I went in to get my car serviced for an oil change and tire rotation on 8/11/21. Last night, 8/22/21 the entire side wall of one of my tires blew out. Not even 2 weeks later. On the inspection report it was written that my tires were still in new condition. So why did my tire blowout? It wasn’t a regular flat and it wasn’t a worn out tire. There was nothing in the road that caused it to be “flat”(nail, piece of metal). I’m extremely disappointed in the quality of their so-called “inspections” this could have been prevented if an inspection was done correctly.Edit: they claimed it was a nail in my tire. It doesn’t add up considering my side wall blew out and it wasn’t the tread. Take responsibility Honda. Do better.
Had a great experience this is my 2nd time buying from metro honda. 2019 i bought a brand new civic sport. I went in few days ago as curiosity what they would give me to buy back my 2019 and purchase a all new 2022 honda civic. I got offered a great buy back price.I had a great, very friendly knowledgeable sales rep marcos and a very nice financial associate, i dont recall his name but he had a great upbeat Attitude. I love my new ride. Thank you honda. I just wished they offered me at least 1 free service change, as 2 years ago 1 free oil change was included.

Ashley helped me over the phone set up my sales appointment with Anthony who helped me find the right vehicle. My reason for 4 stars is due to there always being room for improvement in any way. Had my vehicle serviced with Metro Honda for a oil change /oil consumption test on my 2017 Honda Accord Sport on 7/21/21 and I failed to inspect the engine upon picking up my vehicle from them. I noticed the oil spillage on my engine today 7/22/21 so I called the service department today and asked them how many quarts were pumped into my vehicle because it obviously looks like a service technician overfilled my engine and caused a spill over and appears they tried to wipe around the area based on the obvious dust pattern. The service member was unable to provide me with the specific amount of quarts that was pumped into my vehicle nor was it in my service report. This is the first time I have ever taken my vehicle into this dealership for an oil change and for this type of service to come from an actual Honda dealer I am very disappointed and unsatisfied with this unprofessional dealership service.

I initiated an online request pertaining to a 22 Civic. I was immediately contacted by Ashley Z who, via text, email and voice, confirmed that she would be able to sell the car at MSRP (+taxes and fees). However, after scheduling an appointment and taking time to go finalize the purchase, I was told that the price was now $5,000 over MSRP (+taxes and fees)!! We reviewed the texts and emails, however, they would not honor their own correspondences!!Do your self a favor and dont waste your time here! Visit a different Honda dealership that simply honors their commitments!

I’ve taken my car for service twice already and each time is always the same experience. Great customer service every time and time is decent. I’ve gone on Saturdays with no appointment. Avg 2 hours wait.
Ryan Prentice was great and very helpful. He took his time with us. One thing we didnt care for was the additional cost for the alarm (not Ryans fault). I wished it was an optional feature instead of forcing customers to pay for it. Thats the only thing, other than that, the car we bought is great and the price was really good.
DO YOURSELF A FAVOR, DON’T BUY A VEHICLE FROM HERE!! Thus dealership is shady, they force you to buy their accessories on their used cars and new care. Accessories that are worthless like alarm systems. They also charge a huge markup on their car prices that are more expensive than their new cars that are the same model. I know that market is crazy right now, but they are just ridiculous with with their accessories that add $3,000 to the price of the vehicle. Just skip this dealer and go somewhere else so you don’t get a bad deal.

My car had a smog test report, which shows Data Check Failure, OBD system data is inappropriate. I was told by the smog test facility it is only a minor programing issue and need to be checked out.I brought my car to Metro Honda with an appointment ahead. Waited 15min in my car, finally a person come to talk to me and brought me to the counter. He looked at my report and said to me, it will take $160.00 just to check out what is the problem!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Not repair, just inspection. What a joke or is the person just clueless.Are they really this much greedy nowadays after slow down business during pandemic? I was always bringing my car to do routine maintenance there. It will surely stop my visit in the future.Too Greedy!!!

