We had several issues to deal with. Three customer service techs were involved. All were efficient and helpful.

We had a great customer service experience at the store. The representative was knowledgeable about the products and guided us to items that would fit our needs and wants. He asked questions listened and then shower us options that meet the conditions. Was polite at all times and very friendly.
We really liked working with Cheyenne! My phone died and she did everything possible to port my info over to my new phone. She was great to work with!
Joe was absolutely a super salesman that you wanted to be friends with. He was alone and several people came in and greeted each person and informed them of his situation and most waited for him or he multi-tasked, but came right back to his original customer. High fives for him.

The people at the Verizon authorized retailer were courteous and honest for which I was thankful. After being a customer with Verizon for over 17 years I have seen too many inequities and an extreme decline in service and coverage in our area Verizon is a company is become too big for its own britches even though I have given them thousands of dollars and they advertise to give new 5G phones too old and new customers when you learn the details you wind up on the short end of the stick will be a long time before I consider using them again for my cell phone service. I have switched to Moto T Mobil and am saving $$$

Called ahead, Asked for the IPhone 12 Pro Max, sold us the pro by mistake?? Chris later said they didn’t have the Max in stock.. Idk?? A week later and 5 total hours they switched them for the pro Max. Chris didn’t admit this mistake, but the other reps and district manager were very courteous and helpful. The managers want to do the right thing, just be aware the reps are on comission.Our first bill for 3 unlimited plans was over $380. Verizon told us to work it out with the store and the store was helpful.

I cant thank your staff enough for all the help today! Amazing!!! They helped me through existing issues with my phone. I upgraded to a Samsung A51 and I also purchased a galaxy watch3. I am a rancher and needed a reliable, waterproof and attached device. When I am working, I cant have anything loose on. The possibility of losing a phone is high, dropping out of pockets, hands, tractors. etc. I am looking forward to how this watch will be this winter for feeding the cows, calving and spring/summer irrigating!
Highly recommend this store!!!Sim card stopped working, so I dropped in.John was kind, understanding, and worked with me for at least half an hour. He is clearly very knowledgeable, and tried every potential fix in the right sequence.Although it is likely an issue with my phone and ultimately not the card, I really appreciate the care and attention despite not being a high value walk in customer.When Im in the market for a phone, or any new plan or feature, Ill be going back to see John. Our visit with Mira was exceptional from start to finish. We had problems getting my phone switched over due to a balance due on my phone purchace with Sprint. We also had problems with data transfer on my wife’s new phone because the old phone had not been updated in a long time. I switched from AT&T to Verizon when I moved to Montrose. I bought two IPhone 11’s because the sales person told me I would get them for 50% off. They said it would should up on my second bill. 6 months later and the discount still hasn’t shown up and now Verizon says the promotion was not in effect when I got my phones. Verizon service is no better than AT&T was. I feel I was ripped off.

I came to your store on Saturday June 6th 2020 with a brand new iPhone that I could not get set up I tried myself online my daughter tried online I contacted service Representatives nobody could get it to activate I brought it in there, Cheyenne was the only person working she spent a very long time patiently activating my phone, between her and the representative she talked to they finally got it going. she had other customers coming in the store some were patient and some were not, but thats normal, but she was amazing and thats all that mattered to me she got my iPhone activated and up and running told me how to transfer my material so I didnt have to make somebody else waiting any longer it was awesome and I Thank her from the bottom of my heart. Ive been to the Russell Cellular (Verizon) store a couple times with the intention of switching over to Verizon from T-Mobile. On this second visit, I once again managed to get Chris as my CSR to assist in switching.Honestly, switching over was a bit time-consuming but that was due primarily to T-Mobiles policies. The Verizon store was busy during my visit but Chris always stayed on point regarding remembering I was still there while I finished up things with T-Mobile.Afterwards, he took care of migrating everything over without headache.Thanks guys!! Super appreciate it.

The regional manager reached out to me and took my situation very seriously and just listened to my side of the story. Very good customer support when something bad goes wrong. Very impressed as I posted this in the morning and received a phone call in 2 hours.I have never had a bad experience here but the new short guy gave me and my wife such poor customer service. Weve had 2 phones go bad which 1 was our fault and the other not. Separate visits and they treated her so terrible like she did know anything about phones. The guy inspected the phone like it was the shroud of Turin said it was likely a small stress fracture caused by her but he said he couldnt find it. She hasnt dropped it and he did not offer to replace it under warranty until she explained that we had just bought the phone. Then finally he ho hummed about maybe this once he could get it replaced. Treats women like they are not equal!Not the service Im used to at this place.

Rudest bunch of Jerks ever. As my wife and I walked in the store,one of only two employees working there was arguing with a customer on the phone. As the customer hung up the employee started trash talking the guy. I should have known to turn around and walk out then. My wife and I were in the store for an hour and neither of the two employees even acknowledged us while they were helping other customers. Not even a HI Ill be with you as soon as I can or anything. Numerous of other customers walked in and waited as they got the same disregard as my wife and I. So they walked out and left. After an hour of waiting the employee tells us they cant even help us because of inventory shortages. Put a freaking sign up at least if your not going to talk to customers when they come in and see what they need. Went to the other Verizon store they were also out of stock but at least they immediately asked us how they could help us. Will never go to this store again for anything.

Walked in to finally get my military discount applied to my account. 1 person working and only 1 other customer in the store. After 20 minutes he finally recognized the fact that I was in the store and asked what I wanted. I told him, and his response was that he was going to be a while and couldnt help me so I should go to another store. Whoever was working closing shift on 5/26/17 (muscle head who skips leg day) should be FIRED. He is the rudest person Ive ever encountered and the EXACT reason I hate going into a Verizon store or retailer.
