I took my car in to get a suspension noise check also a ac recharge I pick my car up and went home for the 4 days later I go to engage my E Break It was broken/ wouldn’t engage. called and they said they would check it out but not repair it I didn’t even drive 20 miles after I got my car back due to me being off for the remainder of the week . This isn’t the only time they had broken something when doing work on my car I mean I used my e brake that morning and it was fine and as I picked my car up I noticed the extremely loose e brake that can’t even prevent your car from moving in reverse or drive without pressing the gas peddle

Not so much as hate. Went in for a engine repair which they say I needed. Paid 4500 for the engine and have taken my car back twice because it stalls and want turn over.Mind you gave them the car in Nov.Did not have my car for Thanksgiving because it broke down. Didnt have my car for Christmas and the New Year. Now they telling me its my transmission. They telling me I cant get my money back because nothing wrong with the engine. I didnt have transmission problems before they put the engine in. They are not trying to even help resolve a issue I think happened when they put the engine in! Not HAPPY

Good clean cars for a great price

I had to come here for my ignition interlock and the service is outstanding, never had to wait long, they’re an honest, hardworking staff and the manager Jeff is a superstar. He has the most positive personality and always leaves me smiling. Highly recommend for not only interlock service, but any work you may need done.

I went there for a screw in my tire. They patched me up in a quick fashion then went through the future implications of what would likely happen based off of the damage done by the screw. Would highly recommend.

The best auto repair experience I have ever had! For 5 years, I have only allowed The Car People, LLC to repair my vehicle which is very difficult to repair due to it being older and only briefly made in the 90s. We broke down out of town for a job and got towed to this business. They gave us an outrageous estimate of $920 and were charging us almost $300 for a REFURBISHED alternator and battery. They also said they were charging 3 hours of labor when the labor book says 1.9 and also said they charged 110 an hour but labor costs were 370? When I tried to discuss these outrageous prices I was talked to in a disrespectful manner and they definitely took advantage of this being our only option. I got them to lower the price to $850 but that is still absolutely ridiculous.

This place is amazing! Awesome service! I drove in last minute after my car did weird things on the interstate as I was driving through Nashville, and they were so friendly and helpful! Seriously, some of the friendliest people Ive met. Nothing was seriously wrong with my car and they had me in and out in 20 minutes. Even though I live in Clarksville, I will definitely drive my car here if I need work done on it.

These guys are awesome not only so they do great work but the are really honest and stick to there word. They stayed till 10 o’clock on a Friday night just to get me and my buddy on the road to we could make it back home(Colorado). Worst place to visit. My car engine got damaged due to their bad oil change service that caused my oil leak. Worst thing is their customer service, they are very rude and not at all listened to the issues. This was the worst customer experience I ever had in my entire life, where someone is asking not to call or talk about anything related to their service or offering. They never get back to me on the issue I reported. I will never recommend to visit this place.

DO NOT BELIEVE THESE FALSE RATINGS!! I am not sure how this place has 5 stars, but I have over 30 vehicles for work and Ive used these guys once and will never work with them again! I took my 95 F150 down there to have the timing set because I had replaced the distributor and it was off a few degrees. Well they quote me 220 bucks, which I thought was high, but they were close to my house so I had them do it. Turns out I also had a bad fuel pump and they quoted me 790 dollars???? Are you kidding me?? Fuel pump replacement on this truck should be anywhere from 300-500 bucks tops. So I had it towed and put a new fuel pump on myself in an hour and it cost me 110 bucks. Well as it also turns out, they never timed the truck correctly because I took it to another shop that charged me 68 bucks and it was still off by 3 degrees. So I paid them 220 something bucks for nothing and a waste of my time. I went back there to show them the proof from the other mechanic that the timing was still off and the manager never so much as contacted me or offered my money back. Thanks a lot guys!! Yall are a joke!!! DO NOT BELIEVE THESE FALSE RATINGS!!!
