This was the BEST experience I had buying a car! My sales person Eric, was awesome. He walked me through the process and was knowledgeable in what he was doing. He also made me feel extremely comfortable! I feel he had my best interest. Not only was who I was working with awesome, literally every person I spoke to was. It was just an all around amazing experience and I would recommend EVERYONE to shop there if they are buying a car! You won’t regret it!!!!
Traveling through Nashville on vacation en route from Oklahoma to North Carolina. These guys worked me in as quickly as possible to do an emergency brake job, and they helped us get on to North Carolina the same day. The shop manager and service department liaison were top-notch professionals and very helpful.
Love the professionalism of the staff and the great communication provided. Wish the service was a little speedier. An oil change with an appointment takes over 2 hours. The thoroughness and car wash are appreciated.
Just needed an oil change and the check engine light was on. Both items were addressed and completed in a very efficient and timely manner. This BMW facility always does excellent work and issues are correctly fixed the first time. Very professional and customer friendly!
Earnest met me in the drive way and stayed in touch with me the entire time and then helped find a discount for the services. Ashley, who set up the service last week also sought me out and checked in with me. Very pleased.
While I did not have an appointment, I was the first to arrive at the Repair Center. They said they would work me in and that it might take most of the day. I was fine with that. Originally brought my car in for a tire that kept going flat and before I left, we decided to replace all four tires since the tread was at a low level. In addition, they were going to do the normal maintenance. At 3 pm they send me a text that they did not find anything with my tires but found that my car needed the annual air conditioning service (AC has been fine) and that I needed Suspension and Shock Absorbers replaced (have not had any issues). I called the repair center and told them I did not want to extra service done, but wondered why the tires were not replaced. I guess they misunderstood when I told them to go ahead and replace the tires. But by this time, they had my car for over seven hours. I asked them to have the courtesy driver pick me up at my office at 3:45. I waited until 4:37 when my ride finally arrived. The entire time I kept calling BMW to inquire about my pick up. I called no less than 10 times until someone finally received my call. When I asked about my ride, they told me someone was in route, but that was not true. The actual driver called me at 4:22 saying he was just told to come pick me up. He was there within 15 minutes. All this to say, BMW customer service did not do well this day. I have never had an issue before. The courtesy drivers were top notch. The person handling my service and the call center - were terrible. I am withholding the name of my service dealer in hopes that he just had a bad day.
Made an appointment for shorted AC blower motor and regulator for 10 AM. On a Friday. Got there 10 minutes before 10 AM. Asked how long the diagnosis will be. Service associate said 1 - 1.5 hrs. and will update me on what they found.Waited for 5 hours in dealership atrium. Walked up to the service counter at 3 PM to inquire about the status of my car.I am putting together your paperwork.OK, so how long did it take to run the diagnosis?Only 40 or so minutes. I wasnt able to get your car in earlier.?????This is a shamefully inadequate way to treat customers even at a used car dealership, let alone at BMW.I owned two previous BMW models, this new one has just come off its original warranty. When one pays $60+k for a new car and loyal to the brand for almost 2 decades, treatment like this is simply substandard and unacceptable.1. Made an appointment and was there on time.2. Received no update as promised on the status of the problem, the parts, or the cost.3. They let me idle at the dealership for 5 hours without any communication whatsoever.4. Parts not available for 2-3 weeks.To their credit, the service associate left me a message on my phone after I departed the dealership and wanted to refund my money for the service charge.It is not the money thats the point here. I am more than happy to pay the $185 for the diagnosis, labor, etc. It is the shamefully substandard way the dealership treated me for hours on end is the issue.- Why make an appointment when dealership cannot keep it, cannot honor it?- Why not communicate with customer in a timely manner?- Why promise to update customer when you completely disregard it anyway?What rating do you think this treatment and handling the service should earn? Are negative stars option for ratings?
Always excellent service with Michael Janca and his team at BMW of 100 Oaks. So respectful and helpful whenever I have to take my vehicle for any type of service. There service keeps me driving BMWs. Thanks to all!
Ashley is one of the most pleasant and helpful people I’ve ever met! She was quick to communicate the work needed to be done, as well as what wasn’t necessary for that moment in time. She also happened to have such a sunny personality that it barely felt like I was getting my car serviced. The world needs more Ashleys! Also the quick car wash at the end is a nice touch.

I only had my new BMW for a few months when the check engine light came on and was shaking so bad that I was scared to drive it. The vehicle was under warranty, but they had no loaner cars for me to drive. I asked if they would reimburse ride sharing or a rental car and they refused. I understand an older car that you expect to have maintenance to, but a brand new car under warranty should always have a loaner vehicle as it is a large unexpected costs to rent. You expect a new car to work properly and to be taken care of in the event something goes wrong.Communication was minimal. I tried several times to call and one is unable to get through. They would only respond to text message in which details were very vague. The day I dropped off the car, they told me they would call me by the end of the day if they did or did not have time to hook it up that day… I never received a call. The service took 9 days which would have been more bearable if I had been given regular updates.
I had a flat tire. And not only fixed that but priced out future services. Great service. Definitely going back
Best customer service as well as service work. Everybody is a professional, answers questions and keep the customer informed when they are servicing ones car. I highly recommend BMW of Nashville for excellent quality work.
Had a recall taken care of and they were great. Had another issue with cooling fan after recall and they took care of that also. Adam my service rep was great to work with.
