While browsing for cars at J&C the cars where filthy inside, reeked of cigarettes and not much of an inventory. We were not acknowledged at all and when we went inside the lady in the back was rude and yelled that we needed to only talk to the man on the lot. You represent the business as well. Thank you for making clear not to do business with you.

About two months ago I went with my husband to buy a new car. Not a used one ......... And at the time I was young still about 2008 I didn’t have any Establish credit.So they said they do Report to your credit so my dad went on and then I went on to build my credit the car was good and it was paid off never thought anything of it because I was so young.So I never thought to check my credit we did another car that turned out to be a disaster the car was totally unreal that they would even put that on there a lot the steering wheel would lock up I had a few other issues.My dad brought it back they agreed it wasn’t safe and I was there and I remember them saying that it would just be done and over with and nothing of it.Well as I got older And bought a house still I didn’t see that They were on my credit but nothing ever was reported which the car dealership showed me everything on top of them getting it checked At my bank that it was literally zero that they were just there they never reported good or bad they were just there and one with the last car that was supposed to be nothing because it was basically a lemon they reported it as repossessed and this was literally back in 2011.I mean I guess that’s what I got from getting a car for me I don’t even know what it was but even a car dealership said that was very odd.Always seems kind of shady and they seem to lie alot even being young you can read people’s mannerisms and the way they act in their hand movements and they just were never true to their word.

Helped a friend get a vehicle there. Great selection, good pricing, warranties on ALL vehicles, and the staff was very friendly and went out of their way to help! She ended up getting a good deal on a great vehicle. They work with all credit situations and make their customers feel important. I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone.

Not reliable, they make an appointment for services and they take care of you as it best fit them.I had an oil change scheduled I was the first person there after me came a school teacher and after her came a guy,they were both taken care of before me.I’ve been here for an hour and half when I was told it would take them max 30 minutes, previously I had parts ordered which took over 3 months to get it right taken care of, very unprofessional and nonchalant about their lack of customer service.Al was the only person in there with a positive disposition.Still waiting......

I was supposed to get my oil change today and they told me that they couldnt do it because it was on a Saturday when they told me about a month ago to go today and now I have to wait 2 more weeks to finally get my oil change. The receptionist was so rude and came late, while I was there about 5 persons left because of their punctuality.

I financed a vehicle in March 2018. It took them 3 days to get my car ready, my temp tags expired and i had to meet a staff member to pick up my tags. I put 1800.00 down just to pay 2 more 400.00 installments the following month. And in between that time my check engine light came on. If you drop your vehicle off for repair, you are stuck for several weeks and you pay out the wazoo for the repair. My close friend also had her vehicle in and out of the shop, and never really repaired the car. The fellas are nice, but the products are trash. Dont waste your time or money.

Ive paid for my vehicle on time and paid it off earlier than three years. And THEY NEVER REPORTED MY SUCCESS TO THE CREDIT BUREAU. All they want is your money to satisfy their needs. They dont care about anyone else!!!!!! Just went to apply for a vehicle loan today and they told me I had no vehicle credit. Dammit I have the freaking title to the vehicle!!!!!

Professional extortionists, The person who I made payments with is so snarky and misunderstanding, I worked at a non-essential business, and since closing, I havent had the chance to to make payments despite me telling them Im out of the job they STILL demand for me to pay up. Do not trust this place and any 4+ star review is probably an employee report. Dont trust this place!!

Nice people but, double face the first time they made report to Credit, and then they sold my account, so my credit report was negative for more than 4 months, off course my beacon score was down for 56 points, now I’m owning just 15 days and my credit report is negative for 106 points, wow ( I’m make nice payments straight for more than one year ) the true is they are double face .

All the J & C team are very respectful. A friendly and professional place. Many friends and family buy cars in this place. When he speaks Spanish, he takes the time to explain everything you ask and you never feel rushed. In many places they wanted to charge me an eye for the face. I recommend 100%.
