Ive always had good experiences at this dealer, where I bought my CR-V over ten years ago. But today I seemed to have gotten a new service clerk, and his service left much to be desired. I asked for a headlight alignment since my husband had replaced the headlight assemblies on my car. The clerk had to ask how that would be done, another clerk said the tech would look at the lights and decide if they need to be aligned. When I returned to get my car, my clerk said he didnt know if I wanted both lights aligned, so he just had the one straightened. Um... I said I wanted them both aligned, and theres a standard for aligning headlights. Anyone can google it and see what it is. I decided Ill see if the lights are right once its dark out, and if not, Ill return and ask for it to be fixed at no charge. Second thing: the clerk gave me a quote of $228 for replacing the spark plugs. At pickup, the total was $340. He said he didnt quote me for the parts, but even the labor was higher than $228. Anytime Ive been quoted here before, the charge has exactly matched the quote. This was not cool. People dont just have hundreds of dollars laying around to spend last minute on car repair. Lastly, a little thing that he fixed when I asked, but they didnt run my car through the car wash, which has always been standard. Crest, I know its hard to get workers right now, but this kind of service will lose you your reputation of stand-up, reliable work. Next time Ill straight-up ask for an experienced clerk so I can get the kind of service Ive received here before.

UPDATE: after posting an initial review of my experience, I was contacted almost immediately by Chad to discuss the services provided and clarify what needed to be completed ( headlight bulb replacement ). Without delay, adjustments were made to my invoice and I was scheduled for the next morning to have the service performed - first customer there. I would say, within 30 minutes, Chad had my headlight bulbs replaced and ready to go. I mentioned in my previous review how my experiences had always been good with Crest Honda, but this course of action takes it even further, leaving me more appreciative. I am good to drive again in the dark without concern, thanks to Chad and the team.**I would also like to mention that Chad contacted me in the evening regarding the matter, which to me, shows true compassion for and commitment to his customer’s well-being and satisfaction with their service. He’s actually who first helped me when I started bringing my car to Crest Honda years ago. Thank you again, Chad, for all your help, and I hope other patrons realize this as well. All the best.

I will always go back to this Honda for service. They are kind, quick and thorough. Ken was my service guy and he went above and beyond to ensure that I was taken care of, the price worked and kept me updated. Highly recommend using their service. Also- getting your oil changed at this Honda is cheaper than going to Jiffy Lube!

We purchased a new Hondas at Crest this year. This was my first time working with the Service Department. I arrived a few minutes before my appointment time. Zack came over to offer assistance. He answered my questions and said he would have the maintenance completed in about an hour. (That was less than I had been told over the phone, so good news.) He motioned that I could wait inside and he would come and get me when the vehicle was finished. In under an hour the car was completed and I was finishing up. No charge, since we bought the 3 yr. maintenance agreement. He also had the SUV washed. Another nice surprise. He helped me reset the alerts on the dash and I was on my way home. He was professional, courteous, informative and a genuinely nice person. Thank you, Zack! Thank you Crest Honda!

We trust you guys and have always been treated with courtesy by a friendly and knowledgeable service advisor. Our cars problem was diagnosed quickly and the repair was made within a reasonable time. This visit was kind of expensive but considering we have had our Accord for seven years and this was the first real repair outside of normal maintenance we are not complaining. We have always used Crest to service our Honda and we will continue to do so. Our next car will also be a Honda mainly because we have been so pleased with the quality and reliability of the car and the quality and reasonable pricing of the service we have received at Crest.

I very much appreciated my recent service session at the Crest Honda dealership nearby MetroCenter in Nashville, Tenn. Customer Rep Ryan Kimpton could not have been more helpful and understanding, and indeed he and the service crew precisely pinpointed my vague concerns about some of my Ridgelines non-routine behaviors. Ryan kept me posted every step of the way, for which Im grateful. Let me also mention that Crests online service-reservation, work-authorization and payment systems worked flawlessly in my case, and this level of efficiency greatly expedited the entire process. I look forward to returning to Crest for service of my 2018 Ridgeline whenever the need arises.

