I was in a pinch when my 2015 Passat TDI needed DEF put in or I wouldnt be able to go anywhere. I am not familiar with the area and couldnt find an automatic store but pulled into Eurofix in bell Meade for help. I told them what I needed and they jumped on the chance to help me out. These are lovely people. Very personable and pleasant to deal with. Unfortunately my service experience wasnt as lovely. I got the date wrong for my service appointment (mea culpa!) and ended up taking the car in on the wrong day. I rescheduled while I was there, and also chatted with the manager about the services the car might need. I explained that since I didnt put many miles on the car, I had never done all of the scheduled mileage maintenance. I only log about 5k miles per year, and as such am just now to the 30k mark. The manager stated that the car would likely need an oil change (natch), coolant flush, CVT fluid flush, brake fluid flush and spark plugs, all based on age not mileage. I explained that I thought the spark plugs were replaced the prior year, but that the car still sputtered on start up. I said I would check the prior years maintenance records to see about the spark plugs before bringing it in. Turns out, I had the brake fluid AND spark plugs replaced the prior year, I dont actually have CVT fluid because my model doesnt have CVT. We agreed to the oil change and the coolant flush (because I couldnt find record of that being done recently). I also held up a printout of the Audi PDF maintenance schedule and checklist from my prior years dealer service and said are you guys going to check this stuff? I want to make sure the car is in good condition. They said they didnt have a checklist but would give it a good once over. My car was at the shop for about five and a half hours before the manager called to tell me it was ready to go and someone would come get me (about 1.5 miles away) to pick it up. All good so far, right? Well, I paid for the repairs and drove the car home. The very next day, while leaving a business meeting, my car wouldnt start in a parking lot. I called the shop and after about an hour they came and jumped off my car and took it back to the shop (maybe 2-3 miles away). I asked if someone had checked the battery. I was told that checking the battery (even after the discussion about spark plugs and stuttering starts) was not procedure. I was told that not even the dealer would not have checked the battery. Im sorry, but isnt the battery a pretty integral part of the car? Wouldnt you think someone would check a 7 year old battery, especially after making a big deal over other time factor service like the coolant and CVT? Well, they didnt. It is, by the way, on two of the three checks from the dealer both of which were shown on the PDF I brought with me when I dropped off the car (PDF available on the internet) and in my prior service checklist (photo provided and also shown when dropping off car. I missed a business meeting while all this was going on, so I wasnt too pleased. Actually, I was downright peeved to have been essentially carless for the better part of two days. Also, and this was totally random, when I arrived to pick my car up, it was in front of the shop, on the street basically, engine running, unlocked with the keys in it. Anyone could have taken my car. I was told two people were watching it but the only person visible in the shop was sweeping the floor and not paying attention to my car. And besides, if someone got in and locked the door and took off, what good would someone watching from the shop do? My car would be as good as gone the second the person got in. Anyway, again I want to stress just how nice everyone was. And it was great that they provide shuttle service if you live nearby and were willing to come pick me up after the battery died. But seriously, you dont check the battery? A 7-year old battery on a car that has been reported to have problems starting? Cmon!

I am going to give EuroFix of Belle Meade five stars... not only did they give me a loaner vehicle while my BMW was being repaired, they repaired the items I needed for probably half of what Ive been overcharged over the years at the BMW dealership. And it only took a day! Everyone had on face masks, and Tabitha and Sam were very helpful to work with. Dont go anywhere else to get your Eurpoean car fixed!

I had a very frustrating issue with my car recently - a rattling sound when going over bumps that it was not easy to diagnose - but the persistence and customer service at Eurofix was great. They ended up trying a couple of different things, and when the first two didnt work, they wrote off/refunded the cost of those repairs for the one that finally fixed it. Each time I got in touch with them, they also had the car in within 24 hours and kept me updated throughout the process. I highly recommend them for the way they take care of you and the car.

Wonderful customer service. Had a flat tire and stopped because my maps told me it was a Midas. The man there said they could normally repair my tire but their tire guy was out to lunch. The man there was so nice and helpful. He aired up my tire so I could make it to the nearest tire place. I wish that I had just stayed there and waited for their tire guy to come back from lunch. I have to admit I was kinda surprised by Eurofix. I dropped in to ask them about a fairly complex issue with my BMW convertible and they knew about the issue already. They were able to fix it in one day and for much less than I was anticipating. They also gave me a nice replacement car to drive for free while mine was in the shop. Very impressed with this place.

