Incredible service! Fast, easy and extremely friendly. Fixed my tire in no time and called me when it was ready. Great customer service and friendly atmosphere. This is the second time I’ve gotten a flat tire in Nashville and came to this Goodyear and both times it has been a great experience.

Had my brakes done, 600 dollars, immediately took it back because it the stopping was awful (it was stopping just fine before but they told me it was getting close and needed to replace) told me there was nothing wrong with it and it just needed time for the abs to reset, after two days of still having the issue I drove an hour to a shop that I trust where I used to live, had to replace a caliper that this shop messed up and wouldnt take responsibility for..

Do not go to this location. If you set an appointment time, know that it means nothing to them and they will not be ready at our agreed upon time. It is very frustrating to wait on them to start working on your vehicle.

Nick, the service manager, is a stand up guy and as honest of a mechanic as youll ever come across. Hes quick to diagnose issues, calls you while hes working on the car to walk you through any problems or suggested repairs/maintenance (making sure he has your approval before doing any additional work), and is extremely patient with the customer.He told me two oil changes ago that it was almost time to replace my rear brake pads and rotors, but he was not at all pushy at the time and completely understood why I wanted to wait. When I brought my car in yesterday for an oil change, I had recently started hearing the textbook brake squeal and knew it was time. Nick gave me a very fair quote for rear brake pad and rotor replacement (I called a few other shops just to double check, and Goodyear was within $5 of the next cheapest option), and he had my car ready in just a few hours.Initially, the only reason I brought my car to Goodyear for oil changes was because of the lifetime balance and rotation that came with the purchase of my tires. But thanks to Nick, I continue to bring my car to Goodyear because its simply great service and quality work. Give this man a raise!

Friendly courteous service in an ethical style. They didnt have the tires we needed, but did send us to a place that did have them. Nick was a great guy and referred us to the dealership that had what we needed. He explained why we had to have those tires with our all wheel drive system. If I lived in that area, this would be the only tire shop I would go to.

My dad went to this store after the manager of the Madison store transferred. My daughter started going here also. I decided to give them a try and I bought a set of tires and there was no problem. A few years ago they told my dad he needed new brakes on his Jeep Grand Cherokee. I bought new ceramic pads for the front and rear and I jacked up the Jeep to put them on. I discovered that the original pads were not even half worn. They also told my daughter she needed parts that she didnt need. I had given my son the vehicle that they had put the tires on and they were still almost new. He went to get the tires rotated and balanced and was told that the tires werent bought there. He had cleaned out the car and thrown the receipt away so he asked them to look up the purchase. They told him that nobody with my name had ever bought tires there. None of our family will ever go there again.

Rushed..Quoted $600+ for tires and told I wouldnt find a better price (checked online while sitting there found 4 tires with install for $330). Once I decided to hold on the service all warmth disappeared. All of sudden my brake light being on wasnt a problem basically felt like just pay for the oil change and go.

Pretty decent place. I have only got my oil changed here twice. First time no problem, second time they ask me to consider changing my air filter too and added 35$ extra to my oil change. Decided to do my oil change myself to save money and didnt want to keep putting cheap conventional oil in my car. The mechanic guy torqued the carp out of the oil bolt. Had to take a mallet to the bolt multiple times to finally loosen it.

I went in for a manifold gasket repair. The job was done in a timely manner.Auto was returned but had starting and running issues. Seems the cold air intake sensor went out at the time of the repair. They replaced it and did not charge extra for the service. They have been polite to me and always have done a good job on repairs, oil changes, and tire rotations. My experience with this store was excellent and would recommend them for your car service. Thanks guys.

The staff seemed friendly and have been when Ive visited once before. The problem is that there is one person at the counter taking care of one person at a time. I stood in line for 20 minutes waiting on the employee to check out a customers car issue while I was only there for an oil change. If this place was staffed well, Id return. I just dont want to waste half of my day on something as simple as an oil change. There are more efficient places out there.

