I have been shopping for a mercedes for month, found one listed on car gurus at west coast.Called them and scheduled a time to come in for a test drive.Everything about this dealership was amazing 5 star service. They got me a better approval and I end up purchasing a nicer mercedes than the one I came originally for.Very happy with my purchase at West Coast Auto.

I Went to go see a truck that was priced well. Once we sat down to go over numbers, I noticed they added an “accessory” fee of $4,500. When I questioned the fee, the Salesperson stated it is standard in the car industry (never heard of that before). They refused to negotiate on the accessory fees. So in reality, they were never going to sell the truck at the advertised price. It was just a gimmick to lure into the dealer. Too bad because I was ready to buy. Don’t waste your time.
Let me start off by saying I am EXTREMELY demanding & I do not give out 5 star reviews that easily, but if this could I would give these guys 10 stars.They were prompt, polite, flexible and extremely professional.Long story short l I was looking for a Range Rover for my father after getting numerous estimates, I just felt the most comfortable at Westcoast. They were extremely accommodating, they weren’t pushy (like other dealers nearby) & I felt that I was getting the most out of my dollar with them. URGENT MESSAGE FOR ONLINE SHOPPERS . EXORBITANT FEES NOT INCLUDING DOC FEE ARE EXCLUDED FROM ONLINE PRICE.Truth: I can only speak to my experiences with them which are limited. I was excited about an AudiA4 I found online listed for $27,857. I called as I live across the country but loved the features/colors/price of this car. I quickly found out they were scam artists of worst kind. Used car salesman that have no shame in lying to your face (voice in my case). He never would answer what the doc fee was but stated the base price of the car was actually $32,357 not including (tax/title/doc fee) in this dramatically different price.They fraudulently claim to add “Accessories” at their location that are actually standard with the vehicle make/trim/factory packages. They fraudulently add these charges on to the listed price of their vehicle at “checkout “. When I asked what accessories they had installed the salesman became belligerent & refused to answer over the phone. He actually said a tracking device …. For a car that comes with a factory installed navigation system. I don’t want this creep tracking me. I would do your homework on the models you are interested & what they come with before heading off to these predators who seemingly prey on anyone they can. Not that that’s a new trend in sales.

$4,400 Hidden Fee that youre not aware when checking their inventory online.I drove 92 minutes each way to test drive a car which was advertised for $13,600 and when I arrived there, they said I have to purchase an accessory package for $4400 on top of their price tag. I talked with 3 different sales agent before I drive toward there dealership and no one mentioned that there are mandatory accessory package fee that you have to buy.They ruined my Saturday with 3 hours roundtrip driving for nothing.This is Not Professional.

Given the current economy and knowing that new cars experience there greatest depreciation in the first year, this time I decided to shop for my first used car. Of course, I was a little nervous given all the stories about used cars and ever worst the used car salesman. So, I was very uncertain about how well prepared I was to handle the situation. Sam and his team at West Coast Automotive was a wonderful surprise. I discovered them because they had the car, a 2019 GKL350 I was looking for at the best price on the internet. It first, I was very skeptical because no other dealership came close to the price they offered. So my first thought was, there must be something wrong with this car. But when I had my mechanic check it out, he assured me that it was in excellent condition and that I was getting a real good deal. That was my first surprise.My second surprise was the ease at which they put the deal together for me. Once I called them and told them I wanted to purchase the car they took care of everything else. I couldn’t believe how easy it was. They shopped and find me great financing that met my monthly payment requirements even thought I didn’t have a perfect credit score. In fact, I was amaze how easy and quickly everything was done. It was so easy I had to ask at the end, “are we done?” I was in and out of the dealership in about two hours and that included a car wash and a full tank of gas. Having found Sam and his team, I don’t think I will ever buy a new car again. The quality of the car and the experience was as good as good as it gets “NEW or USED” and the price was actually much better than the Blue Book.Thank you west coast auto for restoring my faith in humanity.

Nice friendly staff.But the advised price is not really the purchase price. After talking to them about an earlier issue i had with another dealership. They seemed like they were better. I drove an hour each way to purchase a car for price listed in ad. $14,400.But the $14,400 listed price included add ons amounting to over $4000. Was told cant purchase car unless you agree to 18,400. Complete waste ofmy time.

