Great prices and super professional! One of their workers randomly saw me with a flat tire on the side of the road right by work and he used his lift to put on my flat, which was waaaay underneath my minivan between the driver and passenger seats. I honestly do not know how I could have ever changed my flat without his help! I then came here to get my tire replaced since the blowout was a bad. It was super quick and really well priced service. Will definitely come back over and over again!

We are on a road trip and had a tire that was slowly leaking on our rental. They were able to get us in quickly and the two holes patched in about an hour. Very friendly and courteous staff! Highly recommend even if you have to make an unexpected stop on a road trip!

Wally is the best guy ever. He really treats you like family if you gave him the chance to take care your car needs. We take all of our cars here, going on 3 years. When I first came here was because I shopped around for tires for the best price and they’ve got it. Not only is their price the best in town their service is fast and top notch. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my cars in Nashville. I highly recommend these folks! The only thing is that I wish the staff at the front would wear a mask when they greet customers during COVID. But I was only in there for a short time this time maybe they were just taking a break from wearing a mask. I just want them to be safe as well as the customers.

I dropped my car off for a couple tire replacements, and when I got back to pick it up one of my windows suddenly wasnt working (which is funny because there were zero issues with my windows upon drop off). The wildest part is that while I was paying for the tire service, they made no mention of the window issue to me. It was only when I physically went outside to my car that I discovered the issue myself. When I went back in and questioned them about it, I was met with uhhhh ya we were going to tell you about that. It 100% felt like they were trying to pull a fast one on me. I will never be returning to this business.

I was blown away by the kindness and professionalism at this business. They told me it would be one hour till they could look at my damaged tire and one hour later it was not only repaired, they did not even charge me because it was just a valve stem problem. I was from out of town so they had no hope for a future business and yet they were terrific. I cannot say enough good things about the gentleman who took care of me and the technician who repaired my tire and this business in general. Bravo!

I brought a car to have the sway bar bushings replaced and an alignment performed. After informing me they damaged the suspension during alignment and would need to keep my car for two more days to repair the damage they caused they then billed me over $700 for the repair work...for damage caused by them. I, the customer, had to eat the cost of the damage caused by their mechanic. To top it all off my steering now has a shimmy at 70mph. I would advise any potential customers to go somewhere, anywhere else but here to get work done on your vehicle.

My cars tire pressure light has been on twice in the last week. I took it this morning and dropped it off before work. Picked it up this afternoon. There was nail in it. They fixed it and charged me nothing! I was extremely happy. I highly recommend this place. Ill be needing a new set of tires soon and will most definitely consider buying them here!

Two words- Lifetime Alignment. This is the key to helping your tires last just as long as the warranty is. For a fee of maybe 2 alignments, I purchased a lifetime alignment from Gateway for my truck. Since buying, Ive never had to worry about paying for an alignment, or even an alignment check. Always quick with their service and very professional. The front desk makes the trip into a business like this a pleasure. Dont forget to grab some popcorn while you wait!! Definitely recommend to anyone looking for work done including alignments.

My family and I traveled from Ohio to Nashville for a weekend trip. While we were out one evening, we came across an accident and ran over a piece of debris. When we arrived back at our hotel, our tire gauge came on and one of our brand new tires was going flat before our eyes. Fortunately, we called our roadside assistance and they took care of the flat. However, they wouldn’t put our flat tire back under the vehicleStorage and our SUV was packed with kids and luggage. We called Gateway the next morning hoping to get some help with that problem so we could be on our way and enjoy the rest of our trip. They were more than willing to get us in right away AND they fixed our flat, removed the spare and placed it back under the vehicle spare storage. They checked the tire pressure and sent us on our way within a little over an hour. The unbelievable part was theyCharged us nothing for this service!! We are so thankful for these kind humans and grateful for their professionalism and wonderful customer service!

Excellent customer service. My F-250 mud-terrain tire had a slice from construction debris. Plugs would not keep the tire at proper pressure. Great guys! Came to Nashville for a short visit. Picked up a nail in a fairly new and expensive tire. I have an 8-hour drive ahead of me in the morning. Stopped into Gateway Tire in East Nashville this morning. They plugged the hole and had me on my way in less than 30 minutes. When I asked about the cost, they said, it’s on us. Ya gotta love that. I get to Nashville often. If I ever need new tires, a balance, alignment, etc., my first stop will be to Gateway Tire & Service.

Had my car towed here because of a flat. Despite them being closed, the tow company was able to easily have it dropped off because of the dropbox. So convenient for my busy schedule! Every time I called about anything, the staff were nothing but polite and accommodating. I needed some additional work done. I was quoted a reasonable price and that it could be done by 4pm, as I needed to work that night. Not only was the price amazing, the customer service INCREDIBLE, they had my vehicle done WELL before 4pm and I was able to pick it up on my lunch. These guys took pretty good care of me. They changed a tire on my tri-axle dump truck. Their prices were quite reasonable.

Came here because my brakes were making a grinding noise. They took me into the garage and showed me exactly where the problems are. In hindsight, I should have come when the brakes were first making the noise and they may have been able to refinish the rotors, but oh well. Rear drums were getting worn down, too, so I had them replace those as well. I felt like they treated me honestly, and the prices were fair.

While traveling, I had a flat tire. Because we use Gateway tire at home, I searched and found this one that was 5 miles away. My spare tire helped me get there. Thankfully, the manager and staff at this location were exceptionally kind and helpful, and I was soon back on my journey. I highly reccomend this place because all the staff were great!!

My fiancé and I were traveling back from our vacation in Gatlinburg home to St. Louis when we hit a huge pothole on the interstate coming thru Nashville blowing out both tires and bending both wheels on the passenger side. This happened on a Friday Night around 9pm so needless to say we couldnt get it fixed that night. That night I searched tire and wheel shops all over Nashville and found Gateway. They were the first ones to open so they were the first ones I called. I told them our situation and immediately they jumped the gun and started trying to help. So I got a wrecker to take the car there and upon arriving to Gateway and talking to the guys there we could tell that they genuinely cared about us and really wanted to help us out and get us back on the road so we could get home. They went above and beyond our exceptions and did absolutely everything they could to get us some new wheels and tires on our car on a Saturday morning at that. Talking to Wally we could really tell he was family oriented and was a really sincere guy that would go out of his way to help a stranger in need of help and also had great customer service. I highly recommend everyone goes to Gateway for any issues with their vehicles and I know for sure if Im ever in the Nashville area again and have vehicle problems I will be going back to Gateway. Thanks guys we made it home safe and sound.
