T-mobile can have its ups and downs. Especially when you call and talk to a customer representative. But the store is much better. Went in with some problems that I was having with my account and Brandon was extremely helpful and overall awesome with getting things taken care of for me.

After being a customer of sprint for over 15 years I go in because I get an email saying I am eligible for an upgrade. So as an existing customer I cant get in on the new customer plans that are better then my current plan by 30 bucks a month. But I am eligible for the upgrade that will raise my bill even higher. So if this is how T Mobile is going to take care of their recently acquired Sprint customers I will take my business elsewhere!!! Way to drop the ball T mobile!

Constant problem with breaking up when trying to talk. Was told bad tower months ago. A couple of us are having issues. Staff is great, but service is not so much. I have no issues in St Cloud.

Excellent!! Switched to T-Mobile due to 4 line deal they are running. What is even better? The service we received at this store location. Top notch and knowledgeable on services T-Mobile provide.All employees we encountered were kind and respectful. Due to switching carries and adding two lines, we had A LOT to get done. The store manger handled this task with ease. Answered all my questions, even the stupid ones.Highly recommend this T-Mobile location mostly due to the people who work there.

Good, friendly staff, had two people there. Like anything you have to do with any phone, its going to take some time to get it done. Team Mobile is a really good carrier, so these issues are minor. Love the data plan!

I stopped in this morning before work to replace my screen protector. Brandon was the only employee I saw working at the time and when I walked in he was already a helping a customer. He was him and making a phone call for that customer and whilest on hold and in between moments he was able to ask what I needed and helped me out very quickly and efficantly while still helping the other customer. Much appreciated as I was in a hurry. Awesome service!!!

Horrible customer service. My dad took his phone in for issues he was having and they were less than helpful at solving them. After being told that he probably wouldnt be able to fix the problem (due to the phone being an unlocked device from Verizon) I went online and solved the issues within minutes myself. Very sad that the reps here dont know the very basics of trouble shooting and are not willing to go the extra mile for their customers.

I went in to purchase an Apple Watch and after my order was placed unfortunately my item was back ordered. Brandon made it a quick process in store when I made my purchase and went out of his way to get me a watch MUCH sooner than anticipated (literally weeks sooner) and I didn’t have to come back in to the store at all. A process that couldn’t have been easy -I believe he was on the phone for the better part of an hour troubleshooting my problem. I can’t imagine getting better help from anyone, and I highly recommend going to this location for any help you may need.

Went to pick up a LG v20 although was on the display they didnt have it instock and didnt make a reasonable effort to find one for me then I decided to get another phone and they said there computers arnt working and to come back a different day. Were very rude almost to the point to where I will cancel T-Mobile. Dont go here!

This T-mobile store gets 0 stars from me. But to post this I had to give them one star...Go to this store if you want to get scammed. I was trying to purchase 2 iphone 8s through this store when the transaction locked up. This was on November 11th. 2017 andI am still being charged for one of the phones on my bill. I called today and they have to do whats called a recovery ticket. Its so sad when your cell phone company scams you. I have been paying for an iphone 8 plus i never received since November 2017. I have wasted many hours of my time dealing with this. I want to bill them for my time... They have the worst policies in place for dealing with an issue like this.I will be switching once this gets straightened out.T-mobile is the worst cell phone company I have ever had.

Awesome Customer service and helped answer my questions all the time in store and through phone. Store Sales Associate explained differences with other phones and advised me get a good phone with theft security system with more storage capacity. Joseph (Chewy) Saucedo store Associate was busy helping other customer about there phone bill and during that time he had possibly made my new phone got the newest software updated to ios 10.2.1 by sharing a sim adapter for my old LG Optimus L9 so I can share WiFi on my desktop at home to complete the update through iTunes. I will recommend anyone to go at this store location. Great Customer Service. I personally liked going here.

They also tried to steal my new Sim card out of my new iphone 7. I complained and he agreed to give it to me. I then gave my old iphone 5 to my goddaughter with the brand new sim card in it. When she went in with her mom to switch her phone (not an iphone) to the iphone 5, they stole the sim card out of it and made her buy a new one. Horrible - I contacted T-mobile and they said this is NOT policy. Beware. I am contacting BBB.

I had a hard time with another tmobile and came to monticello to pretty much cancel my account the day I signed up I was so upset but Chris at Monticello helped me so much and pretty much proved to me that my experience was not how it should of been and helped us get a phone plan that worked for us . The Monticello tmobile was closing as we were being helped and Chris kept offering and doing anything we needed to help us set up the phone and answered any questions we might have had when he could of just told us they were closing .he was very helpful and personable which I loved ! I didnt catch the other guys name but he was super great too. Im so driving the extra 38 miles to do all my stuff at that tmobile. Keep up the good work Monticello tmobile!! Thanks again.

Will NEVER go back to this store!! Female sales associate was very rude and ripped product out of my hand because I had the wrong product, she did find the one I needed and then rudely asked me if I needed a receipt because she couldnt get the machine to print. Lesson learned never go back there!!

I would have given them zero stars if it was an option. This store has given me nothing but problems since I first went there. My fathers phone died three months back and I went in to get a new cheap flip phone which would run me $80. When the clerk found out that I wanted the cheapest phone he flat out REFUSED to sell it to me because he would not make a commission off of it, so it was not worth his time. This is what he said to another employee out loud so I could hear him. I chose to leave and return twenty minutes later to see if the staff had changed over in hopes of getting some service. When I returned I found an employee to help while the previous employee watched from a distance and commented on how it was not worth his time to sell me the phone. I got the phone and decided to not return there in the future.

Have been to this store on a few occasions First time I was upgrading and given a defective phone, brought it back and they were in a hurry to close so was treated like I inconvenienced them, therefore was not able to finish the process and had to go back the following day !Another time I was going to them for help with a phone needing to be added and they had no interest in helping me I had to call customer service and get it figured out over the phone!!
