We purchased a 2011 Nissan Rogue in January 2021. The transaction was smooth and Wilson was most honest. He told us if anything should happen with the car in the near future to call, but he was confident the car was sound.Over the years, have bought many cars from big dealers and the experience is always like pulling teeth and it takes forever. This is the first time we didn’t feel like that. The invoice had the price of the vehicle, the sales tax, title fee and the registration. I was looking for a vehicle for my daughter - to drive cross-country - and visited Synergy Auto regarding a specific vehicle. The vehicle I was interested in was on the lot, but I didn’t like it that well once I saw it up close. However, there was another vehicle that caught my eye and after a test drive, etc., we completed the purchase. It was an older van (2002) but a Toyota and I’ve always had good luck with them.To ensure the van was in good shape for a cross-country trip, I took it to my trusted mechanic - I should have done this before making the purchase. There were some issues with the van including a valve cover gasket leak, old spark plugs, and an idler pulley that was rusted and questionable - this had been a northern van and had some visible rust, but putting it on a lift revealed rusted out suspension components.I was disheartened by my mechanic’s report, so I tried to back out of the sale, but it was too late. However, when I explained why I wanted to return the van, Wilson asked to take a look and actually had his mechanic repair the leaking valve cover gasket and replace the spark plugs and idler pulley. I was able to take care of the rusted suspension components myself.We completed our cross-country trip last week and the van ran perfectly. We are happy with our purchase and can recommend Sinergy Auto Group for good quality used cars.

I purchased a black 2007 Volkswagen Jetta from Jorge and Wilson of Sinergy Auto Group on January 27, 2018. Both men were helpful in the car purchasing process; the transaction went smoothly, nor did they overwhelm me with gimmicks. With that being said please be forewarned that the car sold to me has a multitude of issues that were not previously disclosed.My car was purchased from them for $4000 with the tag and title being processed through their company. I have put almost $4000 into major and minor repairs with this car. The fixes range from the passenger side mirror. Because it flew off as I was driving down the road (I do believe the mirror was glued on) to having the head gasket being replaced. Although both men were pleasant and the transaction was hassle-free, have the car that you are purchasing from Sinergy Auto Group checked out by a reputable mechanic or bring along someone who is knowledgeable of cars, in which I did not. Do not depend solely on the CARFAX report. The Volkswagen that I purchased has a beautiful exterior and a nice interior however it has a plethora of major mechanical issues under the hood and the car will have to be replaced. The car is no longer drivable more than a couple of miles. Again, please be forewarned.TO THE RESPONSE BELOW:Anyone purchasing a new car can say that they are happy to have the tag and the title in hand. Almost a year is correct. It has not been a year and for a car to have so many issues in such a brief amount of time is a reflection on your company. There is a difference between maintenance and repairing/replacing. Your company was disingenuous.
