Asia was outstanding! We came in a little close to closing time to transfer service. Of course we thought it was going to be easy, but it wasnt. There was a process to get the number changed from Verizon to T-Mobile. Asia was so nice, professional, and informative. Her personality shined. We felt bad that it took longer and it was closing time. She told us not to stress on it and she kept us laughing. What a sweetheart! We are so happy with the service we received from Asia and she represented T- Mobile very well.

Ive been in this company for a long time everytime I need their help they dont know what to do,I bought a phone last month and Ive been struggling since day one now it doesnt work and I have been with it for only one month,worst company ever,Im sorry,but they lost 3 customers.

Customer service was slow. Took me awhile to get a Sim card installed once it was my turn it took about 5 to 10 minutes. Went home 60 miles and had many issues with the new Sim card...

I would vote 0 stars if that were an option. There is a very in competent employee working there. Walked in there planning to purchase a phone and service (several hundred dollars) finally walked out when employee could not even activate a phone and said we would have to choose another. Then what makes me furious is he somehow lost my phone number that I was porting over. Had to change my number which Ive had forever when I went with another carrier who discovered metro pcs had lost the number never to be retrieved again. What a run around. I never even started the service with them....just dont do it. They dont have a clue what they are doing

This is not a T Mobile store. This is a prepaid only store despite the name. Helpful staff, but a useless location if you need real TMobile services.

Very disappointed with Joseph the manager he said phone would work where I live but it didnt,do brought the phone bk for a refund and I have waited 2hours and I am still waiting.customer service is less important than a meeting he was attending,wont be bk.......
