The worst car purchase experience I have ever encountered. I purchased a new Backdraft Cobra from out of state. When the car was delivered it would barely run. I called Alex my sales man and he said to call service he couldn’t help. I spoke to the service manager and asked him if they checked the car over prior to shipping it to my home in Nashville he said they do a quick run through and it seemed fine. After several days of trying to get some help from Naples Motorsports and Backdraft I had the car picked up by my local garage. $1000.00 dollars later and a week they got the car running. My garage said the timing was never set and the carburetor was defective no way the car was ever checked over before it left Backdraft Racing or Naples Motorsports. I would definitely stay away from both. Come to find out there’s no warranty on labor just parts and it was tough getting the parts shipped. Drove the car 30 miles and sold it. The car and Naples Motorsports were awful.

I bought a classic car in NY without knowing much about classic cars. The car needed quite a bit of work and Naples Motorsports took good care of me. They went above and beyond what I expected and went out of their way to make me happy. Vilhelm and Tony were the front men I worked with and they were both superstars. I became quite sick in the middle of my car repairs and they told me not to worry about it, it was under control-which it was! They also charged a fair price. I will be bringing my car there for all of its repairs in the future. They treated me like a queen.

Fantastic experience purchasing a well cared for used Italian exotic from these folks earlier in June, 10 years after buying my first one from them. Lots of staff changes and a new building, but still a great experience. Worked with Jay Samudio to negotiate a deal, sight unseen! My first time going this route with not being able to touch and drive the car. Jay was very candid about everything and timely with his replies to all my questions via text and phone. We worked through the details on the vehicle I purchased, plus traded pics and negotiated what I felt was a very fair deal for my trade. After a week, I was finally able to make it down to Naples and found the car was in excellent shape. Low miles for a 7 year old vehicle and well taken care of, just as described by Jay. He was also able to take some of the extra time to remedy a few small cosmetic items, which I appreciated. Total time at the dealer to sign everything was around an hour and Linda in the finance group was efficient and cordial to work with.After a couple hour drive arriving home, I unfortunately noticed a wheel vibration that I contacted Jay about to remedy. He was quick with his reply in this and I was able to have the issue resolved to my satisfaction in my home town with the Naples MS folks covering the cost. In addition, Linda was able to locate a financing package that was an entire percentage point better on the rate and she switched me into that a full two weeks after closing the deal, a courtesy I’ve never seen from larger main line dealers.All in all, a very positive experience that included a bump or two, but the Naples MS folks worked through those bumps with me to perfect, professional satisfaction. I showed up in person to check out some vehicles. It was an orange Lamborghini Aventador that caught my eye when Salesman Alex approached me and introduced himself. I took a picture of the advertised price of $349,995.After multiple phone conversations immediately following my visit I was ready to complete a credit application to purchase the vehicle when I found out that they had increased the price on me to $354,995.Alexs response to the increase was We need to keep up with demand and price increases in order to replace the vehicle.At that price point its not about the price increase of $5,000 but mostly about their business ethics. Totally not happy with how they tried to pull a fast one. Pure definition of Price Gouging.Car is currently on the sales floor.

My family and a couple friends came here to take a look at all exotic cars. My 8 year old son loves these kind of cars. Scott, came and was great with talking to my son and interacting with him. My son impressed him so much with all his knowledge, Scott showed us under the hoods of the cars, he started a couple cars up to hear the engine, and let my son sit in his favorite car. Scott made the whole visit so memorable for my son and impressed all of us. Thank you so much for all the time he put in to just show an 8 year old his favorite things!!

Buyer beware. If a deal does not work out, your deposit is GONE. They asked for a $10,000 initially and fortunately I said no and gave them $1,000. The deal could not be done and they refuse to refund the deposit as any reputable deal would. Plenty of other reputable dealers to buy a car from.In response to your disingenuous reply below, you completely skirt the issue again:1) All reputable dealers refund deposits if deals cant be completed.2) Your salesperson, Jay, asked for a $10,000 deposit. Again, no reputable dealer asks for $10,000. I should have realized at that point that something nefarious was taking place. Fortunately, I only put down $1,000 otherwise $10,000 would have been stolen.While $1,000 isnt changing my life, it is about the principle. You could have had a multi car customer but instead, bottom fishers will step over a dollar to pick up a dime. Pretty short sighted.

First experience at dealership, new to the are area and not a good experience. Added hidden fee, and there is no Customer is always right policy. Arrived at dealership for service after agreeing to a price with Mike (Service Manager)on the phone for a key for my Stelvio.When there, Mike asked about serving my vehicle for an oil change. I said I could have it done for less cost($150 less) somewhere else. We negotiated a more reasonable price (still more than elsewhere) but convenient at the time. After service, I confirmed the cost of my serviced items which were the numbers we agreed. The bill seemed a little higher but agreed upon costs were confirmed by Tony. I paid bill and left. After reviewing itemized bill later, I realized a $50 fee had been added, no MENTION of any additional fees at ANY time with opportunities for them to do so, like when I asked what I was being charged when paying the bill?....I called and spoke to a person in service, he stated fees are always added, as their policy. I said, I negotiated costs with Mike and no fees should be added, the price should be out the door. What good is negotiating and arriving at agreed upon costs when random unmentioned fees can be added?? I called and texted the service person I worked with directly (Tony) to address my concern. I received a brief text saying he would get back with me which was a day ago. Still waiting. Will not go back. Its the point of it all. Feels sketchy. I now question the dealerships integrity in other areas and experienced bad customer service. They should take care of customers. Had plans to customize my car spending lots of $$$.Their loss.Follow up: Mike (Service Manager) rectified the issue completely. I would give them another opportunity to service my vehicle.

