He took the time to give a quote, explain the repair process, and offer complimentary ride service. During the time of the repair, Mike would call and keep me informed of the repair progress. After a somewhat shaky start( repair of motor/transmission leaks) I was completelysatisfied.Michael, the serviceManager was ALWAYS available to hear my concerns and questions. After several attempts to satisfy my concerns they COMPLETELY Satisfied my concerns and repairs.I feel they went above and beyond to complete the necessary repairs at NO additional expense.Would I recommend their facility? The answer is a loud YES. However, you should be prepared to pay a premium price for a PREMIUM performance.

Ed was awesome to deal with. Intended to decide between a Mercedes SL, Porsche 911 or the Jag F, all of which they had!!! Then my wife saw the Maserati GT in the show room. I said never!!! Bad reputation, super high depreciation. Then Ed explained the depreciation hit was already taken and that the maintenance is pretty straightforward. Ed was 100% correct. I test drove it and bought it!!! Incredible overall experience!!!!

As a relatively new customer for service of both my german cars, I am very pleased with the prompt service, knowledgable service manager and technicians. I was looking for high quality service for my Porsche and MB. I found it and at fair honest prices. no up selling!

Under the previous management, I was subject to poor service. Since then and upon discovery of that incident, I received a personal call from Mr. Scott Presti, President of Debold during which he first apologized for the poor service, then assured me that new Management had been installed and then kindly reimbursed me for the charges I had paid for the poor service and invited me to re-visit Debold for a free oil change. In my experience its unusual to find a company principal so caring that he is personally involved with resolving the hiccups that sometimes plaque otherwise well-run businesses. Thanks Scott for being the exception. Ill be back soon.

Had no issues with Debold until my last visit. Went to pick up my car and the windshield was cracked. The service manager acted like it was no big deal and said my insurance would take care of it. Guess he never heard of deductibles. Very upset and will never, ever go back. Bad customer satisfaction!

Very professional, honest They were up front in the repairs necessary to get top dollar for the vehicle. Sold it before detail was complete within 10% of asking price. I would definitely use them again to sell I knew them as a repair shop and have been a regular customer since I bought my Porsche in 2012.

Great place to buy a mercedes convertible! Scott the debold owner called me Monday & said it could take up to 30 days to recieve this car title in Florida. He also replaced a intermentant- defective interior switch at there service center.very good people & very great selection of German & European cars at debold.i will be back to find a newer Porsche 911 after I sell my 1984 -911

I drive a Jeep Grand Cherokee and was referred to go to Debold Automotive without knowing they only service German cars. My car was only starting after being jumped and I needed my battery changed out. Instead of turning me away like 2 previous places I had gone to, Eddy took me in right away to offer his help. The next day my Jeep still wasnt turning on right. I called Eddy back and he fit me in his busy schedule and looked at my Jeep again. The problem turned out not to be the battery, but to be safe he replaced it with another new one and recommended great mechanics for me to take my Jeep to since he was more familiar with German cars. If I had a German car there would be no doubt I would go to Eddy and thank him for helping me in an emergency!
