I took my car to them based on recommendations from coworkers and thank god I did. These guys saved me literally thousands of dollars Downtown Nissan was trying to charge me. They were quick, very honest, and have very fair prices. Downtown Nissan told me I needed a fuel & coolant flush, my drive belt was cracked, and I needed tire alignment. Main Street Tires & Services let me know that this was a lie and the parts were totally fine/I did not need to get these things done. Downtown Nissan also wanted to charge me outlandish prices for the work I did need done. These guys charged me $220 for brakes, fixing my engine shield, and replacing an air filter. Literally amazing! I will always be taking my car here.

Ive been to this garage on a couple of occasions now and Im always so happy with the services, and quick turn around times. I trust that theyre giving me a fair price and only doing the work that really needs doing. I went in for four new tires and an oil change at 9am. They looked pretty busy already so I told them I was in no rush so Id leave my car - got the call that it was ready by lunchtime and at a way better price than the big names in the area. Highly recommend this spot!

They quoted me $150 in a tire replacement with no warranty. They said you cant get a warranty in Nashville because of the potholes and construction. Weird. I went down the road to Firestone and got a new tire with a 50000 mile manufacturers warranty and an additional incidental (nails and whatnot) warranty for $142. Hmmmmm.

Came in needing transmission cable. I live 3 hr away. They got it done in an hour on a holiday weekend and price was excellent. Great all the way around!!!

This place is awesome. Didn’t string me along and fixed my tire in 10 minutes for so much cheaper than competitors. I tried going to Firestone before this and they said it would take all day to repair a nail in my tire, but Main Street tires fixed it in 10 min. Place rules.

I had a great experience here! I was having alternator problems in my older van. I dropped it off after lunch one day and they had it back to me before the end of the day even after I made it clear I was in no rush to get the car back! I had a plug put in my tire. Surprisingly fast service, and a great price. I called ahead and was warned there might be a wait, but when I arrived, someone took my car right away. I was in and out in about ten minutes. Couldn’t believe the price, either. For the same service at chain repair shops, I would have had to wait until the next day for service. So glad I gave this shop a chance.

This is a great place to have your vehicle serviced! The staff was very professional and i was able to have my car fixed rather quickly. I dont know if there has been a change in ownership but I was lied to. Usually when I call, I am told they dont have a filter for my 2013 VW CC VR6. So as usual, I bought my oil and filter. After the supposed oil and filter change, I go to pay $30 the agreed to price but was told they used their oil and filter so I was to pay $70 but ended paying $60. I faulted myself for not letting them know but was surprised they had an oil filter for the car.That was the beginning of my car problem. My car didnt sound or drive the same. I had already put 10K miles on the filter and not changing it made my car engine to age. I started getting knocking sounds because the almost 300hp car was not getting proper lubrication. I went and changed the oil about 2k miles after they claimed to change the filter. The filter was literally black with so much tiny metal particulates.After the most recent oil and filter change at another location, the car sounds much better. Much quieter during harder accelerations but not back to normal.All this to say, check your oil filters after service, and if your car uses a removable soft core filter inside a permanent casing like mine, avoid this place until there is a change in ownership.The sad part is this place is literally 3 mins from were I live but I drove 15 mins to get service elsewhere and will continue to do so till ownership changes.

Went for flat repair, $15 for plug wasnt that unreasonable.. took about 5 minutes ...didnt really complain about price or time but the owners response to my review shows hes an idiot and i dont recommend this place at all...

My truck broke down on 10-11-19 and I called Main Steet Tires and Services. Emerald said come in and theyll take care of us. Me and my beautiful wife Darlene went to eat lunch and we were back on the road in 2 hours.After that we were able to watch a movie so we highly recommend because of their professionalism, affordability, character, honesty, and integrity. Well definitely be coming back to get other services rendered in the future and tell our friends.

If I could give them a higher review, I totally would! They were super awesome, kind and helpful even when they were about to close. My tire was completely out, they replaced it with a spare and recommended me to a very nearby place offering me the very tire I needed (its a specific brand) for an incredible price. Im so thankful I found them!

I came in on a Saturday for brake issues, they said they really might not be able to have it done until monday. 2 hours later they called saying my car was good to go and they really tried their best to have it done quickly. Very polite and very affordable. Will definitely come back next time my car needs work done.

I was in town on vacation. I managed two flat tires driving through some construction. I needed to be in Indianapolis in 6 hours. They got me on the road in 30 minutes.Additionally, the second flat was discovered by the tech while he was verifying the air pressure in all my tires and the was bolt fully embedded in the second wheel.Great customer service. I would call on them whenever needed in the future.

Fair pricing, quick, and honest.

I have had numerous car troubles the last few months - broken radiator, mysterious check engine lights, and a busted alternator belt and Main Street has been a life-saver - incredibly fair prices, always communicative and helpful when explaining the issue, and super friendly, quick service. Just one example of their amazing service: after Beaman (the Toyota dealer) indicated my check engine light needed a $400 smoke test, I called Main Street and explained the issue. They recommended trying changing the gas cap ($35). I brought my car and a new gas cap to them, they changed them out, reset my check engine light and even filled up my car with coolant without charging me a dime. That ended up solving the problem and saving me hundreds of dollars! I will never take my car anywhere else in Nashville!

