This was my first time working with Eurwerks and I was extremely pleased with their customer service and fair business practices. This is the main reason I would return for future work on my car. They keep you up to date along the way, if you have questions they’re more than willing to give you a clear concise answer, and all of the staff were very friendly. The pricing seems reasonable too for the type of work they’re doing. I’d highly recommend them if you have a European make car.

Brought my car in for work on a roadtrip, owner was super helpful and understanding. They were able to trouble shoot and get my car back to me quickly, despite multiple contributing issues. Always heard back quickly, and the online invoice service with included diagnostics images was very cool, had never seen that before.

We are on vacation and just pulled into town when we heard a loud whistle sound come from the engine compartment. I called a few places but they only work on Japanese imports. I found Eurwerks and Melis told me to stop by before 4. She had an idea of what it was by my description. So we headed straight there and Melis was able to diagnose it on the spot. Great locally owned buisness. From the professional and polite initial phone call to the mechanics and owner, everyone is friendly and doesnt give off the big chain or dealership vibe. I was traveling through Nashville and the engine of my Audi started to leak coolant, risking me being stranded in town. I called around to a few shops and all were booked up, then finally got in touch with EurWerks. They were booked up also, but still immediately told to bring it in. 30 minutes later the problem was diagnosed (a faulty water pump) and a few hours later the problem was fixed. They totally couldve charged me some excessive rate knowing that I was out of options, but instead their prices were totally fair (lower than Im used to paying back home!). Their communication was also great, giving me updates throughout the day.In short: absolutely great business...if they werent 1000 miles from home theyd be my regular shop.

I just moved to Nashville and as someone who always felt like they got subpar service from the place I used to go, going here was so lovely. The person at the front desk is so sweet and she remembers all the family members of mine who have come in to have work done. They were thorough in inspecting not only the issues I was having with my car but the recommendations made by the manufacturer about how I should be taking care of my car at certain mileages. As someone who knows nothing about cars, I feel as though they have given me many reasons to trust them and I will definitely be going back.

This family owned business is honest and dependable. I appreciate their professionalism and commitment to honest workmanship, customer satisfaction and prompt attention, every time.

If you decide to go here, INSPECT YOUR VEHICLE BEFORE LEAVING. Went in for my headlight & marker light to be fixed as well as an oil change. Left with my headlight and marker light still not working (they still charged me for it) and for my troubles, while they were fiddling with my car the check engine light came on . (they failed to mention this, I noticed the light when I got into my car). I tried to figure out exactly what was done to my car, because they failed to provide a report but I was done with the conversation after they tried telling me I dropped my car off with the check engine light on. Total lie. I don’t have enough confidence in this place to bring it back.

I went to Eurwerks after a few diagnostics hoping to get a final opinion. I talked to Melis on the phone throughout the week and she was beyond friendly and helpful. She even helped me figure out what was going on with my cellphone 😂When I finally was able to make it in they loaded my car on the lift and walked me through all my repair needs, in order of important (safety first) at no charge! I had been charged 50-120 at other shops for this same diagnostic! I was in and out within 20 minutes and had an appointment for the next day for brakes and oil change.I’m very happy with the service I received. I can tell by their customer service and quality of service that I can trust to bring my car here and not get ripped off. Great communication and great service. I will be returning 🙂

Chet is the man and his team does amazing work. Every time I have emergency maintenance or issue, I call over and despite being busy, he always finds time to get me in. Never had a single issue with any of his repairs. I will continue to go to eurwerks and recommend him to all.

EurWerks saved me thousands! Im truly impressed with the customer service and honest information I got from this shop. Im from out of state and wanted to purchase a Jaguar from a local dealership there in Tennessee and I had Eurwekrs do a pre-purchase inspection on the vehicle because I wanted a second opinion after i was todd the car was in perfect shape. Eurwerks found that the car in fact was not in very good mechanical shape and that it needed almost 3,400 dollars worth of work. Im thankful for this shop being so honest, working me in their busy schedule, quickly getting me an estimate and telling me not to purchase this car. They went above and beyond even sending detailed pictures with explanations.I recommend everyone in the area to use them as their mechanic and i wish they were a little closer to Indiana as i would use them myself! When Im traveling through i will defiantly stop by!

Where do I start on the praise? First, EurWerks responded to my email within minutes inquiring about price on my BMW. They were able to service my car the next day, which was the day I asked about. And finally not only was the price better than anywhere else, but they were super fast! They have a lifelong customer now.

Incredibly helpful, honest, and professional. We recently purchased a Jetta and had to have quite a bit done on the brakes. They were upfront and transparent with everything, from recommended and performed service to pricing.