I brought my Jaguar sports car for service with my top down and the boot on covering the top. When I picked up my car, the boot was ripped as was the upholstery in the car. Rather than unbuttoning the boot, they ripped it off, abusing my vehicle. It has taken more than two months to get the car back to me in the condition when I dropped it off. This morning with thunder storms everywhere, they delivered my car on a flat bed truck with the top down and no cover over my car. This business is completely incompetent and I urge you not to ever do business with these thieves.

What an amazing dealership! Alex and the rest of the staff there were open and inviting but, most importantly, KNOWLEDGEABLE! The Karma Revero isnt a car that you see at every intersection and isnt generally made for the masses. Alex was able to share details and innuendo about the car that few can relate to! This only served to confirm that Id found my next car AND the location to buy it from! Stop in if youre in the market for something special. I honestly cant say enough about these guys here especially Sara! Im an enclosed auto hauler and one of their preferred shippers. Fake Inspections, Stay Away.I run software business in USA. Came from Europe 2 years ago. I was making pre purchase inspection for Mclaren Mp-12c. I’m a buyer here. They were just inspecting my car. My manager Vilem said no leaking, no issues at all and i have the best car ever. When i noticed how friendly he was with a seller (smiling, laughing, shaking hands 10 times) i decided to recheck it at Mclaren Palm Beach. I was simply shocked! leaking was everywhere, 14k cost issues found. I have photos, everything. Now i understand what they were hiding. In Europe it’s usual practice (Paid fake inspections) But i would never think it’s possible in USA, Naples, in a country of Lawyers.Dear co-founders, i’m sure you have a brilliant dealership but employees like Vilem, and a tech guy who inspected this car should be fired. Because they ruin your business. I have to share my story with everybody here.P.S. When i asked for a refund (~450$) nobody even answered me. Recently purchased a Lamborghini Gallardo and had a wonderful experience.Jay and Linda always communicated throughout the entire process. They made buying the car easy.I live in California and have never purchased a car without seeing and driving it. However, due to the virus I felt uncomfortable traveling. Found a Lambo on line at Naples motorsports. Checked a lot of reviews and since they were very favorable, (mostly five stars) I decided to call them. Telephoned and talked to Jay about the car and set up a video appointment. Had a video chat with Jay and he went over the whole car in detail. He was very up front with any problems. The car had a check light on and Naples was unable to fix it. They sent the Lambo to another service center to up date the software that fixed the problem. They did not have to do that.Linda who takes care of the office work, financing, doting all the I and crossing the T etc. was incredible to deal with. Again, always communicated and kept things progressing.The car arrived in the condition I was expecting, EXCELLENT. So far I am very pleased with the process and car. The Lambo was in turn key condition when I took possession. I will be recommending Naples motorsports to my car friends. Also will mostly do business in the future. Im already thinking about an Aventador.

Great place to visit to see some of the worlds great supercars. I cant possibly afford one, but it is fun to browse. I always tell the Sales person I cant afford to purchase a car, and they normally say have fun looking. I appreciate them letting us look at the cars!!

My son and I stopped by to see some exotic cars on Saturday April 7th at 1pm. They have a very impressive inventory but not even one person welcomed us to the dealership or even said hello. Only one associate was busy with a customer while the others were socializing. My first impression was not what I would expect from a staff that is out to make sales.

Best car buying experience I have ever had, start to finish. Trust me I love my vehicles, so I’ve bought a lot of them. I kept waiting for the hard sell, & it never came. From the first time I called and spoke with Ron Ward about my interest in purchasing my beautiful Backdraft Racing 1965 Cobra Shelby I saw online. He was honest, polite, friendly, & respectful. Five minutes after, I had an offer letter to fill out and return for consideration. Once accepted I received a phone call and email from Sara Loughridge who handled all of the contracts, communications with the financial lender, down to the shipper for delivery. Some people do there job well, but Sara truly loves what she does and is the true definitions customer service. She made the whole process seamless even from over 400 miles away.They even managed to expedite everything so I a retired Veteran could my Cobra in the Veterans Day parade. So thank you Ron and Sara for making a dream come true.

I cant thank Todd, his GM Bob and the entire staff at Naples Motorsports enough for their generous hospitality when I visit the dealership. Everyone is very knowledgeable and they have a great selection of exotic cars for sale. Definitely a good place to checkout when you are looking for a preowned exotic or sports car.

Horrible experience. Came in with a high intention of looking at McLaren 2017-2019 and brought a $70,000 cash down payment. Me and a good friend from out of townWalked up to a couple of McLarens that were outside and in back that I found myself. The salesman that were there looked at me and my friend and looked away knowing I was in need of help. Guess when you have tattoos you might be treated different. Its funny that my friend said watch them treat us different from the way we look. My response is its 2020 noone cares what you look like anymore. Boy was I wrong with this place. The only help I got was a young kid in the back I asked if the ones in back was for sale. He was helpful even though I believe he was a detail man. Thumbs up to him but for the rest of the sales man do a better job. Ill be going back to gulf coast motorworks. Shame on this place

Bought a 18 McLaren 570S from Naples Motorsports. Brett, Sara and their staff were great to work with and quickly processed the transaction and I was out the door in a couple days. Love my car so far and would definitely recommend them!

Ron Ward was fantastic. Brought me through the deal orderly and made a good deal for both of us. Love my Audi S5. Quite organized and knowledgeable staff with cars that anyone would love to own.