They were able to get me in very quickly and had AMAZING customer service!! They were able to diagnose the issues in a timely manner and get me back on the road in no time! Not to mention prices were as great as the service!

My go-to place for any car needs! They have patched a hole in my tire, and have never tried to sell me on anything. When my tire pressure light came on and I thought it was another hole, I brought my car in. Turns out the air was just low in the patched tire, and they inflated it and sent me on my way. I know nothing about cars, and they could totally take advantage of me, but instead they always give me exactly what I need and nothing that I dont. I HIGHLY recommend to anyone and everyone!!

My wheel bearing went out while on vacation from Colorado. The wonderful folks at Main Street Tires were able to get my van in the shop immediately and had the bearing replaced in less than two hours. These are true professionals. The pricing was incredibly reasonable as well. I dont live in the area, but should I ever find myself in need of repair work in Nashville again I will be back without hesitation. I highly recommend this shop.

These guys are nice, quick, and affordable. Lord help you if you have an older vehicle though, cause they will try and talk you out of getting work done. Had shaking in my car at a specific speed and I wanted to get an alignment/balance done on her (just to eliminate the cheapest possible source of the problem), they told me it was my shocks and that it would be very expensive and take a long time. They didnt do anything and charged me $50 for the diagnostic.I come in about a month later after a tire blowout and ask for them to re-balance my tires. Im very insistent this time because its only $30 and it might actually fix the issue of my vehicle shaking. They told me that I didnt need to do it and that it had a 30% chance of it working. Guess what? It worked!Do your own research and let them do the work. They wont force you to get unnecessary repairs, in fact, theyll do the opposite.

Do not EVER take your car here. I took mine for JUST an oil change.. which keep in mind was $72. As soon as I left 3 different messages appeared on my car. I drive a 2018 Jeep so it is brand new and I have had it for a year. I went back to tell them about the error messages appearing on my car after I left, and they proceed to tell me it was because it was cold outside. I left my car here for an hour for them to fix... I show back up... nothing was fixed. They told me I needed to take it to the dealership. So not only did I waste my time, spend too much money on an oil change, but now I have to take it to a dealership for them to fix their mistakes. Do yourself a favor and take somewhere else.

He put a plug in my tire four months later the plug plug came out and put a brand-new one in for free. The tire lasted half way to California six months later. He has also serviced my car several other days and I have had a great experience every time.

Quick, friendly, and most importantly honest. When I asked them to replace my squeaking brakes, they could have done the job and just charged me full price, but instead they let me know that the brakes were still good and were simply squeaking because they were dirty, charging me nothing. Also hooked me up with a simple wiring job to fix a headlight. Would definitely recommend.

Edit 6/1/19- No, actually your shop received a 1 star for a wrong diagnosis done on my vehicle. I came in for a oil leak and was told the whole oil cooler assembly would have to be replaced which is hundreds of dollars in labor. That didnt sit right with me so I took it to another shop and it ended up just being the oil filter cap. A $20 fix!

Amro & his team are great. The most trustworthy guys you can find & that’s a bold statement! I recommend them to anyone that’s needing anything from brakes to an oil change to diagnosing transmission issues. I’ve even gone in there saying I needed to fix a $250 something that wasn’t broken & instead of taking my money (ahem...firestone), he found the $20 Problem and fixed that. Best of all, you save when you pay cash!

When I came in I asked the technician to look at 3 specific issues I had been having. I gladly paid for new transmission fluid and waited 4 hours until I came to pick my car up. When I returned, I was informed that the new transmission fluid was the only thing that had been done while I was gone, and the technician had seemingly forgotten about the other tasks I requested from him. Not once did I ask for free service or complain about having to pay (god forbid I pay MONEY for work done on my car).

I can not possibly say enough good about this place. We were from out of town passing through, Amro rescued us and got us back on the road quickly, efficiently, and with such fair pricing. We had already been to another mechanic who charged us double what we should have paid and in the end didn’t even fix the problem. Thank you, thank you, thank you, Amro and team! Took car in to mount and balance two tires. Got a good price on that. Asked about a front end alignment, since I had recently replaced a worn out ball joint. Quoted me a good price for that as well, and assured me theyd let me know if any of the other suspension parts were too worn out to do a high quality alignment. Sure enough, got a phone call ten minutes later saying that the wheel bearings on both sides needed replacement, which I had already wondered about myself.Since they didnt have the parts to fix it immediately, this wasnt a cash grab - simply an accurate diagnosis. They knew Id done the ball joint myself, so they also knew Id likely do the rest of the suspension myself, meaning telling me this had no immediate upside for them, but a lot of benefit to me as the owner of the car.To me, this is the epitome of high quality mechanic work, as well as trustworthiness. I will definitely be back in the future.
