I just had my car serviced there and worked with Sheila who was amazing. I had quite a bit of work that needed to be done and she kept me informed throughout the process, making sure I understood what was an immediate need and what could wait. My experience over 4 years was positive until approximately 3 weeks ago. My lift gate wouldn’t close. Road service told me they had to tow the car. I paid extra to have it towed to Airport KIA.I called the service department to explain that I am a widow, live alone, my neighbors were in Michigan, my friend was in the hospital. I needed help picking up my car after the repair. The woman asked where I lived when I told her, she said “too far”. Thanks for nothing compassionate dealership. I will take all my business elsewhere. BAD BAD PR!

I hate car shopping, but my daughter needed a car so I was forced to go. I have to say we had an awesome experience with our salesman- Micah Scott. He didn’t try to sell us a car, he chatted with, told us about the car we were looking at and answered questions. He was not pushy or condescending or insistent (which I have experienced in the passed). He was very friendly and knowledgeable about the vehicle and open to answer any questions we had. He even crawled under the car we were looking at (and ended up purchasing) to take photos of the underneath side of the vehicle so we could check for underbody issues. Note: it was extremely hot outside and the ground was scorching.The finance Manager, Chris Freeman, was awesome to work with. He was able to work with our financial institution to get us a great interest rate.This is my daughters first car and they made it really great experience for her.If you’re in the market for a new or used car, I highly recommend going to see Micah and Chris at Airport Kia, in Naples.

Absolutely the worse customer service and communication skills at this location I got a cashier check for the full amount taxes included ready for when they tell me the car is ready to be looked at I was told the car couldnt be looked at until it was out of the shop and at 1st was told a wiring issue under the hood then was told it was the computer and they would have the new one today for me to come took at it Friday to buy next thing I know today the car got sold its ironic I cant buy the car until its fixed but they sell it anyways. They assured me we was getting the car we made arrangements with them. Tried calling and speaking to Lyanrd the sales manager he has no time to talk to us made the lady give us a message that the car sold.

We arrived here to purchase 4 new Michelin tires. Re: Had a blow out on the way from the East Coast of Florida to Naples. Unfortunately, we did not check the tires prior to the trip and all 4 tires were unsafe.The service team was very knowledgeable and friendly and I was happy they had my tires in stock. I just wish it wouldnt have taken 3.5 hours with an appointment to have four new tires put on my car.As we were from the East Coast of Florida visiting our 89 year old Uncle for the day. But, our New tires are Great! Now we are safe.

I purchased a Kia Sportage here and am totally disappointed. The car has less than 17,100 miles and is falling apart. I also paid for the Xzilon treatment that was never even put on, not the car is fading everywhere. The manager Mike will not even return a phone call. When looking for a 370z I quickly found two at this location. I put an inquiry and moments later that same day I was called and had an appointment set up to look at them. Such fast service and help. When I got there. I was immediately helped by Micah. He got me set with water and made sure I was comfortable while he went to grab the vehicle to look at. It was gorgeous and I was excited. He connected really well and the process with buying the vehicle was fast. He met my challenges with a breeze and I was very grateful for that. Bought our 2021 KIA Stinger GT from Airport KIA in Dec 2020. Love the car. Had a minor issue with one of the features not working and wanted to get it checked out while the car was being serviced. The Service Manager was hesitant to do anything about it as he was concerned they would not get paid for the warranty service. Plus, he couldn’t give me a solid reason why the feature was not working. Lots of guesses, but refused to do anything to confirm his guesses. Very frustrating stuff for a customer to hear. I can understand his viewpoint to a degree...he is responsible for that side of the business. But from my standpoint, I didn’t want to be brushed off with a bunch of unfounded hypothesis. So I asked to take it to the next level and that’s when Jeremy Stankiewics (Sales Manager) came in and made everything right. He heard both sides and agreed that another test should be run. As a result, the problem was fixed within 12 hours and I came back the next morning to collect my beautiful Stinger. Jeremy was more than fair to me, and as a result he reaffirmed my feeling that Airport KIA of Naples is the place to go to buy your next car! Additionally, once it was decided that a further diagnostic test would be run, Jeremy passed me off to Service Advisor Sheila Howe. Sheila was OUTSTANDING! She took care of the paperwork and had me out the door in a rental in record time. Both Jeremy and Sheila both stayed in touch while the test was being run to keep me updated on the progress. Jeremy had his best man (Hunter) run the test and even sent me a video of the result. Bottom line is thanks to the entire team at Airport KIA, my Stinger is back to 100 percent (what a great car!). By the way, please do not misconstrue my remarks as a criticism of the Service Department. In the end, they were the ones that actually got the car back to 100 percent. THANKS TO ALL AT AIRPORT KIA OF NAPLES.

Very positive experience overall. Our salesperson Lauren Slaughter was very professional polite and informative. She gave a clear explanation of the vehicle I wound up buying a Kia Niro Hybrid. This wasnt my original consideration. Ms Slaughter walked me through on the benefits of owning a Hybrid. On the day of delivery she stayed with me to fully understand the options that came with the Niro and how to use them. Yes I would come back again and buy my next car from Airport Kia and hope Ms Slaughter would still be there. Overall it was an easy friendly experience 👍 I have already recommended my brother and sister in-law.
