Some of the staff was really horrible, but recently been seeing kinder and helpful staff. Dont always have what I need in stock... but a great local place for cosmetologists and estheticians to get items.

When Ellen used to work there, they were fantastic. Now that shes gone, its a hot mess. I had an item set aside. I just called to pick up. Not only is it not there anymore, and was sold without calling me first to see if I was picking up (whichever Ellen always did!), but they are refusing to honor the price!!! Disgusting. Shame on Christine and her manager.
