I have been going to B&M for over 10 years. The entire staff is friendly, courteous and helpful. My Hairdresser Rita is awesome. She is very experienced and gives great advice on hair care, and styles. Peggy the store assistant is very knowledgeable about the products that they sell. Always a great experience. They are accommodating if you have to cancel your appointment when giving advance notice or emergency notice. I would definitely recommend them.

I was there today to pick up some products to do a clients hair of mine the woman who helped me was very kind and helpful and although they are going out of business do to covid they still have a great attitude!!!!

This beauty supply store really cares about their customers. Last minute my crochet to do my hair broke and they were closing in 5 minutes there was no way I was going to make it in time. I called and the owner kept the store opened later just so I could pick it up. I appreciate him staying open and caring for all of his customers.

Ive been purchasing all my hair products and my barber supplies from B&M Cosmetics for eight years now. All of their products are legit and you wont have to worry about anything being unauthentic! Over the weekend I went in to do a simple style. To what was most likely my fault, after a few hours of unwrapping my hair the style I paid for was ruined. When I called about this situation not only was I offered a refund, I had a makeup appointment, so the owner paid the worker to stay open until my appointment ended so my day wouldn’t be ruined. He didn’t at all need to do that, I would have been satisfied with a refund. Not only did he offer a refund but he went above and beyond and even stayed later that day to ensure my experience was expectional.I’m still amazed. They were the highlight of my birthday! I’ve never had customer service as superior as this!

B & M is a hidden gem..Not only is the entire staff knowledgeable and well educated, they go out of there way to help and even find special order items if they dont have it. Everything they have suggested are now my new favorite products! It makes you really appreciate their quality of customer of service over a big chain store that doesnt care about customers. The staff is very friendly and always willing to help. Theyre also very knowledgable about their products which helps a lot when youre trying to decide what to buy. Also, if a product doesnt work well for you (Ive only bought hair products so I cant speak on anything else) you can always return. Not to mention their prices are fair :-D

I called to ask, if they carried a product, and the associate was very nasty and had an attitude. I dont know what happened to the friendly customer service they used to have, but I will not be giving my support to any business that treats their customers with a nasty attitude for asking a simple question. I dont recommend.