Crest has always been good to me. I bought my first new Honda from them in 2015 and they won me over with how they treated me as a customer. They have always been professional & prompt. Their service and parts departments are top notch and friendly, and I am a fairly regular customer...I wouldve given them five stars out of five, but during my last service visit, their shuttle service failed to contact me like they said they would about picking me up once my car was ready that afternoon. I had to get my wife to come and rescue me at work, and take me back to the dealership so I could get my car back.🤷‍♂️Sorry guys, youve got to earn all five from me now that youve spoiled me in the past! 😎

I was really worried that my car was having a bigger issue than what it actually was. Ryan got my car in, diagnosed, and the issue resolved within a 3 hour window, which I loved. They explained how billing would work and while I misunderstood a piece of what they told me, they were happy to walk me thru it again so that I made sure we were all on the same page. I will be happy to take my car to them again in the future.

Pleased with service and our service person. Pleasant atmosphere to wait while car is being serviced! This was the 1st oil change for our new CRV. My only complaint - We had an appointment at 10:30. We arrived at 10:20 and left at noon. Seems a little long! Monday may not be the best day! Well choose another day next time.

I was returning to my home state Florida and needed an oil change ASAP..I called service and they got me in the next day...early morning which worked great since I left by noon. After leaving an appointment in Green Hills, I had hit a curb from the sidewalk and ruined my tired. AAA came and put the temporary tire on and I called Crest Honda. I was immediately able to take my Honda Odyssey in for a new tire. I waited only a short time, received my new tire which was chosen to match my other tires, and was on my way. I love Crest Honda’s Service Department. Great for regular servicing and in an emergency situation.

I have quite a bit of places where I can service my car instead of driving the extra 25 minutes but I trust the service department of Crest Honda and I will continue utilizing them for my service needs. Everyone is friendly, knowledgeable and arent in a rush when you have questions about your vehicle. I get leery when service individuals start suggesting things that need to be fixed, however, I dont feel any apprehension while here.Ive serviced both my civic and CRV here.

I called them asking if they had A OEM replacement rim for my CR-Z and they were asking for $711 FOR ONE RIM!! I found the same rim online for $160. that is unacceptable. the level of disrespect trying to up-charge me $551 for a single part not even including the installation cost. After being literally rejected by another big Honda Service and parts (name related to how people know our city) because my car dont have any warning light on on my dashboard eventhoughmy car was not starting for a good 10 minutesevery time a I to make it go, I decided to go to Crest Honda Service on Rosa Park. Omg...I was the most easy, problem free experience I ever had! Very professional, courteous service (Chris was simply great!). The fixed my car and I was on the go within few hours. They replace the push to start bottom and changed all very overdue fluids changes. They adviced for other services my car needs but without being pushy or make it sound like my car was about to dye😂. They earned a costumer today!!!

The customers waiting area makes the wait more enjoyable. There are work stations for people who have a laptop and a separate area for those wish to relax and watch television. Before covid, there was free popcorn, drinks and hotdogs. Hopefully those will return at sometime in the future

Where do I start?! Macy was AMAZING!! My son and I were traveling cross country when our vehicle’s motor blew. We went to Crest and the service we got by Macy and everyone was so awesome. Needless to say it was a very stressful time but Macy made our experience so bearable and smooth. We ended up buying a used truck from Crest and it has met our expectations far and beyond!! Also, Macy went so far as to check to see that my son and myself made it to our end destination safely. Best experience ever!!!

Organized and efficient when it comes to the service department at Crest Honda, even during phase 2 of covid. The car came back as clean as it was brought in. No oily residue or dirt left behind on the inside of the vehicle. I only wish it werent so expensive, but hey, you gotta keep a car serviced if you want it to reach 250K.
