Love it here! The staff has changed quite a bit since it was Four Star, but like Four Star the Salon Centric staff is FABULOUS! Always warm and welcoming and willing to check for stock in the back! Love it here!

Tried to make an order by phone.Person on the phone said they would call me back. Still waiting! That was 3 days ago.When my order arrived the packing was so bad that a product was opened and spilled all over the box which included a display that was torn and destroyed.Everything is always out of stock in the other hell hole in Middletown where I was told by a salesgirl that Matrix was going out of business. ?Toyally incompetent.