Scheduled an online appointment for regular service. Checked all the Service Minder boxes and also selected Wiper Blade Replacement. Took the car in at the scheduled time and confirmed the service and replacement of the Wiper Blades. After I got the car home I noticed the Wiper Blades had NOT been replaced. Checked the Invoice and the line item was listed with NO action taken. Called the Service Department and was told it was MY FAULT the Wiper Blades were not replaced because I needed to purchase them from the Parts Department before they could be installed. Was never told this and no one followed up regarding the service called out and not performed on the invoice. Service Manager then sent me to the Service Advisors voicemail and an endless loop of runarounds. HORRIBLE customer service and will not be going back...

So I have been coming to Metro Honda since 2005 and have either purchased or leased 5 vehicles from them, but after the encounter with John in sales today, I WILL NEVER come back! The lack of customer service that man has is completely disgusting!
Ive been going here for a while for service, since it is close to me, and its been acceptable. But lately, their service has tanked. They have not been checking my filters and fluid levels, my hood prop was broken off after the last service, and they refuse to keep almost any part in stock, not even headlight bulbsThe last straw was service closing earlier than they told me I could come in. My car is currently locked at the dealer, with no way for me to get it until Monday when I have to go to work. No one can help me, no one will let me speak to a manager. My tolerance for this is really high but this set me over the edge. Try to avoid unless you really need service immediately.
This is my third Accord purchase. Great experience every time.Update: 4/30/2021 When I looked over my contract the following day, I saw that I had purchased an appearance protection plan offered by Portfolio Protection. Its a warranty for protecting the paint and interior fabric. I didnt recall the finance writer offering me that as an option to purchase. He did explain that the dealership had a program where they would take care of any damage to the interior fabric from stains from drinks etc, and the exterior paint from environmental mishaps, but never offered it as an option to buy or decline. They go over the contract paperwork with you and I declined the upgraded alarm feature they offered. I felt mislead about the purchase so I called the following morning and spoke to the finance department and told the gentleman that I had a question about the portfolio protection limited warranty plan, but he referred me to speak to a manager right away, and when I was transferred to a manager, I mentioned my question about the portfolio protection plan, and all of a sudden he couldnt hear me. He said hello then I said hi, can you hear me now? And continued to talk, but then he hung up on me. So I called right back and the reception knew it was me because she said that their phones act funny sometimes (she had prior knowledge that the manager hung up on me), so I asked to be transferred to a manager, and she said that he was walking around and took down my name and number so he can call me back, but 10 minutes later, the sales guy whom helped me the day prior, called me instead from his personal phone and knew I had a question about that plan. He explained that they have a company spray all their vehicles prior to selling them and that I would have that same charge on my other car purchase contracts. I looked on the 2018 and 2020 accord purchase contracts, and that protection warranty buy was not on those contracts. Im very disappointed in the manager that pretended to have a bad connection and hung up on me, then made the receptionist aware of what happen so that he didnt have to take my call, and go over that policy I wasnt aware I was paying for. The experiences Ive had purchasing vehicles was very good until now. Im disappointed for being mislead about the paint and interior protection warranty, and for being treated very disrespectful by that manager who pretended having a bad connection, and hung up on me, so that he wouldnt have to take my call. I didnt know Honda pushed those type of warranties on their customers. I guess Im going to have to pay for that warranty that Im never gonna use, but I will never give this dealership my business again. I was a lifelong customer, with 3 vehicles to show how committed I was to this dealership, and was planning a 4th lease/buy in the next 6 months, but I feel now that I cannot rely on, or trust management.On the photos uploaded, you will see the statement that says that the customer does not have to purchase the warranty to get financed, or purchase a vehicle.
Sent email showing interest and by the end of day we walked out with my sisters first car! As soon as we walked in theres someone greeting and ready to assist. We were helped by Robert, he did everything to make the decision easy and clear. Offered options we werent even thinking about and dust made things work. Hes is very friendly and helpful. I dont recall the finance guys name but he was amazing as well, explained every document in depth before having us sign, went through many what ifs which are always helpful. Overall great experience.