I bought my SUV European car used only to find out it had some serve issues. The dealership wanted over $12,000. I went to Eurofix in Belle Meade found out they could do the work for less than half and give me 36,000 mile warranty on the work they did. The customer service was top notch and would high recommend if you need work done on your European vehicle!

Very good and knowledgeable crew. Very personal. EuroFix takes the time to make sure the problem is solved without charging an arm and a leg. The first time I had to visit, I had a very full schedule and they were more than willing to work around it, leaving me voicemails with updates without making me call back if I didnt have time. I have done business with the previous location when it was Midas and had always been pleased. So when they left and Eurofix came in I thought I would give them a try.They addressed my problem and repaired it but I feel like the charges were near dealer price. I agreed to the repair for the issue I was having and they did a fine job.They also suggested repairing what turned out to be a slight oil leak for $1000. I declined since I have not had any drop in oil level that I could detect between oil changes. Further research indicates that this minor leak is a known issue with my car as it gets older(2006 model) but that it is so minor that the cost/benefit dictates leaving it alone since it does no harm and is not even significant enough to cause a spot in the garage.Yes there is a leak but does it NEED to be repaired? The service advisor told me twice that it is a 10 of 10 repair. I asked, and she explained that on a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the worst, it is a 10. I have to question if that is actually the case.If you are car savvy or just want to have every tiny detail sorted out no matter the cost, this is the place. If money is not a concern and you appreciate a tasteful and clean environment then you will be pleased. The technicians are incredible and very knowledgeable and well trained.If you are a bit mechanically challenged and want someone to sort out what you should get fixed vs what you could get fixed I think you might be better served somewhere else. I for one will be going somewhere else.John N

EuroFix is amazing! After numerous visits to a local Firestone I wasn’t comfortable with the way my car was driving. I called and explained to the team the nioises and sounds coming from my car, within an hour I had my 2007 VW Bettle at EuroFix and before end of day I knew exactly was was wrong with my car and an estimate of the cost. The repairs were timely, the staff is knowledge and professional, and trust worthy! In my opinion this shop is either grossly negligent or dishonest. I brought in my 1990 Jaguar for an inspection. I wanted to know if their was anything wrong with the car. AFTER preforming an inspection that I payed around $150 dollars they told me that they did not have the proper computer to inspect the transmission. They said it would cost me 450 dolors to take apart the engine. I went to a second shop that had an older computer they inspected the transmission for free.In my opinion EuroFixs practices were negligent because they (1) should have told me BEFORE agreeing to inspect the car that they did not have the proper equipment to inspect the car and (2) they should have sent me to a shop that had the correct computer. They implied that this would be hard if not impossible to find; but I found one quickly on google.What makes matters even worse is that the store is plastered with articles about how they are a Christ centered company. This made me at first view them as honest. However, I think that there behavior to me was not like Christ. They seem to use Jesuss name to put consumers at ease when in reality they are sharks

This is an update from the review I posted below. After posting the review, Eurofixs corporate headquarters contacted me, apologized again for the bad experiences I had, explained why they think those bad experiences should not happen again, and offered to make it up by offering some free future service. This is a positive response and shows concern about customer satisfaction on their part. In response to this interaction I increased the rating from 2 stars--reflecting poor previous service--to 3 stars--reflecting a neutral stance while I accumulate more experience with them. The phone call seemed sincere enough to convince me to go back to the shop when the need arises. I thank Eurofix for making efforts to fix a previous bad experience.This review is based on my 3 visits to Eurofix on 2015. I spent slightly less than $6,000 (including taxes) on repairs for two different vehicles. My rating is based on two bad experiences (out of 3 visits, for a 66% “miss” rating), coupled with what I estimate is a 40% premium price—a price I am willing to pay for extraordinary service. Alas, as the “miss” rating suggest, service was not extraordinary. What were the problems? On one occasion a repair quoted for a week took about 4 weeks to complete (yes, basically a month), and the follow up call or email from the manager – to whom I hoped to make a formal complaint for this problem–never arrived; on another occasion I had to return the car the same day I picked it up from the shop because of an obvious issue with the repair. On both instances the front person was apologetic, I was given a rental car, and given rides home, which is the least one would expect. But I used to get something very similar from the Midas that used to be in the same location, less a few thousand dollars. The bottom line is this: Eurofix’s value was low given what you get for the price when things go wrong.
