Shannon at Verison in Monticello was amazing. I have been with Verizon for years and dread the wait and impersonal experience when I go to Verizon. Shannon was a gift from God. The nicest, friendliest, knowledgeable,patient,kind,beyond anything I would imagine with a sales person. He took the time to show my elderly mother many things and never once made her feel bad for asking a question. He was so kind that he ended up with many questions from my mom because she was so comfortable talking to him. He could have sold us an air conditioner in the middle of the winter. Truely an amazing experience. Monticello is not the city I would go to for my Verizon needs due to proximity of where I live but it is now. I will gladly drive the extra miles to have the amazing service from Shannon. Monticello is the area for my elderly mother and will now be mine also.

Kari is absolutely Amazing to work with and always is looking out for her customers. She is so easy to work with so it make the hassle of getting new phones super easy! I brought my 2 year old in with my husband and I to get new phones and she was so patient with us and had us in and out in no time.

Went in for a new phone, they were able to activate and transfer all of my data from my old phone and had me out the door within an hour. So helpful!

Kari was very helpful and explained what was needed. I was having a problem with my phone in a talk more. She got it out and showed me what to do if it happens again. Then I needed a new screen protector for my phone and she made sure it was the correct one. Then she put it in and it was perfect. She was so pleasant and friendly which made me feel so comfortable. With the concerns of the virus she had hand sanitizer for me to use. I would recommend Kari and Verizon to others. It was a wonderful experience.

I was having problems with my phone (LG G5) on my way home and stopped for some help; while Andy was helping I ask about a better phone that was not expensive and better than our 5 year old phones.Andy hooked myself and my wife with some new LG Q 70 s.We both like our new phones and my son will be upgrading also.

I returned to this dealer today because of several conflicts. I was going to back out of the contract for several issues but Kari patiently was able to resolve all conflicts to my satisfaction. She gave me all my credits and enrolled me into the Veterans discounts & other discounts to reduce my bill each month. This senior is very grateful and appreciative of all her time and effort today.

The woman who helped us was incredibly efficient. 3 other people came into the store while we were there and she managed to help us all very quickly. She gave us all the details we needed and answered all of our questions without consuming a lot of time.

Came in with a broken phone, Kari handled the entire claims process from start to finish and I didnt have to do anything, great service. Phone came the next day and I returned to have Kari transfer everything to the new phone which she did in a timely manner. Super impressed with the process from start to finish!

Go to the other verizon retailer in town. I wasnt going to leave a review about our purchase taking well over 2 hours even though I was the only person there. But now that I have lost $400 because the employees didnt understand the rebate process, I am writing this. When we switched to Verizon we were told there was a $200 per line promotion, and once we completed the purchase we were told we should expect the rebate in the mail in about 3 months. 6 months later we called because we didnt receive our rebate. I received a text from a manager that said the rebate should be in the mail soon. We are now at a year and nothing. I called Verizon wireless customer service and was told a rebate was never submitted for our lines. Just rediculous,

If I could give it zero stars, I definitely would. When I came in looking to replace a phone, the man working was rude, not helpful, and degrading to me as a customer. I’ve had better experiences here in the past, but never go to this one after a few other bad experiences with them. It was closer, and I figured it would be worth a shot. This was the last visit I will ever make to this location. I recommend going to the location by Target in Monticello instead.
