I came here yesterday for a Brazilian wax for my vacation. I’ve had Brazilians done a few times before this. The lady was very nice but did a terrible job. I didn’t notice until I left, but she left patches of hair all over. It is very noticeable and now I feel uncomfortable wearing a bikini.

I went into my appointment with such thick, well shaped, beautiful brows that only needed a little bit of cleaning up above the brows. I walked out of my appointment fighting tears because there was barley any brow left. My shape was completely reformed. I have not gotten my brows done in months because I am trying to grow them back. This was my second time going to Nanuet, so i think it might’ve been just a bad day for my brow lady because the first time she did them they were great. If you are going to Nanuet, make sure you tell your lady specifically what you want.

Running late for 12 noon spot called to let them know I got there 10 mins late they couldn’t take me. I understand not a problem but no other options 3 girls sitting in front the receptions needs sensitivity training with everything going on in the world sad. I’ve been there before had to wait for my appointment I will go to the honey pot where you get more one on one nice and professional.

Their prices are reasonable and I have a great experience every time I go. The staff is always friendly and helpful and its very clean. Kourtney is my new go to girl. She was great!! I recommend European Wax Center to everyone.

Today I got a full Brazilian from Sunnie. I set the appointment to be with any available waxer, and I am so happy to have met her! I am pregnant, and due any day now, so I was a little nervous but from beginning to end it couldn’t have gone more pleasant. This has been my first wax since Covid, and everything is so clean and organized. I was out the door in 15 minutes! I’m looking forward to returning to this location.

I was so nervous going into my appointment. I booked my appointment with Molly she was AMAZING!!! She made me feel so relaxed and comfortable I barely felt anything because she kept me so engaged in conversation. It took 15 minuets and almost completely painless. I already book my next appointment with her again ☺️

This place is great! I went for my first wax and was pretty nervous, but my esthetician Shannon did a great job of alleviating my worries and making me feel comfortable. The facility was very clean and well laid out. Overall, it was a perfect first experience. I highly recommend them 👍👍

Been having my wax done with Portia for over 2 years now. Portia is the best!!! She is kind, professional and does a great job with all my wax services. I have recommended many friends to Portia and they love her too!!!

I thought id be able to go to this location (since it is way more convenient for me) and get the same excellent service I do in New City but I was wrong. The front desk workers arent as friendly and welcoming and the specialist thinks she knows everything. I told Sarah that the wax was too hot and she just said it was the right temperature I went home to see that my skin was starting to peel. I wont be going to this location anymore

I moved away & still come back to Rockland to get my waxes done by Danielle. She makes me feel so comfortable & at ease.

Pros: little wait time, clean facility, friendly front staff, first time wax = half off of a brazilian.Cons: the actual wax was done poorly. The wax specialist left wax all over my lady bits and left patches of hair everywhere.The appointments are 15 minutes, and I assume because of this, I was rushed out of the room with no time look at the results of the wax. The whole job felt rushed and not well done. Wish the results were different because the facility is nice

Just went to do my eyebrows at this place. As I was in the room and the lady started to apply wax on my eyebrows my infant started crying. She immediately took the wax off and said that she could not concentrate and was no longer going to do my eyebrows. I couldnt believe that I was basically kicked out of this place because my baby was crying.Not to mention that now I had to walk out with one eyebrow done. This say alot about their customer service and how professional they are. Will never be going back nor recommending this place. Such a horrible experience.

If I could give this place no stars, I would. Very unprofessional. Amanda, the girl I was placed with was rude and went out to the reception area, telling me shed be right back and had to tell the next guest shed be with them shortly. In actuality, she went out there to talk about me. Little did she know my friend was in the waiting room and heard the whole thing. Needless to say, she did not get a tip from me, nor will nanuet have any of my business. New City European Wax is much better and much more professional.

I will never go back here, ever! They bruised me while giving a bikini wax. They use the same wax for every part of the body when different skin and hair needs different kinds of wax. Overpriced.