Honestly, had a GREAT time at West coast. I went to 4 different dealers helping my sister buy a car. All were just going crazy asking for high deposits, excessive credit scores, and gave low amounts for the trade in. Once i got to West coast, my sister got 12k for her car and a low APR. I was convinced to get my own car immediately the next day. I got the same great deal!!! Jonathan was my salesman and boy was he amazing, quick, funny, straight to the point and easy on the eyes ;)
False advertising, dont waste your time! Im sure they have fake google reviews because there is no way this place should be rated so high. Whatever you see online, make sure to add at least $7,000 to the price because they wont tell you that until you go in. I recommend taking your business to somewhere more reputable, honest, and respectful.

Went for a car listed at 33k one guy says accessories(fees) not included... I ask what is it with it excluded because I dont want to waste my time.... he says 38k, I say ok.... next guy comes in and talks for awhile about him and his dad in the car business and Im waiting to see what the number he has to say now after a hour Ive been there the final number was 44k with Accessories(fees) out the door this place probably makes money buy Naive people who have time to sit there and listen to stories and other prices of vehicles... but not me its crazy how they think they can talk your ear out to confuse you or strong arm you to pay ...

My experience with my salesperson, Bill, was five stars. He did his best to make sure I was taken care of during the purchase of a beautiful Tesla. I don’t think I would have bought the car if it weren’t for Bill and his sincerity. I was also given a fair price for my trade in and a great APR on the financing.I took off one star because, as other reviewers mentioned, this dealership advertises considerably below market prices on the internet, but makes up for it by charging a mandatory “accessories fee” - $4500 in my case. Buying a car is already a hassle but dealing with the shady car salesman tactics make it even more so. At the end of the day, the total price on the vehicle will be comparable to what you’d pay at most dealerships. You’re not really overpaying, but you’re not getting the deal of a lifetime either. It’s the whole “if it’s too good to be true” saying.I think this dealership would do better by advertising true car prices and letting their great salespeople, like Bill, land the sale. This method won’t leave people feeling like they’ve been bamboozled. Just my opinion.... Anyway, do your homework and see if the TOTAL price still works for you. If it’s worth the effort to wheel and deal with these folks, then go for it. Just know what you’re getting into.

Bate and switch going on here. Con artist, buyer beware they dont honer their very own sticker price. They will jack the price up on you after they hook you in with a lower sticker price. And Im NOT talking about taxes and fees. I dont know if management knows that the sales people are doing this or if it is standard practice for this car dealership. But watch out. Dont know if the customers buying here realize this is wrong for them to let happen. And then the sales person gave 2 different names. Shameful just watch out. I made an appointment and asked about the price about a particular car. After I drove there and I was helped by a sales person with no personality and a little rude named Jonathan about the vehicle. I was informed about the 5k hidden fees added to the price of the car. These so called options are mandatory! Paint protection, Theft Patrol and couple other ones for used cars. Dont waste your time by going to this place!

This the finance manager and one of the salespersons at this dealership explained that the add on cost for theft protection and paint are not real and only put into the cost to help them make money, but assured me that the price would not be more than any competitor, which is not true.Buyer beware, they will tell you how they are going to steal from you.

Bait and Switch. They got me in with a decent, though not bargain, price on a Kia Soul ($13,200). When I sat down to start paperwork, I learned they charge $5400 for ‘paint protection and alarm’, though that was discounted this month to only $4400!!! I couldn’t help but laugh.

From the time I went there to check out vehicle, gave me plenty of time to test drive. After everything was said and done I had problems with the computer aspects and today I went there and DC helped me figure out everything. He actually helped me finding a place for window tinting, he was kind enough to come with me to get license plate frame and he put it on for me. Accessory package -- I found the car I wanted: a Chevrolet Bolt EV for $13,951. I live over a thousand miles away, so I planned to purchase this vehicle remotely. The salesman, who will remain unnamed because its not his fault that this is done, was very honest and told me that the price on the website was false, and that a $2,500 accessory fee would be added at the time of purchase so the dealership would be able to make money. This is an awful business practice... I dont know how this company is still in business, and who knows how many people theyve gotten with this trick...

