My daughters car broke down at the Nashville airport. We had the car towed to A&H. The owner went out of their way to help us, even allowing me to use his work truck to go get parts. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Was able to get two repairs needed at this shop for a reasonable price. My car was in and out in a little less than 24 hours. I cannot recommend this place enough after bad experiences in the past.

I recently moved to Nashville and a friend recommended the place, his engine was replaced in 2 days by a really nice guy there. The owner is very nice and will do what it takes to get the parts I needed, the Spanish girl at the desk with a cute chihuahua is so friendly, attentive and kind, she would acknowledge that I was waiting by asking the techs how much longer it would be. They are very reasonable, cheap and they know what theyre doing. I would recommend it!!! Fast, no appointments. This is the shop that I will keep going to in the future. #1 shop a 5 stars

Im from out of town and I was having car troubles and I wouldnt have been able to drive it home. Im a single mother of 2 kids. Once Evelyn found out that I was stranded out of town and with no one to fix my car, she said bring it in right now. They fixed it within 3 hours. I appreciate the mechanics and Evelyn so much! She was so nice and she got them to fix my car right away.

I cant say enough good things about Atef and his team. They are incredibly attentive, kind, and trustworthy. My turn signal was blinking fast and my brake light was on, so I called A&H and they were able to look at my car the *same day*! I pulled up and they started working immediately, testing everything they could to diagnose the issue and made sure to explain to me what they were doing every step of the way. They showed me the burned out bulbs and corroded sockets that they thought were the problem. They ended up replacing these and didnt even charge me a dime for any of the parts or labor because it didnt fix the issue (they referred me to an auto electrician to get it sorted out). These guys are incredible and I would recommend them to anyone in the Nashville area--theyre worth the drive out even if you live far away, I promise!

I cant say enough good things about this place. Atef and Chad and Evelyn are great people that took great care of my car. I was passing through Nashville on vacation, and my driveline U-joints started going bad. The parts store screwed up on getting the proper parts needed, and I ended up spending most of the day there, but Atef worked non-stop trying to come up with a solution to get me the parts needed and back on the road. He personally drove me to a different parts store to make sure I got the right parts, and Evelyn was so gracious and nice, hosting me in the air-conditioned office and making sure I stayed abreast of what was going on with my car. These folks were so great. I was over a barrel, with a car that couldnt go anywhere. But they didnt throw their hands up and say sorry dude, you have to wait until tomorrow. They WORKED to solve my problem, and got me back on the road by the end of the day. Best of all, they told me the price of the work up front before putting my car on the rack, and honored that price, even after all the extra work that ended up happening. That integrity is so refreshing to see in the auto repair industry. If youre local, I HIGHLY recommend them for your auto repair needs. And if youre passing through like I was, you can trust them to get you fixed up and moving.

A really great crew of mechanics that get the job done fast and affordable! Very happy with my installation of brake pads, spark plugs, oil adapter and high performance cold air flow modification !! Way more efficiently ran than a Corporate shop that scams you of your time and money.

These people were great, had to get my car towed here. They were noticeably busy but jumped right into my car to see what was wrong. If it wasnt for unforeseen additional issues they would have had my car fixed within 30 min. They called me promptly with a fair price and good time. Ready for me to pick up when I got out of work. These ppl are crooks. Sold a friend a van that they sealed a crack in the head of the engine on. Said it was a rebuilt. I would avoid this place at all cost.They even gave the person a hard time with giving a refund. Smh

The kids and my husband and myself were heading to Nashville for a day at the zoo. Just getting off our exit and the truck starts making a weird noise then we smelled a problem. Stopped at the nearest auto zone. The alternator was dangerously close to going out. Auto zone was a joke. The part was expensive and we couldn’t fix it in the Parking lot. Made it over to A&H and were greeted by Anna. She got me and the kids in the office where there was air conditioning. Gave us water and introduced us to her son, Solomon, who was also a sweetheart. She gave us water and the kids some quarters to get candy out of a machine. Anna was so wonderful. I really can’t say enough good about her! They started our vehicle and found out the new alternator we just bought was the wrong one. Anna took my husband back to auto Zone to have it exchanged. On top of being the most amazing, out going, kindest customer service rep I have ever met, she also gave us a discount. So grateful this happened to us when and where it did today!Go to them. You will have a great experience!!

