Ive been getting my Acura serviced at Metro Acura for the life of my car (going on 8 years) and Ive always received exceptional service here. All of the staff Ive dealt with through the years have excellent customer service skills and know their stuff. I also appreciate greatly they still have local shuttle service when you drop your car off, as Ive noticed since Covid started, many other dealerships no longer offer that service. Diana checked my vehicle in quickly & with a very friendly attitude. She was very accommodating & made sure the shuttle picked me up immediately after the paperwork was completed.Abdul drove me the 1.5 miles away while my car was being serviced. He was friendly & we had pleasant conversation.I’m very happy to see that there’s still great customer service in some businesses 👍🏼😊
Took my car for a simple service, didn’t have an appointment. They took me and gave an 1Hr to 1Hr 20 min estimate on time. I was out of there in less than an hour with the car washed. Thanks

I had a 2019 Acura for 2 years on a lease and just traded it in for 2022 MDX. Service has been great and sales this time was super easy and reasonable with negotiation. I love Metro Acura. Isaias is awesome!
This is my second time bringing in my 2017 Acura MDX In for service. First time was for an oil change earlier this year 2021 and a few days ago an alignment. Had the car there for a few hours and picked it up during the evening after the alignment work. When I got home there were multiple scratches on 3 of my rim. It amazes me that of course when I called they denied they did any damages to my rim. I have rim/tire protection through a third party and I can easily call my warranty but why would I when it was clearly their fault at Acura metro Montclair. They said they could not do anything for me and it probably happen before hand. Wow! I warned anybody who goes there check your car before and after for any repairs. They do no care for as long as they get your service your just another customer. I will definitely bring this up to corporate and get this situated. Really poor customer service and I definitely will not be servicing my car there anymore. Acura is a good brand but poor service like that really tarnish the name brand.
Came into the dealership with an appt. My car was taken in at around 7:30 am and was given a 10 am ready time. I waited there and understand that with limited staff it might take a long time to get my car fixed, but Customer Service has no protocol for checking in with the customer during long waits, and at 10:30 I finally went looking for my Customer Service rep to get an update. I left the dealership around 12:20, given a complimentary mini detail for my next visit for the long wait, & paid $180 to get a speed wobble looked into (which turned out to be dense Fix A Flat they had to remove, patch the leak, & reinflate). I was referred to another place to get this fixed & probably wouldve been a lot cheaper but I put my trust into the dealership & decided to take it here, but long waits & subpar Customer Service - no thanks.
This was a great place to get a new car. The staff were very friendly, courteous, and professional. No sales gimmicks, no tricks just straight talk and good deals. I highly recommend them to anyone.

This dealership will try to add bogus fees. They tried to charge me for a $1500 alarm. Alarms are not that expensive unless it’s a complete alarm system for a home, including cameras.
I purchased a used dealer certified Acura RDX, and had a very negative experience with this dealership. The sales manager Billy had a completely indifferent attitude -- he openly demonstrated that he does not really care whether I buy a car or not. The sales consultant Isaias was incompetent and unresponsive throughout the entire process. No walk through was performed. The car documents were not given or explained to me -- I later discovered some of them in the glove compartment. The car needed some minor paint work, which took over a week (!), in the process of which multiple promises were made that the car would be ready in just a couple of days (I needed it), then these promises were routinely broken without any notification until I would persistently reach out myself. All in all, very disappointing -- I cannot recommend this dealership to anyone.
Had a great buying experience and the process was easy and fast! Got the car I wanted and more thanks to Arturo who helped find the right car for me and my family again. It was my 3rd car from Metro Acura and each time they never disappoint. They’ve always made servicing my car a quick and easy experience in the past and why I keep coming back.

This just three days ago, we leased MDX, after we picked up the car and by reviewing the contract at home, I found out the car has an after market alarm installed which Metro Acura never disclosed it during the sales process, charged almost $1,500 if the car come with factory installed alarm why installing another one, just a way to rip off customer, when we confront the sales manager which he workers on the deal, it took him three days to respond to my phone call, he said you agreed to the price, but you need to let me know, the finance manager even did not go over the contract while signing or go over the sales detail at all, we were rushed.if there is - stars I will give this dealer -10 Stars.I rushed out to you but your sales manager refuse to cooperate, I think you have dis honest people working there, and you cant trust them.

