Dezerae and Chris were amazing help! Brought my dad in to get him his first ever cellphone and they made the experience so incredibly smooth. Thanks guys!!

Cricket in Monticello should be packed with customers tired of the big corporate monopolies.They are a great company with excellent customer service and an array of great products and phone plans.The store has an excellent manager and staff willing to help you get the right phone and plan to fit your needs.What I liked was they respect your privacy and dont lock you into any long term plans.Its a month to month phone service. I had another phone company with service that was unacceptable.No comparison.I would highly recommend you stop in and see for yourself.!!! 5 stars

Chrisanna is the best, most knowledgeable, kind, and helpful person!! She is ALWAYS ready to help with any problems I had with my phone. Never a bad attitude! Believe me I am 72 years old I had a lot of questions and needed a lot of help and she ALWAYS is soooo patient and step me through without difficulty. Cricket and patrons arevery fortunate to have her there.Judy

Very nice, found the problem with my phone not being able to send or receive text messages and fixed it. Also showed me how to fix it if it did it again. Nice people ☺

Apparently they l said they don’t do payment plans which is a lie, not only that there customer service is so awful they detour you from shopping. Weather it’s a lie or rude attitude. Never will I go here or let my friends n family. This was all coming from your horrible store manager Krissanna

This is the second time that we have gone to this particular Cricket and found it locked up with no one in the building. The first time we were there an hour and a half after it was supposed to be opened. No one was there and we had to go down to the next closest place. Now we went before they closed at 7 pm and it was locked wirh an open sign still on. What is going on? Very frustrating.

Offers a lower cost plan with great service and coverage. Strong signal even in my basement great coverag when I travel

The store had 8 phones to choose from. The customer service was far from being on par. Every time i tried to speak i was talked over and lack of enthusiasm was a huge point.

It up today at 12:30 parking lot for 15 minutes. Sign says they open at noon yet the doors are locked and all the lights are off. If youre not open on Sundays you should change your signed. We stopped here as were heading out of town to get our phones fixed