I am from out of town, I was on my way to nashville for NYE. My car stalled, and i had it towed here from i-24. They were very friendly over the phone, and very helpful. When i arrived to discuss price, they told me my differential shaft shot through my transmission wall. This wouldve been a thousand dollar fix. Atef, the supervisor, went over my options with me. I could fix it, or scrap it. Fixing it would not have been worth it due to how old my car is. So, he called several people to get me the best possible scrap quote. He even let my wife and I sit in their office with ALL our luggage to keep out of the rain. We sat in his office from 9am to 5pm until we could get back home. He offered food, and a place to stay if we were not able to get home. This is one of the most generous, kindhearted, and hospitable people I have ever met. From what I have read, he is a fantastic mechanic. 5 stars does not do this company justice. I would rate higher if i could. I would recommend this business to any and everyone who may need an auto mechanic! Thank you so much Atef for all that you did for us!

A small UBER BUSY mechanic shop. My power steering hoses blew while I was in Nashville from Northern IN(end of my vacation) ~ headed back home on a late Saturday morning. I called and spoke with Anna who insured me they could take care of me that day and have me on my way. While there, she and the others made me comfortable, diagnosed the problem(which was being paid for by another party due to faulty parts), and had me on my way within a few hours. They were awesome and very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend them and should I fins myself down there again and needed auto help. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

Atef and his staff are honest mechanics at an affordable price. Ive been taking my car there for over s year for everything from an oil change to a new alternator. I only removed one star for the time I had an electrical problem. He brings in someone from the outside for electric issues and I feel his contractor overcharged and didnt explain what exactly he had done to warrant the cost. If your problem is not electrical, I 100% recommend A&H

I have so many wonderful things I could say about Atef, Anna, and the rest of the staff! A few months ago I went in to have a rotator and brake replaced without an appointment and they got me taken care of super quickly! Yesterday I discovered that my alternator needed replaced while I was in Clarksville. I made the drive to A & H and they still managed to fit me in, while even staying late to make sure I could drive myself home. Wonderful service and even better prices. I took my jeep in for a simple 02 sensor the same night my car was broken down would barely drive I told the owner he didnt believe suggested I replace my transmission for 1,500 I had to pay to have it towed to and from I was very disappointed now im.out of a vehicle the new guys he has working there arent certified and I hope this review will help the next person because they are frauds.

Got in an accident while travelling through Nashville. Had a busted radiator, radiator reservoir, and both headlights were broken. Atef, Anna, and their crew were a Godsend. They had me fixed and on the road in six hours (I thought it would be days to get it driveable) for a VERY reasonable price.Would recommend any day to someone needing work in Nashville.

Nice place to fix car on time

Such great service here! My car started to breakdown on the highway, and I pulled off to the nearest auto shop I could get to. They were amazing and looked at my car right away.A couple things were wrong with my car and needed to be replaced before I could drive it again, broken belt and a leaking water pump.When it comes to cars I have an extremely basic understanding of how they actually run. Atef and another employee took the time to bring me out to the garage, show me underneath the car where the broken part was, show me under the hood at a different angle, and then show me a YouTube video so I could further understand what was broken and what it would look like when fixed.Id had a stressful day and Atef made me feel super taken care of and at ease that hed do his best to get my car up and running. When I picked up my car he had fixed the belt and been able to fix the water pump as well, at a much lower cost than it would have been if Id taken my car to Ford.It was the best experience Ive had at an auto shop, and Ill definitely be going back for any work or for oil changes!

They do excellent work for a great price. I had an exhaust pipe and muffler that was loose after a fender bender and they repaired it as if there nothing happened.