Fantastic place. They have never even once done a single thing to the car, even changed a 30 cent gasket, without making sure we wanted them to do it first. And they are FAST. We have had major work done and been shocked to hear our car was ready to pick up within 2-3 days. And, they give you a very careful rundown of what they did, show you the defective parts they removed, etc. and you can tell just by chatting with these mechanics that they really have a passion for working on cars. Id never take my car anywhere else.EDIT: Had some more work done recently (1-15). Id give them another 5 star review if I could! Had some transmission issues wed been putting off until we could afford it. Car was in such bad shape that it couldnt even make it up the driveway to the shop without throwing error codes, it was putting itself in park, etc. Less than 24 hours later, the thing was running like new- AND they managed to also fix a radiator hose, replace the oil sensor, and run an engine flush in that time. I thought for sure our car was toast. Bekim is a GENIUS when it comes to anything mechanical. Id take my lawnmower to him if I had a yard. Another stellar, easy, trustworthy experience.

I have been with EurWerks through 2 Passats, a Mazda 6 and now a CX-5. I love everyone there. They are always super nice, very efficient and I am so comfortable talking to them about my car issues even though I am completely out of the loop when it comes to these things. I even sent one of my friends who has NEVER had her Porsche serviced anywhere but the dealership. She was so thrilled she said she would never go to a dealership for service again! These people were amazing! My VW Jetta was having trouble accelerating and couldn’t go faster than 30mph. The VW dealership was busy and told me I could leave my car over the weekend and they’d get to it Tuesday and that was not an option for me. One quick google search and I found this company. Got me in on the same day and had my car running in just a couple hours. Highly recommend

They were extremely helpful and fast in fixing the back hatch of my car. They found the part and fixed it for a quarter of what I was quoted from volvo. They even ran outside in the rain with my keys to close my window when it started raining while I was talking to their sales lady. Excellent service. Will definitely be using them for all my future car issues.

I had to get an O2 sensor replaced on my BMW this week and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. This was my first experience with Euwerks. As a first time BMW owner, I had many concerns and fears when I bought my car to the shop. The staff was great, honest, and upfront with the condition of my car, what needed to be fixed imminently and what could wait. They constantly kept me abreast of the progress of repairs, and even did some additional incidental repairs st no cost to me. Overall, I am happy with the experience and definitely would recommend Bekim to be your primary mechanic for your luxury baby!!!

My car was driving poorly (erratic acceleration, sluggish, engine rattle) and I gave myself a pep-talk before taking it in. OK. Plan for $1,000. Whatever it is, just plan for $1,000. I took my car in on a Wednesday morning and within 15 minutes, Chet had diagnosed it as needing a new fuel pump (or fuel pump sensor, cannot remember). I asked Okay. How much is it? It was $112 + 1 hour of labor ($80 or $85). The Volvo dealership they called had the part but didnt deliver, so the kind lady at the front desk just casually said, No problem. Ill drive down to Franklin and get it for you so we can get your car back to you today, despite my telling them if they needed to keep it, they could. She also asked if she could give me a ride to work when she noticed the friend coming to get me was 15 minutes late (I declined, but thanked her).I also requested that they check my shocks and my brakes...I got a call about two hours after I left that my brakes were fine until my next oil change (which they were giving me that day)... and that my shocks were also fine; a simple part was loose under the car and they tightened it. They very easily couldve replaced my brakes earlier than necessary and invented a suspension problem... they didnt.I trust Chet. He is MY mechanic. And I WHOLEHEARTEDLY recommend EurWerks.

I can’t say enough positive things about this establishment. From the time we got there until we left it was a pleasure. We brought in a car we were test driving to have it looked at to make sure it wasn’t a lemon. Mason did a thourough inspection and brought us out to go over everything he found ( which was very minor). He assured us the car was a good purchase. Melis at the front desk was wonderful. She was a wealth of knowledge. She was very friendly and had an answer for all our questions. This is a small, privately owned shop that will most def be getting our business again. We can’t thank them enough. Go check them out. You won’t be disappointed.

After reading about the respect Chet and Mellis have gained from their customer (long term customers mind you)I felt comfortable bringing my car to them. I had a fuse changed around in my car at an AutoZone and I needed the fuse put back because every service light in my car was on and when ever you would put my car in reverse the car would shut off. I called them to see if they were able to put the fuse back into the correct place being that my car was shut off. Not only did they put the fuse back they also went out of their way to put air into my tires & drive it around to make sure everything was ok. They were such nice people and so accommodating by even turning on cartoons in the office for my son. I would recommend them to anyone looking to get great service for your car & amazing customer service. they really went above and beyond & Im so grateful for them.