Very poor customer service. Did not care for the services that I requested just wanted me to sign, pay, & leave. Did not care for quality of service for a simple oil change. The front desk agent customer interaction negatively reflected the company. I will not be returning to this location nor do I recommend anyone getting there car serviced here.At the end they told me that I will be need new tires soon and I bought all my tires band new last month in October. They were just fishing for extra money when he told me over the phone they only had time to do an oil change and nothing else. But manger to give my tires an inspection. Horrible customer service. And cannot trust the integrity of this store.Poor service overall.

Was referred to this corporate location for a Goodyear warranty claim on a new vehicle with less than 4K miles . Two of the tires did not balance out well at all they road forced the tires and did everything they could to balance them out at car dealership . Nick the service manager almost immediately started building a case twords me telling me that possibly the wheels and tires had been swapped from another truck but the date code on tires matched with build date of truck . He even admitted that the tires didn’t seem that great . They definitely were never swapped and this was a tactic to get out of any accountability of replacing the bad tires . They charged me to balance the tires which seemed wrong due to the fact that ford dealer said that they were bad and tried balancing.... so Goodyear guys just load up the weights and charge the customer for balancing the bad tires . I saw the dishonesty and for that I leave this review. I will never buy another Goodyear tire as long as I live . Dishonest tactics and not customer first . When you treat people this way for financial gain there is no repeat customers! Be extremely careful with the tactics of service manager but most importantly avoid this place at all costs !!!

I was hesitant to drive the 20 miles to get the value/sensor on my tire replaced when I was told that only the dealer would be able to fix it.I am sure glad I came here. The team at Goodyear was kind, helpful, and informative about the issue and potential resolutions. They didnt pressure me spend more by doing unnecessary work which ended up saving me $200.I would highly recommend them, and will definitely be a return customer.

TERRIBLE service. Definitely an unnecessarily long wait time, terrible service and mediocre work.I made an appointment and pre-ordered 2 tires, so reasonably they should have been ready to go when (or very soon after) I arrived, but was told it would take about and hour. I waited 50 minutes then went to check the progress. My car was still in the parking lot. When I asked about it the manager who was at the desk, I was told that they had a problem with the car in front of me. I asked why I wasnt informed of the extended wait time. The response was I didnt know.Definitely an unnecessarily long wait time, terrible service and mediocre work.

They do not make eye contact, do not greet you, do not listen to you; Take your key and disappear into the back. Only look/speak to you when they are eager to present the bill. Are defensive of inconsequential issues. As if they assume customers cannot be trusted to hold adult conversation about the repairs. If you know about cars (and I do) they play hard on the salesman pitch until you pop their bubble. I would not recommend to any customer who does not already know exactly what their issue is, and how to say no to the unnecessary, scare-tactic salesman stuff.

