Worst experience ever!!! I went to have my car checked because something was wrong and wasnt running good. The owner came out and sat in my car and then started making fun of me and never addressed what was wrong with car. He and the other old guy that works there kept making fun of me. Very rude and unprofessional!!! I didnt do anything to deserve to be treated like this!!! I just asked if they could fix my car as something was wrong. I left with my car still not fixed, very hurt and upset!!! Worst place, experience ever and would never recommend!!! Dont go here or you will be Sorry!!! (((

Strongly recommended. Word of mouth for years had it Transmission Masters was the place to go if you had transmission problems and I am certainly glad I went there. Their reputation is well earned. They are extremely knowledgeable, they do solid work, and they stand behind it. The place is owned and run by competent, honest men with a proven track record and that took a great deal of my worry away. You can take your ride there with confidence in a good result.

I went there to get a quote on fixing an issue with my Toyota Highlander. They offer a free diagnosis and it turns out it was a separate issue, not my transmission. Five stars to them!

I have had great service from the staff at the Nashville location of Transmission Masters/ The PRNDL COMPANY. My transmission was completely rebuilt and my truck is back on the road. The price was fair and the quality of service is why I recommend this shop to all who are in need of transmission service or repair.

I would highly recommend this shop for your transmission service needs. They were very friendly and well informative. They did an awesome job on my 2011 Chrysler 200. I dropped it off Monday and got it back Friday. I would definitely go see them if you need your transmission fixed. It was definitely worth the drive from Dover. TN.

After the dealership quoted me nearly $5000 for a new transmission, I took my car here for a second opinion. Transmission Masters was able to replace just one part (rather than the entire transmission) and get me back on the road for $650. Highly recommend coming here first!

Ive been lied to, deceived and ignored by many shops in my life and its wonderful to know I have a friend in the transmission industry.