I have a 2011 TL with the J37a4 motor (oil burner), I was recommended to Metro Acura from Reids Honda/Acura specialists in Redlands. We dropped the car off on May 3rd 2021 and didnt get it back until July 22nd 2021, we have the Maxcare warranty through Carmax or better known as Assurant insurance services. So the idea when we dropped the car off in May was to order the pistons and rings and do a top end rebuild to stop the excessive oil burning. Once they tore down the engine getting the top end rebuild it was determined that there was sufficient cylinder wall scoring that would require resurfacing, of course Maxcare didnt want to pay for that so they started looking for a used engine with less than or about 108k on the odometer. The first engine that arrived had literal chunks of engine coming from the oil pan after they removed it due to visible damage, the 2nd engine that Metro Acura received from Maxcare had almost 160k on it (thank you Fernando for looking at the details and refusing to use that engine). So after a little more than 2 and a half months Maxcare was finally able to get it together and send Acura an engine with 92k on the clock and after driving for the last 2 days now it seems really solid. Thank you Metro Acura for loaning us a nice car (Maxcare covers 7 days), we dont even have a contract with Metro Acura and they loaned us a car for 2 and a half months free of charge, my Fiances fathers best friend from Henderson, NV died due to complications of Covid 19 and my finances father needed to attend his funeral service in Boulder City, NV. That would have been very difficult without Metro Acura loaning us a vehicle so thank you Fernando and everyone at Metro Acura.
Better experience today. Would just be careful that they give you a print out during an alignment - mine didnt need much adjustment so they didnt do it the first time and then fixed it the 2nd time. Would say everyone is very respectful but like any business can charge for things that may not be necessary.

Very unhappy with the overall experience! Car sales person Isaias did not take the time to show me features of the vehicle, nor did a final walk to deliver. He gave me the keys at the front desk. It was getting dark, so I did not noticed the car had paint sprayed all over the front like glitter. Next day I tried to contact Metro Acura to discuss my findings, but there was no answer. Then I decided to drive back to the dealership, to talk to the sales manager Armando Perez who helped me with the sale. Waited for about 2 hours, only to find out he was off. Another Manager told me to leave the car, so that they could fix the issue. After 7 days of waiting, I called back to find out the status of the vehicle. No body seemed to know what happened!. Finally I talk to Armando, and he told me that my vehicle was ready for pick up. Drove 2 hours to find out my car was not fixed. Paint still was on the windshield and side front windows.Now I am supposed to call back tomorrow and talk to General sales manager, because he could not help me, and walked away!

I have been a customer with Metro Acura for a long time since i bought my 2008 Acura TL. I use to love to go to this place because it always had great customer service. I worked with Hector and Andy they use to be service advisors. Since they left I have not had the personal care that they gave me. They use to tell me all that needed to be done and work with me on the price. I went for service yesterday and had all kind of issues with my Car i worked with Fernando he was a good guy but he does not have the personal attention that Hector and Andy gave. It makes me wonder if i will be taking my car back there.

If i schedule a oil change as an individual service online when i make my appointment, that’s what i expect to pay and get. i’m sure the computer shows the clerk that’s what i am there for, so why did she attempt to charge me for a package deal? mind you my car is brand new and for it’s first oil change. no my tires don’t need a rotation. GIVE people the service they requested online for and stop trying to up-sell service in a sneaky way.

I went to my usual dealer Metro Acura in Montclair, CA cause my old 2006 TSX car was showing “check your engine oil” and had my appointment with my usual specialist advisor, Fernando Alcaraz. He was very professional and very thorough and meticulous to find out what was wrong with my car with multi-point inspection and finally told me that there was nothing serious and the oil level was little low which could be expected from an old car.and they replaced the missing quantity and said if that light popped again then next time they will check oil sensor. Mr Alcaraz is the best.
Tell me price only like this, if you do not want, you can go. I do not want walk so many times. The price is huge different from the price we talk online. So sad. We drive over one hour to come here.

We called in ahead of time to go see a specific model & Sean was far from enthusiastic to meet us none the less sell us a car. We didn’t even know his name until we asked at the very end. his attitude was not friendly or helpful in fact he came off very rude when we were taking numbers. We were ready to negotiate and talk deals and he literally told us to go elsewhere because they will give us better deals. So we will. Thanks for the advise today Sean.
Had to take my car back because parts needed to be ordered. Took it back in, was kept there for 24 hours, told it was ready and issues resolved. As I drove off about 20 miles in all the troubles I was having came back with my car. Now I need to take it back once again to see what it can be now because the “first issue was resolved”