Terrible service and an overall horrible experience. I took my wifes VW Beetle here for an oil change and tire rotation. We had an appointment at 9 AM. Upon arrival at 8:50 AM, the representative insisted that we did not have an appointment and put us in line for walk-in service. He said it would take two hours, maybe two and a half. We left and ran some errands. By 11, we still hadnt heard anything. We went to lunch. By 12, we hadnt heard anything. We finally went back to Goodyear at 12:30, and the same representative from before told us that he would be finished with the car in 30 minutes. I became frustrated and explained to him that my wife had a 7 hour drive out of town to make, and he was already well past his promised service time. He didnt seem to care and said I didnt have an appointment. I showed him my appointment confirmation email, which showed the correct address of the service center along with the correct date and time. He shrugged and said that it wasnt in his system. I sat down to wait. They finally finished the car just after 1 PM (a full FOUR HOURS of total job time). I spoke with the manager and requested a discount due to the extreme wait, the disregard for our appointment and the fact that my wife was leaving town two hours late. The original quoted price was $77. He dismissively offered me $57 and I declined, restating how bad the experience was. He became irritable and said (I quote) I dont think you know what a good deal youre already getting. I reminded him of the terrible wait and bad service, to which he responded (verbatim) Well what do you want? What do YOU want?. I said I would pay him $45 out the door. I didnt expect to get the service for free, I just wanted a discount for the extremely unreasonable wait. He began to punch at the computer and wouldnt look me in the eye. He finally said he could do $45 before tax, to which I calmly responded Nope.. He became angry and said Nope? Youre not working with me here! What was so bad about your service anyway? I dont even do oil changes and I did your car to get you out of here faster. I responded I am working with you. Im agreeing to pay $45 for a really bad experience. He responded Saying Nope to me is not working with me! I restated that I had an appointment and that no oil change should take 4 hours. The previous rep made some excuse about being overbooked on appointments, which isnt my problem. I dont really care that the manager is generally too good to get his own hands dirty and change oil (Im certainly not, I just live in an apartment and dont have a place to change my own oil) but the fact that he supposedly made an effort to get us out early and it still took 4 hours is beyond absurd and indicates extreme incompetence. Ive changed the oil in many different cars dozens of times in my life, and it has NEVER taken me more than twenty minutes. Two hours I could understand with other jobs to manage. But four hours is just ridiculous. He finally agreed to charge me just under $45 out the door. He was rude, refused to make eye contact, and insisted that I was unreasonable. Every time I explained my grievance, he made excuses and accused me of being rude. I kept my voice low and my tone calm, but I was firm. I was in no way unreasonable. His team is simply incompetent, slow, and unhelpful. They also dont care about their customers. I will NEVER do business with them or let them touch one of my cars ever again, and I strongly recommend that you dont either.

Not a horrible place, but very slow. Ive gone here 5 or 6 times and its never less than 2 hours for an oil change. Im not sure why they take appointments because they can never do the work at the scheduled time. I guess they are always behind schedule. The waiting room is also very small and cramped. However, the people are nice and the price is right. They dont usually try to upsell me on unnecessary repairs or more work. I will go again.

I went in for my 11:30 oil change appointment today, thinking I would get in and out quickly considering I made an appointment a day in advance. Not only did it take them an hour and half for a 5 minute job, but one of the mechanics came back in and told me they saw I needed extra work done to the car (replace windshield wipers, flush fluids etc..etc.)--Considering I just got this done 4 months ago, and cost me WAY less at a little no name store, they wanted to charge me $463.I highly suggest not going to Goodyear. The mechanics were rude, the cashier was rude, and to go and tell me I need $400+ worth of stuff done to my car considering I just got the stuff done, is absolutely absurd. Ill never be back to another Goodyear. Ever.

Purchased a set of tires here for my truck. Later I found out the prices werent the best and neither was the warranty. Also price checked some tires for both my daughters vehicles at this location. Standard sizes and they didnt have them in stock. Ended up at a tire place down the road.

I have been going here every three months for the past year for an oil change and tire rotation. The ONLY reason Ive continued to do business here is because I have Goodyear tires, so theyre rotated for free with my oil change. EVERY time I have been here, I have been taken advantage of. Theyve told me my battery was going to die when it had 80% left, theyve balanced the tires incorrectly, theyve not honored a warranty on my tires that I paid for when I bought them, and most recently, with the same warrantied tires, I went in for a replacement, and they ordered the WRONG TIRE for my car. I have been driving for almost THREE THOUSAND MILES with the wrong tire, causing my car to have other issues, due to their lack of expertise and apparent disregard for quality service and satisfied customers. I will NEVER take my car here again. I simply DO NOT TRUST them to continue to service my vehicle.

Incompetent mechanics that sell you what you dont need, they said I had a bad caliper, so I had it replaced and once I replaced it I asked to keep the old one. Turns out the caliper functioned as it should what didnt functions correctly was guide pins, I will never buy anything from Goodyear tire and service chain ever again in my life, and will warn other about them as well. The workers here lied that they checked it and that it was bad, BUYER BEWARE.
