Five stars to Boost and to Victoria at the Mountain Home Boost Mobile store. Went in looking for a starter phone for my daughter and was told that I was on a very old single line plan. After thinking about it for a little bit my son also needs a phone and I got an amazing deal for two more phones and put on a family plan which will save me over $100 a month. One of the many reasons why have had Boost for over 9 years and will absolutely not change.

Never have I walked into a phone store and genuinely felt welcome. Victoria the manager is on top of her game and is always so inviting and knowledgeable. She is always more than welcome to help with any problem Im having and is quick to fix the problem. This store is by far the best Ive gone to and I am so delighted its my neighborhood store.

The employee was bilingual and very fluent in Spanish and English. Very fast service from him and I wouldnt have a problem going and asking him for help in the future!

The store was very clean and orderly with displays very visible, especially the in store specials on phones and accessories. The staff were knowledgeable on most of the phones and their pros and cons, I had been using the LG Stylo products and found them to be very good as far as mid-priced phones as the top line units from apple, Samsung etc. etc. But the single, most glaring shortcoming of the Stylos is that they cannot tolerate even the slightest dampness on a surface, or even an extremely humid day would cause them to fail irretrievably and had to replace them, usually with the next iteration of the Stylo, eg. from Stylo 1 to Stylo 2 then 3. It was at this point that I went into my local store (I had been conducting business online) and explain what keeps happening with my phones. She then directed me to this Motorola Motor e5plus, a very capable unit that in many ways exceeded the performance of the latest iteration of the LG (Stylo 4), the biggest selling point for me is the 2 day battery capacity AND its WATER RESISTANT! For just $15 more you have a better performing phone with a removable SIM card and its HIGHLY water resistant, no phone is completely waterproof, you cant drop it into a basin of water or perhaps the sink or toilet and expect it to work but this one comes close.In summary, the store was clean and well organized, the staff were courteos, friendly and knowledgeable and from my perspective have the best coverage (they operate on Sprints infrastructure) a wide selection or phones and accessories and the most reasonably priced unlimited talk, text and data services of ANY prepaid service providers for folks on tight budgets, and, depending upon which tier of service plan you choose, up to 30gigs per month of WiFi hotspot data! Do you find yourself in an area with no wifi but seriously need to use your laptop for something thats just beyond the cspability of your smartphone? Just go into settings and flip on your wifi hotspot function and use your phones data signal as an Internet on ramp and youre in business and Boost has the most gigs of hotspot data for the money of any other prepaid cell service available!

Im not really sure about this facility. My son did have a phone service with them but he was not very happy with their service. Also you have to be very careful about your contract with them. So suggesting this to anyone I am not sure.

OSL in walmart is the best 150 too 300 or more off phones. Also very smart and willing to go above and beyond and will port any number.

Would rate 0 if I could. Went in about the Hulu and Free Samsung deal. Also I asked about the referral process and she told me It is annoying when customers scream our heads off so it is done online, We just dont deal with angry ppl. Then the girl/child told me I should buy an iPhone, I told her we dont use that brand. Once she found out I didnt have a lot of money she instantly got rude. Told my 9 year old daughter she couldnt eat in there and there was no sign, and all she had was a small bag of m&ms. Very. Rude. I have never went out of my way to write a review. But she was very rude. Very unfriendly. Also she said she did not have time to switch my number. This was was at 4:15 p.m. and they close at 7. I wanted to switch to boost but she represented Boost in a very negative light. Basically kicked out my 8 year old son, and 9 year old daughter. My kids are not perfect but they only cause trouble between eachother, and they were looking at the display phones and she told them to stop. I mean what does she expect them to do. They were fake phones. They are well behaved. But I will never spend a single dollar there. If I do decide to go to boost I will go to Boise. Maybe. I would not recommend this location. I wish I had filmed it I would have put it on YouTube it was terrible. Worst experience ever at a phone store.
