken with the chaos that was going on in the back corner as I was leaving out all hell seems to broke loose.

No Mask No Service!!!Poor customer service, if I could rate a zero I would. There was no emotional intelligence on the part of either employee. Instantly starts yelling.I’m barely in the door and this employee starts yelling and screaming that I need a mask . “No service without a mask!” “You can read the sign!” Even as I ask her a question from the door she won’t even acknowledge the question. Still yelling from behind the counter “you need a mask I’m not talking to you.”Again not an ounce of courtesy when I try to ask her if she has the product I’m looking for. She again starts yelling “I’m calling the cops I don’t need your business!!!”Please frequent any other beauty supply store besides this one there was such a lack of courtesy not even a moment hesitation to try to expel me because I didn’t have a mask. Couldn’t even take a moment to answer a product question! She spent all that time running her mouth and telling me to get out that I needed a mask and she was calling the cops but she couldn’t simply say if she had the item or not.

They have great selections..but do not carry all brands. Ex have Nairobi setting lotion..but note the rest of product line.

This store is so convenient every time I go they have exactly what I need and the staff are extremely helpful sharing their expertise and explaining everything I need to know with the products making sure I leave with a full knowledge on what I’m buying im very satisfied with this stores many selections and the extremely kind and helpful staff thank you

They were really helpful they had a-lot of options on braiding hair i definitely recommend this store to everyone they also had different and really pretty wigs this is honestly the best store
