Amazing customer service from these ladies. Ive purchased a phone, a hot spot, and then returned it, then Verizon got my bill wrong and they got it fixed for me.

I went there today because my SIM card malfunctioned. Instead of offering me any help, the rep said something had to be wrong with my phone and not the SIM, I would to pay full price for a new SIM, and I couldnt even purchase the SIM myself since the account is not under my name. I had to drive another 3 hours just to get another SIM and thankfully that rep was willing to do their job.

Great customer service

She was friendly but told me unless I was there to make a payment she was going to close in ten minutes and still had a another customer to take care of. I took the hint and left. Wont be back.