He took the time to explain what the special features the car had and was able to answer our questions to our satisfaction.2) The sales people will listen to what your needs are and work with your budget and was very patient going back and forth to the finance departmentFor those who own Hondas, you know you are getting a great car but this is just the product itself but here is what you need to know about this particular DealershipTHE CONS1) When you finally get to finance what was agreed upon with the sales person is completely different with what the Finance department will present to you. I would suggest recording your conversation of the deal you make up front. We bought a car but we wasted 3 hours figuring out the he said she said. And for that they lost 1 stars.2) Lastly as you enter you the show room, you will find lovely ladies who have no face mask on (I mean bear face not one worn on their chin) and albeit they require their customers to wear one. They do not reinforce it amongst all their staff . When I questioned they made a weak attempt to bring it up to the ladies. When we finally left with our car, the ladies still did not have a mask on. HONDA i do not need help to get COVID just by visiting your show room.If it was not due to the fact that my car completely broke down I would not even be buying a car during this time. And for that they lost 2 stars.

*Try other Honda dealerships and thank me later*Left my car at 9am as per appointment time for oil change and check for air conditioning as wasn’t working too well!Gave us an estimate of a price and then when we call back from 12pm - 3pm the front desk lady picks up and keeps transferring to the service advisor frank/francisco and it all goes on voicemail for three straight hours and then he calls back saying we can’t figure out the problem but it might cost thrice the given estimate and also we can’t provide ride for pick up due to ‘Covid in (June 2021)’ I don’t get it how would you resolve the issue without finding the leak in the AC gas. **Additionally they drop you home when you drop of your car but don’t pick you up to get your car that is serviced and provide the reason of Covid**Super rude advisor and lame reasons!
Ive purchased two cars from here in the past; wow, things have changed. I went with a family member so they could get a new Civic and was entreated to a ridiculous experience. They apparently have significant dealer add-ons and accessories to mark up many of the cars on the lot now. The car we were interested in was a base Civic for around 22K. The car had roughly 7.5K worth of dealer add-ons that they refused to remove. Sorry, no sane person is going to voluntarily up the price of their car by nearly 30% with unwanted garbage forcibly thrown onto the vehicle. What a waste of time. We ended up going to another dealer and driving off of their lot with a new car later that same day.UPDATE: Wow, thank you for the generic canned response. We bought another car from another dealer that same day, there is no need to give you another chance.

Because of lack of micro chips and low production of new cars, there is shortage of cars with higher prices on both new and used cars.
So happy with the service by Frank at Metro Honda, my car was flooded and I took it to Metro Honda for a free diagnostic test to find out what the damages were to the vehicle. Frank’s always answered my calls and questions. My insurace company was in contact with him and did all that was requested during the process. I purchased my car here in 2017 and got a super deal. I was happy with my purchase. I love my Honda. I’ve been going there to service it with a scheduled appointment. It’s okay not bad but is not super. I just go there because I know I will get top quality products. Customer service isn’t all that great, could use some improvement. Last time I went with a scheduled appointment I felt like a ghost, I was not being noticed and they were helping other people who came after me. Even though I was number 2 there. That’s all I have to say about that.

I had to wait a bit to get my car serviced due to an unfortunate situation and they waited for me and took me when I was ready. The lady who checks people in I think her name was Estela was also very nice and understanding. I did not buy my car here but next time I get a new car I will definitely come to this dealership. My girlfriend took her Honda Civic to get serviced here. She had an appointment and dropped the car off at 4pm. She waited for over two hours and her car was not even looked at. It was left outside and she had to speak with a sales representative to get her car back, wasting over two hours with no communication or courtesy. Do NOT go to this dealership for service as they clearly do not care about their customers.
Have been a loyal customer because of the extra mile efforts put up by sales and the management. You would get a great deal on the vehicle by juggling the variables, as I could on recent CRV purchase here at Metro Honda.

Ive given this place so many chances but their staff in the parts department are the rudest people I have dealt with at a dealership. Every time I call to ask about a part they have such a bad attitude and on multiple occasions they have raised their voice at me. I deal with different dealerships on the daily and the ones on Metro Honda have been the worst.

Cat calling at a dealership is a no go. Requiring to sell add-ons and an insane markup is a no-go. These are not the Honda way. Give customers the options they want not what the stealership wants to sell.