They pride themselves on listing their cars below market price in order to get you into the dealership. Once you get their they quickly add up to at least $3000 for paint protection (even though the car had paint missing on the trunk) and a theft program that they can not take off. I was told one number was my final asking price but no one told me that was the price with my down payment already deducted, which I would not have accepted. All in all I feel like they took advantage of a young woman buying her first car. I didnt fully realize what I had agreed to until after the deadline to return the car.They tried to guilt trip me by saying well we need to make money here too. Also, somehow while talking about finances the conversation was changed to talk about how the Covid vaccine has a tracker in it...lol. I was really uncomfortable. On top of everything I had the car for a week and a half and had to take it to the dealership twice for them to fix my push to start/stop button. I wish I would have read the reviews on this dealership before I bought my car. My advice would be to make sure you bring a man with you to this dealership so they will actually explain things to you. The car I bought was listed for 13,500 and somehow after 4 hours of going back and forth I was told the total asking price was 17,775 but what I ended up paying was 20,775.
I rarely give reviews because I do not like to affect people’s business. I cannot stand liars!. I called before driving 1 hour away to this place. I went ready and prepared since they gave me a solid price I even asked if there was any hidden fees or extra packages. Romi was the one who attend me he said there was not. First they took forever to attend me. I went with appointment and all, long story short, it turns out that they lied about the price and I just wasted my time and drove for nothing. They do have hidden fees and are not honest since the start. I really liked the car but I really can’t deal with dishonest people, like Romi.

ALL CARS ARE $4500 OVER INITIAL PROMISE PRICE! The salesperson ROMI became extremely irritable when we insisted to test drive on the freeway, and said that we need to go back to the dealership after barely five minutes of driving.The $4500 in added fees are, I’m quoting Romi here, for paint sealant, fabric protection, and a tracking device. This is where they make a profit I guess.They put flyers saying warranty is good on the front of the cars, but after asking specifically about the warranty, turns out it is expired. So you can’t really trust any of the paperwork or online descriptions they provide when determining the price, condition, and warranty.I feel sorry for the owner. He seems like a nice man and apologized profusely for the poor experience we had, but having employees like Romi will be fatal for a business like this.
Beyond your normal shady used car lot. Wasted 4 hours of my day driving to the dealership after confirming the sale price with Patrick Lowe (sales person). Right before running my credit, I thankfully asked a question about what the out-the-door price would be. He said a price that was $6000 over what the list price on the website is. WHAT? It turns out they have purchased some anti-theft and paint protection that costs $4500, and you CANNOT, i repeat, CANNOT opt-out of it. Basically, that means the effective sale price of the car is well above market value. Just to piss your customers off some more, Patrick Lowe said, if you want to decline the accessories package I will also decline selling you the car. Lol... Actually Lol... I walked right out. Save yourself some time and stick with Tier 1 dealerships. This dealership is your stereotypical shady-tree used car lot.

Most dealers say they want to help you buy/lease the car your looking for but ask for a ridiculous amount of down payment & high monthly payment. At Westcoast Auto I really felt they were upfront about cost of vehicle & warranty info, they didnt give me the runaround telling let me see what my manager can do excuse. They let us leave without checking our tires. We bought a beautiful 2014 corvette stingray. They did fix it right away when we realized it 3 days later. Just make sure u check everything on your car before driving off lot. We spent a lot of money so we thought we wouldnt have this problem, but they didnt value that.
Stay away! Rude and unprofessional salesman. Fail to provide clarification on their pricing. Typical dealership that advertises their vehicles cheaper over the internet and once you show up there, the price has massive fees that will make that more expensive that any other place.A 55k vehicle over the internet magically becomes a 65k out the door, so just a 18% increase.Save yourself time and a headache. I am surprised that this type of business still exists in 2021.
Let me start off by saying that sales man Eli was exceptional he helped from start to finishing to help me get the dream car. I am a first time buyer and it had been difficult for me to get approved for a car and this man here made it happen. Absolute positive energy to help me.
