Needed to take my car in for service at Metro Acura. The service department was fantastic. Nick took care of me and my car and I was absolutely thrilled with whole experience.

Its not Metro Hyundai its Metro Nissan Metro Nissan in Montclair Carlos the service manager or the service Personnel is a wonderful person hes great is fantastic along with the rest of the set staff I give him a 10 plus keep the good work up Carlos and the people of metro metro Nissan excellent job very well I highly recommended they treat people with a lot of respect and thats Metro Nissan

Service department is excellent.

I brought my car in for the transmission warranty. They had to replace the transmission under the warranty. They said they had one In stock and would have it ready the next day and gave me a rental to drive. The work actually took three days because it kept bringing in error messages and they had to order additional parts, but they did a good job.I went on a road trip for a few days and noticed that my mileage was even better than when I had purchased my car in 2014! I was very 😊 happy.

Scheduled apt for service maintenance, but didnt matter. Im waiting in line with 20 other cars🥺 Why make an apt?🤷‍♀️🤦‍♀️Maintenance service IS good, so...

Well maintained and ample seating area with enough spacing.No coffee or water due to COVID...but there is a vending machine. So why not have a token to guest when they check in.

Not happy with service i received recently. Traded my lease car 2019 for a 2020. Car had scratches on it i could not see until it was in the sun. Battery died two days after i got the car. Honda assistance line was no help and gave me the run around. Tech at Metro talked to me as if i was stupid when it was their assistance line that cinnected me to them for help.They made me pay for a uber to get my car. If i could i would get my old car back and keep it pushing

I always have a good experience at Metro Honda. Im taking my vehicle there have you since the day I purchased it new. All the maintenance that has been done on that vehicle has been done by Metro Honda. And I am more than satisfied with the work that they do and the attendance and all the people that work there theyre very kind very attentive and I thank them very much.

Terrible service department. It took 3 1/2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. And this is with an appointment. Later realized they didnt rotate the tires. Called and made an appointment and they told me they would rush it thru. This time it took over an hour to rotate tires. A 10 minute job with hand tools. My wife last time here with our 2 year old kid took over 4 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. We both drive Nissans but this will be the last time.

Have used the quick lube several times, not waiting the service drive lines

Very helpful Honda guys. I went to look at cars with a broken leg so I made it clear I wasnt going to buy today because I couldnt test drive yet. Those guys were enthusiastically bringing me car after car to check out as if I was going to buy every one they brought me. When Im ready I will buy my car from Andres and Joel.

Im very happy with the service here! I was assisted fast though it takes a long time to do the paperwork William offered me and my crankier by the minute child pizza after we had been there for 4 hours with nothing . My car is amazing! I couldnt be happier!

These people are terrible. They ran my dads credit many times, lowering his credit, that he worked hard on building up. After saying no to their offer, they spammed called us for a week after. I would give them a zero rating if that were an option.

The service department was good, but their customer service at the service department lacked customer service. They dont say hello when you come in, and they dont consider a line. But overall they were friendly.

Go see Pancho. No high pressure sales and hes SMART! Knows his stuff.

Metro Infinity of Monclair. Hey theyre the best🤩. Theyve taken good care of 2008 Ex since day one. The place is always clean, the staff is always friendly, free water, free danishes & coffee.. they even have a popcorn machine. The receptionists are very sweet as well. Card Blanc!! Ive had the best service reps, Keith & Olivia..Keith moved away, but Olivia stepped right up to give me love on my car. I plan on making another purchase there in the future. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟👍

I was at parts department and I was warmly welcomed by this gentleman, Art, whose expertise in my quandary to which part I needed helped me fixed my MDX. I called several places, even close to where I reside in Glendale and they were not very accommodating. The gentleman too in the parking lot even walked me to where I was going inspite of his disability. This place is awesome!!

Great service. They are very knowledgeable and gave some great advice. Patrick the service consultant always has a smile and has very good knowledge of honda cars. My fit has always gotten love at metro. Only thing sometimes the wait is killer. Ive waited 3 hours sometimes just for an oil change. I get that it us busy but come on 3 hours? Thats my only complain besides that its awesome. I recommend

Good prices to service your Acura, but they stole my $6 Air freshner. Sure its just $6 but makes me think twice about going back. It could have been something more expensive like Sunglasses etc that you leave in the car.