In particular, to my service advisor Gary, who not only went way above and beyond to help me out and make sure I was taken care of, but everyone else that I interacted with through my time there. Honestly glad that there’s a dealership I don’t need to be too wary of. :)
WORST experience ever.Our service was scheduled for 4:00 PM. We arrived there and there and they said someone will be there to address you. We waited for 30 mins and service staffs were just walking by us without even telling anything. At 5:00, I went inside to talk to the service supervisor, he just did not care and said there are 4 people ahead of you. When I said my service was scheduled for 4:00 pm, he said someone will come to you and no one came until 6:00 PM. Again I went inside and then after 20 mins of wait someone came and addressed us. This was an awful experience. Only reason we stayed to get service done because it was urgent for us else we would have left. I will NEVER EVER go to this place again.

One day I was STUCK in upland and had no idea what was wrong with my car. Of course one’s greatest fear is going to a service dealer you are not familiar with and wondering what type of service you will run into. Luckily, I’m a loyal Honda Service customer so I found the closest Honda near me, Metro Honda. Not only was BRIAN D’AMBROSIO patient, kind, and attentive, he actually took the time to look at my car and tell me exactly what was wrong with it. His experience and knowledge with Honda vehicles were VERY evident, and he was able to have my car fixed within a few hours. I was more than impressed. Oh! And I forgot to mention that they actually had the shuttle service ready and available. (Most Honda locations are too busy) Their driver is amazing and really knows the area (I felt like royalty lol). Thank you Brian and Metro Honda!
Very disappointed with this place, my daughter made an appointment to get her brakes done and rotors turned. They gave her a price of$ 215.00 over the phone. When she gets there they inspect the brakes which we didnt ask for cause we already knew what we needed done cause thats what they gave us the price for. So they come back and tell my daughter its now gnna be $450.00. For whatever reason they changed it to. So I told my daughter to leave, so now they want to charge an inspection fee of 30$. Which we didnt need cause we already knew what we needed. So I told her pay the 30 and leave. I do not recommend this place to anyone. They tell you what you want to her over the phone to get u there and try to way overcharge when u get there. Waist of our time and money.
I came here because I needed a key to be cut and programmed to my car. Vance Wilcox was the first employee that was supposed to help me, but from the start his body language looked like he didnt want to be there and was rude to me by walking away while I was still talking to him. I had already bought a key but he still made me go to the parts and service to make sure it was the right key. When it was verified that I had the correct key Vance Wilcox decided to go on lunch and not tell anybody about me. I was told by a mechanic to just wait back in my car until somebody else came out to help me. In the mean time I had to wait while all the cars that came after me were being taken care of and I was not helped until Vance Wilcox came back from his lunch and had Michelle Camacho help me out. She was very quick and helpful, she knew exactly what she was doing. She even apologized for the long wait (something that Vance Wilcox didnt do). Im thankful that she took care of me and wish she would have helped me from the start. She was the only employee there that was actually doing her job and making sure her customers were being taken care of. I had to wait almost 5 hours for a simple service because Vance Wilcox failed to communicate with his coworkers and didnt want to do his job.
I came here w my mother and I was straight forward that it was my very first car and wanted to be shown options but that I was most likely just looking, We were not treated well the seemed to just stand there and give me the basic info I needed info cause i have a child so i needed something good for both of us anyways,so I left and went across the street to Nissan we were treated so much better at Nissan we didnt hesitate to take the suv that I fell in love with and we drove of in it that same night.Becareful how you treat your people.
A couple of weeks ago my husband and I purchased a 2020 Honda Accord Sport. I love my car, and the service weve received has been great! JD made the process painless and easy... he started the process and was out of the office when we were able to go in and finish the deal so he had Martha complete the sale. Martha is so sweet, and has been so great making sure we have been completely happy from beginning to now. Martha thank you so much for all of your help!
This place forgets that you are a customer. They lack respect and responsibility. Do not use thier service department go anywhere else.

This place is good at service and mechanic work. I can speak personally for breaks and oil change . I also have friends who have had more work done and have never heard a negative report.
Long wait time if you dont have an appointment. But the guy was really Pleasant and understanding so I give points for that
Gave their service department multiple opportunities. What a joke. Appointment didn’t make any difference from just showing up. To many bosses, no one wants to put customer first. A particular service writer does nothing, talks to you like your beneath him and then doesn’t meet deadlines. However, there is one positive, Joseph one of the service writers. So if you are brave enough to keep going here find him.

They run your credit first without even starting the negotiation on a vehicle. Running your credit should be after a price agreement was done on the vehicle.