I took my husbands car in for an oil change and a couple of other things being offered in a coupon package and all of the staff was EXTREMELY helpful! As soon as I pulled into the service drop off a staff member came out to greet me. He was very kind and courteous. Checked me in, gave me an estimate time the car would be out so I decided to wait. He showed me around the waiting area, informed me of their cafe and made me feel at home. The restrooms were very nice and clean as well as the rest of the building!!! While in the cafe another staff member approached me and notified me of some issues, greeted my 5 month old baby and made her smile while I made a quick 1 minute call and headed off with a smile after receiving further direction. When our car was done the first front staff memeber approached me kindly and informed me of all the service that had been done and proceeded to check me out at the front desk. As I was leaving I asked if I could come back for some things as I had my sleeping baby in her heavy car seat, diaper bag and my own bag along with the keys and some other things and he offered to carry them out so I wouldnt have to make a second trip. As he was heading back inside he wished me a great weekend and went off with a smile. Sometimes it is the small things that matter and today it just so happened to be that, a great experience for a new mother with her hands a little full. (: In short, service was quick, great and easy! Thank you Acura for a great first time experience!
Awesome experience. Never had to leave My home. Applied online, communicated on phone. Car delivered clean and with a full tank. Signed paperwork on My dining room table. Received letter Stating that I qualified to turn in my lease 10 months early and get a new car. The experience was great, Raul Baeza helped us, he was very courteous and made sure everything we wanted was done.. the financing department Tim Ung was also fantastic, he was fast and we were in and out in record time. Bought a remote for my car for 340 dollars. So I purchased it. It came in. When I went to pick it up. They informed me that it would be an additional 140 dollars to program it. Not once when I bought it did the rep say it will be an additional cost. 480 dollars for a remote is way too much. Just lost a customer.

We use to always use Hector and was not happy when we were told he was promoted and would no longer be servicing customers. However, Vince has filled his shoes quite nicely and has now earned our trust and loyalty. Both men are very genuine and professional yet personable. Keeps us coming back :-)

!Great Experience and Service!My wife and I were in the market to trade in a Ford Fusion Hybrid lease and purchase a Honda Civic Hatchback for my youngest son. Since we were only 18 months into a 36 month lease, we knew it may not be favorable to us and were prepared to honor the lease. In addition, my son was very specific on the model and color he wanted, which of course is very popular right now.We went to Metro Honda and Peng Wu worked with us to try and make a deal that would be beneficial to us both due to the lease. In addition, he had the specific car we wanted brought in from another dealer! He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and very personable. He worked every angle and made the experience painless.Were happy to say my son is now the owner of a brand new 2020 Honda Civic Hatchback Sport in the exact color he wanted! I came to metro Honda due to the wide variety of inventory even during the pandemic, I took an hour drive to go and was immediately greeted, my experience was a good experience and the sales managers were straight to the point in giving me what met MY needs thank you! 2 hour oil change? With absolutely no one in the dealership, & someone came, dropped their car off and left before us. It’d be appreciated if they let you know what’s going on instead of having you wait in their lobby for 2 hours. Tiffany was the girl who was supposed to be helping us.
Hector, over at the service department is very professional and on top of things. He keeps you updated on your vehicle, and let’s you know what your vehicle will be needing in the near future. He takes the time to explain everything they did. Awesome service from this gentleman. Will continue to return simply for the awesome customer service.

Hector has been my to go guy when it comes to getting my car serviced. He’s friendly, easy going, gives you the basic needs or advice, but don’t push you into getting things done that’s not necessary. He wilI give you recommendations for future services and watch out for his clients. I liked how Acura dealer remodeled their dealership. It was very presentable and clean. Just one advice, it would be nice if there were pagers to let clients know when their cars are done so that they don’t have to wait any longer than projected. Overall I give them a two thumbs up!

I recently had my 2012 Acura TL serviced for the basic B1 code. Pablo Juarez the Service Advisor and was extremely professional, personable and answered all my questions. They provided complimentary coffee, water, cookies and internet services in the waiting room so I was able to answer work email while I wanted. My vehicle was completed in a reasonable amount of time. I would recommend Metro Acura to service your Acura and Pablo Juarez as your Service Advisor. Thank you Pablo.I would like to thank Shaun Ridge for your service in helping us choose our TL. It had been over 10 years since my wife and I purchased a car. One of our biggest fears is going into a dealership and dealing with that slimy salesperson who will do anything for the sale and not care a bit about the customer. This did not happen with Shaun. He allowed my wife and I all the time we needed to discuss the car. Shaun was not pushy at all and was very straight forward with the negotiating. We felt he was upfront and made us feel at ease. We really appreciated the level of customer service that we received from Shaun.
